Litang Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"First, I want to say that the service and environment of the establishment were excellent. Secondly, I didn't mention that I was a reviewer for the InterContinental Hotel. However, the service was excellent for everyone. Here are my suggestions: Facilities: The toilet had no water. There was no water to flush after using the toilet. I suggest the establishment repair this. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady may not have been thorough enough. The light switches were covered in dust. Diffuse oxygen supply: I suggest adding an indicator sticker to the machine. Service: The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late. The establishment was very attentive, waiting for us and even coming to meet us at the door to make sure we couldn't find it. They also asked if we needed any help with our luggage. My suggestion is to replace the toilet paper in the room with facial tissues. Currently, they use rolls, and when you pull them, the whole box falls to the floor."

"Facilities: The room is fully equipped. The smart toilet, projection, floor heating, and oxygen concentrator can fully meet our accommodation needs. It may be because the weather is cold, and the floor heating shows 20 degrees until we go to sleep. The room is still a little cold. Fortunately, there is an electric blanket. We Had a good night's sleep. Hygiene: Hygiene details are also very good. It can be seen that it is a newly opened B&B, and all the equipment is new. I am very happy. Environment: We arrived late last night because of snow, and we couldn't find the location of the B&B at first. The boss was very considerate to pick us up on the road, and even lit the fireplace in the lobby in advance. It's a real fireplace! It's a wood-burning one. It's freezing outside, but once you enter the B&B, it's warm and exciting. Service: When it comes to service, it deserves a five-star rating. The owner of the B&B helped us order food using his app (more cost-effective than **), and also provided us with poker cards to play. The three of us were warming up by the fireplace in the lobby. Eating takeout and playing cards after dinner, it felt like the whole place was reserved for the whole family! When we set off the next day, they provided us with effective snow removal tools, which was very considerate. Everyone can choose this kind of B&B!"

L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! Quel accueil, MERCI ! On oubliera pas notre passage à Litang. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !!!"

"I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need."

"I didn't have high hopes, but I booked the guesthouse casually because it was close to the old street. I was pleasantly surprised by the room's style – warm and inviting. It was my first time in the highlands, and I thought I wouldn't sleep well, but I slept very well. The mattress was very comfortable. The kitten was very affectionate, and it was especially cozy sitting in front of the heater. Finally, the owner's tea was delicious. A big thumbs up! Litang is a surprisingly pleasant little highland town – very nice, really nice!"

"I highly recommend this B&B! The staff is super nice. They'll contact you in advance to ask when you'll be arriving, and then offer to help with your luggage once you arrive. We had a minor hiccup with the room, and they were incredibly patient, even when I was impatient. The staff are also quite nice. The only downside is that the handsome guy's Mandarin isn't very comprehensible, hahahahahaha, I need to improve my Mandarin. 😁 Also, one of the room's doors wouldn't lock, so remember to fix it! Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious (unfortunately I didn't take a picture), and they have a wide variety of options. I loved it."
