"Wonderful place and people. The staff are really kind and helpful. They make the hostel experience worthwhile. The dorms beds are really private and comfortable. Everything is really clean. The hostel is a short walk from the old street and the temple which is truly magnificent. Everything was very clean. The only odd thing is they don't provide towels, you can rent one for 3 yuan but this wasn't explained at check in. Everything else was superb."

"The location of this homestay could not be any better, right next to the ancient town and the birth house of the 7th Dalai Lama. It’s also only a short walk to the Litang Monastery. The host is friendly, helpful and communicative. Note that this is a true homestay with a large shared room for people to gather. The host invited us to ******* milk tea and drinks, which was lovely and stood out! Unfortunately, the rooms are quite dated and not very clean, with dust and hair from previous occupants on the floor and couch. The bathroom and toilet were also not clean, and there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. That said, the host did her best to remedy this and the price for the room was also more than fair!"

"Great hostel especially if you’re a cyclist. Lots of cyclists stop here on their way to Lhasa, there is space to keep your bike and there’s an attached bike shop if you need any parts or maintenance help. As for the hostel there’s a nice common area with free water, the hosts are lovely and the dorms are clean and comfortable, albeit pretty simple. But it’s very cheap so no complaints. Only complaint I would have is the cleanliness of the toilets. Unfortunately other guests leave them in a mess sometimes."

"I initially chose this Zangbala Hotel because I had ”no other choice,” but the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very warm, and with the electric blanket, I had a cozy night's sleep in the chilly Litang. The service was also good, and they responded to my needs promptly. Although there weren't many options, the stay was quite satisfactory, and I have to give it a five-star rating."

"First, I want to say that the service and environment of the establishment were excellent. Secondly, I didn't mention that I was a reviewer for the InterContinental Hotel. However, the service was excellent for everyone. Here are my suggestions: Facilities: The toilet had no water. There was no water to flush after using the toilet. I suggest the establishment repair this. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady may not have been thorough enough. The light switches were covered in dust. Diffuse oxygen supply: I suggest adding an indicator sticker to the machine. Service: The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late. The establishment was very attentive, waiting for us and even coming to meet us at the door to make sure we couldn't find it. They also asked if we needed any help with our luggage. My suggestion is to replace the toilet paper in the room with facial tissues. Currently, they use rolls, and when you pull them, the whole box falls to the floor."

"After a whole day stuck in traffic on Route 318, we finally arrived in Litang late at night, dusty and tired. We booked the Hanting Hotel, and though the price was a bit high, it was totally worth it! First, when we checked in that night, they saw we weren't feeling well and, realizing it was altitude sickness, immediately gave us Coke to help. They didn't rush us at all, constantly telling us to take our time. When we asked for an extra blanket for the kids, they brought it right away. Their attitude was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious, and the lady working there was incredibly nice too. Everything was so thoughtful. The next morning, feeling better, I wanted to do some laundry. The front desk lady patiently guided me and answered all my questions. A huge shoutout to Ms. Ciden Zhima! She helped us solve so many problems and added a lot of pleasant experiences to our trip."

"How can I put it about position? Success or failure depends on the 318th side. The advantage is that the transportation is convenient and it is not far from Litang Temple and White Pagoda; the disadvantage is that it is dusty and noisy. The room is decorated in typical ******* style, with floor heating and an oxygen concentrator, but for some reason the floor heating went out in the middle of the night?"

"Facilities: This hostel is well-equipped with electric blankets, WiFi, and hot water. Cleanliness: The shared bathrooms are cleaned daily, and the rooms are spotless, with linens changed after every guest. Service: The owner is an experienced hiker, a passionate storyteller, and even a talented dancer! He's incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. He's also a great cook and might even whip up a meal for you. If you're planning a trek, you can arrange transportation through him; it's 60 per person for a pick-up, and you won't have trouble finding companions for routes like the Pasture, C+V, or Glacier treks. After several days on Mount Genyen, a hot meal is pure bliss! If you're cold, he'll start a fire for you and check if you're experiencing altitude sickness. When the conversation flows, he'll encourage you to pursue your dreams, offering genuine support from a stranger. You simply must experience Genyen. Don't be afraid, and don't consider your soul's deepest desires taboo. Live out these dreams, enact them, and build altars for them."

"This stay was a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk staff were efficient, friendly, and answered all my questions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, reliable hot water, and strong Wi-Fi signal. The breakfast had a good variety of options, fresh ingredients, and was replenished regularly. Overall, it was good value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time."

But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk girl was incredibly patient. When I asked for recommendations for local ******* restaurants, she not only gave me a list but also specifically pointed out which place had the most authentic butter tea. When I came back in the evening, she even proactively asked if I needed an extra blanket. Her service was attentive without being overbearing throughout my stay, making me feel even more relaxed than I do at home."
