It was raining heavily when I traveled from Kunming to Fuxian Lake, and I requested an early check-in. I got my room before noon, which was great. I tried both the Chinese and Western restaurants, and the food at both was excellent. I was so happy to find that there's a Meet Fresh in the lobby; I went there two days in a row! Our deluxe king room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with soft bedding and a bathroom with a separate wet/dry area. The view from the window was also great. The resort hotel in Yuanjiang is a supporting project for real estate development. It can be reached by crossing the Yuanjiang Bridge from the city. The hotel has a beautiful environment and many outdoor hot spring pools. The pools can be filled with water according to the number of people, so it is not crowded even during the Spring Festival. The wave pool opens at 4 pm, which is a favorite of children. The hotel has a good breakfast, and you can eat lunch and dinner in the hotel.
