GGuest UserVery good location and nice rooms. We even came back after our first stay and received a discounted price for one of their biggest rooms. The receptionists even helped us to organize transportation to Yading. Unluckily the common area is a bit smelly as they keep two dogs in there. We therefore did not have breakfast with them but bought some food in the city.

GGuest UserThe decoration of the homestay is very good, the arrival of the homestay is very warm, and the floor heating is very powerful! Because my friend has always been a bit high, if the living is very cold, the high reaction is more serious! So you must live in the floor heating ➕ oxygen production is good! Hot water is also very powerful! The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and helps with luggage to the room! Originally planned to leave the next day, I didn't stay in Litang, the homestay was great and stayed for another day! The surrounding facilities are all, the coffee shops are all ～ There is also a beautiful place to take pictures around, go there and punch the card!

RRudieHKComfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.

GGuest UserThe room environment and size are still good. The most dissatisfied is the hot water. The children are the first to wash. They say that the water is too cold. When they wash, the shower column shows only 35 degrees. Don't catch a cold on the plateau! ! ! I immediately called the front desk and said that I would let the water go for a long time. Later, I came to say that it was a maintenance master. I checked it and said that I would go and see it. I asked the room change to say that the room was full. We can wait for a long time, the master said that the total temperature has been raised, we will see after a while, okay, the water temperature is getting lower and lower, only 31 degrees to take a cold shower? ? ? ! ! ! The hotel does not ask for how tall it is, even the basic bath can not be guaranteed, and there is no solution and remedy! ! ! Even sent a short message to five-star praise

GGuest UserThe views are absolutely stunning; you can see snow-capped mountains right from the hotel's entrance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and even the single beds are spotless. I particularly appreciated the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas. The owner was incredibly warm and attentive. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!
