Port Stephens Beach Hotels

No WIFI which also affected TV as none of the apps such as Netflix could be used. Someone came to check but couldnt fix. Kids with no wifi is kinda big esp considering there was nothing but local TV to watch at night. Nice heated pool (but with bottom paint coming off) and surroundings. Nice Toiletries

Check-in and check-out are very convenient (self-check-in and check-out), the room is unexpectedly very clean, the car can be parked at the door, which is very suitable for self-driving partners. Super easy check-in and out（self check-in and check-out available）. Very clean room. Easy parking.

Lovely 2 bedroom cabin with separate ensuites. Full kitchen and lounge area with nice wide balcony with a day bed. Couldn't be happier. Quite corner on soldiers point peninsula. Receptionist was lovely. Very much enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds and clean sheets. Very nice indeed.

The staff at the check-in counter was so nice to offer us a quiet room and with city view. Everything was tidy and neat. Only that if disposable slippers could be provided, it would be so much better because the floor is all carpet which seems yucky walking with barefoot.

Family of five, two bedroom apartment was perfect. Location amazing. Very close to bowling club for easy walk to dinner. Beautiful facilities and lovely staff.

I stayed for 18 nights and only had housekeeping once. After the cleaning, they left these items (referring to the pictures, which are not provided here) in the room. It seems like all the linen changes involved throwing the old ones on the floor before putting fresh ones on the bed. This is absolutely outrageous; I've never seen such a cleaning process. When I complained to the front desk, all I got was a 'sorry,' and no actual action was taken. The room amenities were also insufficient; for a week-long stay, they only provided enough for about two days. Every time I passed the front desk, I had to ask for things, and if I forgot, I had to make an extra trip back. Plus, the front desk often ran out of basic supplies. This was a particularly bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

not suitable for the price. ,expensive for the location and accommodation, it looks like a hotel accommodation. small place, and the swimming pool is small. suitable for 2.berendam .

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Check in was a bit odd, had to go into the pub to get my key, but the room was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and modern, absolutely loved it!! Checking out was easy, just locked the door and popped the key in the checking out box. Car park has limited spaces so can be a bit difficult. But overall we were very happy with the accommodation.

Actually this is a good apartment..i booked the 2 bedrooms apartment..but the problem is they didn't make it clear on the description for how many people can stay in this 2 bedrooms apartment..how can they wrote it only for 2 person while they have 4 beds?? But overall this is a good place..
