"The inn is right in the ancient town, and the courtyard is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere. The owner, a very friendly lady, promptly provided oxygen for us and gave us great tips for exploring. It's just a two-minute walk from here to Guozhuang Square. At the Dalai VII Museum, there was only one staff member. When I asked about a guided tour, she got a colleague in Chengdu to give us a remote video tour, which was both unique and touching. This city is full of genuinely kind people."

"Facilities: The room facilities are pretty good. Environment: It's located in the heart of Litang County, and the green sign by the road makes it easy to find. There are two sections: Section Two is newer and has spacious rooms, plus it's close to the parking lot. The parking lot doesn't have many spaces, so it might be tight during peak season. Service: Every staff member was very friendly. Hygiene: The kettle wasn't cleaned after the previous guest used it; this needs improvement."

The warm lighting paired with the Tibetan-style soft furnishings gave it such a sense of belonging. The room even had a ******* tea table, perfect for chatting and drinking tea with friends – so relaxing. Every corner was spotlessly clean, and even the pillows smelled like they'd been sun-dried. But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk girl was incredibly patient. When I asked for recommendations for local ******* restaurants, she not only gave me a list but also specifically pointed out which place had the most authentic butter tea. When I came back in the evening, she even proactively asked if I needed an extra blanket. Her service was attentive without being overbearing throughout my stay, making me feel even more relaxed than I do at home."

"The room was beautiful and decoration good, but we have the really bad surprise to find the room dirty… At the first looking looks ok but toilets shower, the floor and most of the corner was so dirty. We asked to the women at the reception to do something and she was really reactive thanks to her. She send a team of 3 or 4 people to clean that was nice consider the late timing in the evening, they stay in the room maybe 30 minutes to clean but honestly was not ok at all they come with one mop and one rag for all the room … no product maybe.. same cloth for everything .. toilet avec everything ..? At the end we came back in the room we saw they tried to clean it but the floor smell sooo bad the wet dog. It was disgusting honestly so with my partner we had to clean after them at least the floor that smell sooo bad we took hot water and essential oil with a towel to clean the floor.. Thanks for the reactivity of the team but honestly the housekeeping team don’t do a correct job. Smell always really strong cigarette everywhere even in the room even if we don’t smoke. The common space are not very clean too. We were really surprised of the reviews that don’t mention this. They propose us to change room so we visit another room that was exactly dirty the same way… so I imagine it is not an exception. Again thanks to the women of the reception who did a good job and was nice."

"The hotel's oxygen supply is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM. I chose Hanting, expecting a standardized, reliable chain hotel – generally decent, giving peace of mind. However, this particular one was quite different, likely due to inadequate staff training. We were lucky not to encounter severe traffic jams on our drive along G318 that day. But after Yajiang City and the 'Heavenly Road's 18 Bends,' we were driving at an altitude of 4300 meters the entire way. So, by the time we finally reached Litang, all we wanted was a good rest. But the front desk lady's attitude was so cold and unwelcoming that it left me feeling utterly disappointed. We decisively canceled our second night's stay, changed our plans, and left the very next day. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite varied, with both hot and cold dishes. They even had freshly cooked vermicelli, though the only noodles available were instant ones. The front desk also provided complimentary Coke and bottled water for guests, which was convenient, but the staff didn't inform us about it proactively."
