GGuest UserThe location is in the old city, quiet location in the middle of noisy, that is, enjoy the quiet environment and can easily reach the lively place in the center of the city, not far from the sea; parking can choose free parking spaces outside the old city; The joint villa has a total of 4 rooms, the room is fully equipped, the bathroom is clean and disposable, the living room design has a unique ethnic style, and there is also a small garden. It is very pleasant to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. In short, it was a good stay experience 👍

GGuest UserStaff were certainly not the greatest. Sure it’s their high season but that’s no excuse. They weren’t friendly and we didn’t feel welcomed. They were very dry while speaking to you and def not something I expected from this hotel! Breakfast was tasty

뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst 2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. 3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car) 4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing. 5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat. 6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes. 7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay. 8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say

The neighborhood is very lively, and the room is well soundproofed, so you won't be disturbed when sleeping at night. The breakfast buffet looked very rich, but I didn't eat it. The reservation the night before was 13 euros per person, which seemed to be more expensive on the day.

GGuest UserOn the site I booked the queen bed - size as we were two and we were a family couple, for us it is very important. But as a result, even the hotel is 5 stars, but on the first and second day we were provided with 2 single beds with separate mattresses, with beds on wheels and moving to different sides. At request to improve or change the room to the right one for us , they just added a fine mattress that didn't solve the problems in general. And the convenience didn't bring and we couldn't sleep normally so it wasn't convenient.
