Litang Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"First, I want to say that the service and environment of the establishment were excellent. Secondly, I didn't mention that I was a reviewer for the InterContinental Hotel. However, the service was excellent for everyone. Here are my suggestions: Facilities: The toilet had no water. There was no water to flush after using the toilet. I suggest the establishment repair this. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady may not have been thorough enough. The light switches were covered in dust. Diffuse oxygen supply: I suggest adding an indicator sticker to the machine. Service: The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late. The establishment was very attentive, waiting for us and even coming to meet us at the door to make sure we couldn't find it. They also asked if we needed any help with our luggage. My suggestion is to replace the toilet paper in the room with facial tissues. Currently, they use rolls, and when you pull them, the whole box falls to the floor."

"Facilities: Underfloor heating, 24-hour diffused oxygen supply, separate wet and dry bathroom, automatic toilet, two 180-degree panoramic windows, spacious interior; stylish design; convenient parking with its own parking lot. Cleanliness: Very clean, with pleasant aromatherapy. Environment: See the pictures (not all in the photos), but very beautiful. The design is thoughtful; the owner's mother said it was designed by her daughter. Service: Excellent. The staff proactively helped carry luggage to the room door; breakfast is provided, including homemade buns (not pre-made), congee, butter tea, coffee, etc. I chatted with the owner's mother for a long time while having breakfast. She's especially happy if you like her butter tea! She kept praising the government's policies, saying they make life in Litang better, more convenient, and safer. She's very kind and warm! She even said she'd make me braised beef with potatoes and homemade yogurt next time I pass through Litang! Superb!"

"INCROYABLE !! L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! Quel accueil, MERCI ! On oubliera pas notre passage à Litang. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !!!"

"I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need."

"I didn't have high hopes, but I booked the guesthouse casually because it was close to the old street. I was pleasantly surprised by the room's style – warm and inviting. It was my first time in the highlands, and I thought I wouldn't sleep well, but I slept very well. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitten was very affectionate, and it was especially cozy sitting in front of the heater. Finally, the owner's tea was delicious. A big thumbs up! Litang is a surprisingly pleasant little highland town – very nice, really nice!"

"I highly recommend this B&B! The staff is super nice. They'll contact you in advance to ask when you'll be arriving, and then offer to help with your luggage once you arrive. We had a minor hiccup with the room, and they were incredibly patient, even when I was impatient. The staff are also quite nice. The only downside is that the handsome guy's Mandarin isn't very comprehensible, hahahahahaha, I need to improve my Mandarin. 😁 Also, one of the room's doors wouldn't lock, so remember to fix it! Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious (unfortunately I didn't take a picture), and they have a wide variety of options. I loved it."
