"Great location. Good service from the staff. I wish the studio is closer and easier way to get to it. We had to walk along the firedoor and parking lot. But overall all were good. The facilities are excellent"

"Very nice view from the hotel room but must book the 1st floor room with sea view. The balcony is very good for having a cup of coffee/tea n relaxing. The hotel has a holiday feel. There is a swimming pool n self laundry by inserting coins, but no gym. Room is very clean, spacious with comfy bed. But toilet is very small compared with the room size. Buffet breakfast is ok with sparkling wine, but variety can be more. Also tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant n it is just fair"

"I stayed for 18 nights and only had housekeeping once. After the cleaning, they left these items (referring to the pictures, which are not provided here) in the room. It seems like all the linen changes involved throwing the old ones on the floor before putting fresh ones on the bed. This is absolutely outrageous; I've never seen such a cleaning process. When I complained to the front desk, all I got was a 'sorry,' and no actual action was taken. The room amenities were also insufficient; for a week-long stay, they only provided enough for about two days. Every time I passed the front desk, I had to ask for things, and if I forgot, I had to make an extra trip back. Plus, the front desk often ran out of basic supplies. This was a particularly bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend it."

"Overall to meet expectations. It is a camp area, there are different cabins, you can drive in the camp car, there are many facilities in the camp, because we leave early and return late, this is not to enjoy the facilities, especially the swimming pool, we simply squander time.  If there are many people, it will be very cost-effective. The location is also very good, there is a supermarket in less than 10 minutes, convenient for shopping. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the beach, with camels, sandboarding and four-wheel drive."

"The Mantra Aqua was a lovely stay. I wished there was a cafe onsite but that was fine as there were plenty of local options. The aircon was just in the living area and sadly not in the bedroom where it got pretty hot and stuffy at night. We would like to return though- lovely spot."

"My 5 year old daughter and I had a staycation for the night during the school holidays. We had a wonderful time. The staff are lovely and the facilities are excellent. The pool area is beautiful with cool music playing and a lovely overall vibe. We had lunch by the pool both afternoons and the food was excellent and the little ones are also well catered for. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Me and my partner booked a last minute getaway to port Stephen’s for Christmas break. Marina resort did not disappoint! 10/10 service and cleanliness. The staff were so welcoming and lovely throughout our stay. The hotel itself was in prime location of Nelson Bay and close to the beautiful marina. Sea view rooms with a modern touch and stunning interior, very comfortable. Not to forget a modern pool area right outside to relax and enjoy the sun in the day time. They also had the cutest furry friend at reception! Such a friendly pup. Overall, we highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel ❤️"
