"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Litang. The service was truly amazing — the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging transportation to helping us find food. In the evenings, they even served us tea and snacks like nuts, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The only downsides were related to comfort and facilities. The room was quite cold, and unfortunately the heater didn’t warm it up enough, so we felt cold during our stay. In addition, there wasn’t a dryer available, which meant we had to leave with our clothes still wet. That said, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out and made the experience special."

The room is unique. The sun is particularly warm after a day. The breakfast sandwich with soy milk is also ingenious! recommend! recommend!

I stayed in the Luoci Suite, which was very distinctive. It was a renovation of a local ******* house. The first floor was a museum, and the second floor was the room. The living environment was very good. What impressed me most was that the ******* owner of the house was very welcoming. He cooked hot pot with us in the suite at night, invited us to drink butter tea, and took us to visit their own hut the next morning. He invited us to have ******* breakfast and taught us how to eat tsampa. If you go there during the summer vacation, you can meet their daughter, who is on summer vacation. She is very generous and a very warm and lovely ******* girl.

Choosing this hotel for my trip here was absolutely the right decision! As soon as I opened the door, I felt how cozy the room was. The warm lighting paired with the Tibetan-style soft furnishings gave it such a sense of belonging. The room even had a ******* tea table, perfect for chatting and drinking tea with friends – so relaxing. Every corner was spotlessly clean, and even the pillows smelled like they'd been sun-dried. But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk girl was incredibly patient. When I asked for recommendations for local ******* restaurants, she not only gave me a list but also specifically pointed out which place had the most authentic butter tea. When I came back in the evening, she even proactively asked if I needed an extra blanket. Her service was attentive without being overbearing throughout my stay, making me feel even more relaxed than I do at home.

We arrived early that day and reached the village around 1pm. It was quite early, and our boss recommended a trip to the Heart of Genyen. We were driving a car and couldn't reach the Heart of Genyen, but our boss said that they had fewer guests in the off-season, so our boss could be our guide to the Heart of Genyen. There wasn't much water in the Heart of Genyen, probably because it dried up in the winter, but it was really beautiful, and we even took pictures of horses and yaks. There were almost no white clouds that day, and the blue sky was particularly beautiful. In the evening, we drove to the hot springs. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot springs and look at the stars at the same time!

The guesthouse didn't have an elevator. A young girl, who looked to be under 20, offered to help with our luggage, but we felt bad and declined. Later, they upgraded our room to a ground-floor one with a small 4-square-meter courtyard. It was too cold for us to use much, but the room was larger than our previous one, which we appreciated. There was an oxygen concentrator in the room, and the staff patiently helped us with any needs we had. We lit an oxygen concentrator ourselves, but then the power went out, supposedly due to a wiring problem. We had to change rooms for the third time. The room was a bit cold when we first entered, but by midnight it was incredibly warm—the floor felt like a heated kang bed in Northeast China. Remember to use a humidifier; we didn't, and this morning our noses were bloody. Overall, we were satisfied, but the facilities could be improved. We were late for breakfast, and the young girl brought us four eggs and corn, but for some reason, two of the eggs seemed to be rotten (we guessed), so we ate the other two.

The room in this B&B is the best place I have stayed in this time. The service attitude is good, the hygiene is very clean, and the bathroom is the most comfortable. The toiletries are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the equipment in the room is complete. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the room. Outside is their outdoor camping site. There is also a bonfire party restaurant where you can go to eat at any time in the evening. There is free oxygen supply in the room, which is worth experiencing.
