"I stayed for two days at the Novotel with my 10-year-old daughter. The person at check-in was very friendly, and we were upgraded to a large room with a view. The room was comfortable and cool, thanks to the air conditioning. However, the room could use a refresh. Be aware that the hotel is located near nightclubs. If you're looking for quiet and peaceful nights, forget it – there's boom-boom music until all hours. Definitely bring earplugs. Otherwise, the hotel is really well-located in the Hivernage district; you can walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and La Mamounia is just a stone's throw away. The gym isn't great at all. It's a shame, just one bike, one treadmill, and no weights. All the breakfast staff were super pleasant and attentive, taking care of drinks, tea, and orders – truly excellent. The pool is pleasant, and the gentleman who provides towels is very nice. The only downside is the music, which somewhat spoils moments of relaxation by the pool.
