Perfect
GGuest UserThe hotel is right by the road, making parking very convenient. The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room! Our room had a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains and was very comfortable. The oxygen supply system was a real lifesaver, so no worries about altitude sickness. The Cantonese restaurant next door was pretty good too, with authentic ingredients and reasonable prices – definitely a safe bet. A special heads-up for anyone traveling with an electric car: absolutely avoid the 'Lv Chong Chong' charging station nearby. It's a scam! You have to pre-load money to charge, but after you top up, it just shuts down and won't charge. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Be very careful!

GGuest UserWe entered Zeba Village from Batang, arriving via Paokeng Road. The entire village was still under construction, so it was quite dusty. There wasn't much food available, so bring your own. The owner was very friendly, proactively helping with our luggage and even offering us hada (ceremonial scarves), which was very thoughtful. The village was very quiet, and the villagers were very welcoming. The rooms weren't very large, but you could see the sacred mountain directly from them. They had electric blankets and oil-filled heaters. Zeba Village is beautiful! 🤩

MM280900****The room is very good and the layout is very Tibetan. There is also a very cute kitten in the homestay. The clerk service is very good. When I stayed in the homestay, I forgot to order rice. The clerk also went out to help us buy rice and send it up. This is the best accommodation experience we have had on this trip.
Oh, I forgot to say that the breakfast at the hotel is also very exquisite. Who knows the touch of eating a delicious sandwich in this place of Tibetan food in Western Sichuan? 😭

Very Good
GGuest UserRight at the foot of Mount Genyen, the hotel's location is fantastic with breathtaking scenery. We booked a log cabin, which was quite unique. For a mountain hotel, the conditions were surprisingly good, not at all like what you'd expect in the city. The butler service was also excellent; they even helped with our luggage. We were especially lucky this time to witness the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' phenomenon.

RRudieHKComfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.
MM287340****The photo in the back mountain of the homestay is so beautiful...🥹🥹🥹🥹 It's almost ~~
The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are cold, we are afraid that we will directly plug the hot tea oxygen generator without saying anything. We have ~ moved 🥹🥹 and electric blankets. The week here is very comfortable. ~ The burger and butter latte of the homestay are forced! ! ! There are a lot of meat stuffing, and the butter latte is very delicate. It is not comfortable to have a cup in this day.

GGuest UserConverted from a Tibetan-style house, the decor is natural, simple yet ingenious. Clean and hygienic, it's probably one of the better hotels in Zeba Village. Large windows are designed for scenic views, but ventilation is poor. The shower room lacks a water-blocking strip, a design flaw. The coffee is decent, but other drinks and breakfast could be improved. An oxygen concentrator is provided, but it sometimes inexplicably alarms at night. The young people at the guesthouse are very enthusiastic and provide good service, but there are issues with staff not being on duty at night and being unreachable; these need further improvement.

GGuest UserThe owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.
DDaSongjiangshanThe facilities are excellent, and the service is great. Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs.
