GGuest UserThere was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to western Sichuan. The owner is very tasteful. Entering the back yard is like entering a garden. The waiter who received us that day was very thoughtful and bought altitude sickness medicine for us, which touched me very much. The hygiene of the room and the level of facilities are very good. I especially want to praise the waiter Xiao Qun. The little girl is thoughtful, meticulous and patient. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose to stay again. GGuest UserThe guesthouse didn't have an elevator. A young girl, who looked to be under 20, offered to help with our luggage, but we felt bad and declined.
Later, they upgraded our room to a ground-floor one with a small 4-square-meter courtyard. It was too cold for us to use much, but the room was larger than our previous one, which we appreciated.
There was an oxygen concentrator in the room, and the staff patiently helped us with any needs we had.
We lit an oxygen concentrator ourselves, but then the power went out, supposedly due to a wiring problem. We had to change rooms for the third time.
The room was a bit cold when we first entered, but by midnight it was incredibly warm—the floor felt like a heated kang bed in Northeast China. Remember to use a humidifier; we didn't, and this morning our noses were bloody.
Overall, we were satisfied, but the facilities could be improved. We were late for breakfast, and the young girl brought us four eggs and corn, but for some reason, two of the eggs seemed to be rotten (we guessed), so we ate the other two.
