Every staff member was incredibly friendly. After check-in, they even called to ask if I was happy with my room. The cleaning staff was very thorough and attentive, and the team at check-out helped me with my luggage. Such a thoughtful team!

This is a clean hotel with a helpful reception team. You'll find all the essentials a traveler could need. The location is convenient, just about 15 minutes from the metro. There are also 7-Eleven and Lawson stores nearby for snacks. Great advantage: gym and swimming poool inside that will help you to start or end your travel day. One minus for me personally, you can not open the window, it’s air conditioner inside the room with dry my skin.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Sanlitun. The twin room in the apartment building felt a bit cramped compared to the king room, but the beds themselves were quite large. There was some renovation noise on our floor, and we could hear children running upstairs, but thankfully it stopped after 10 PM. A big plus was that food delivery could come straight up to the room. The concierge was also very responsive and helpful via WeChat.

The room was spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy decor. The overall cleanliness was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel's Wi-Fi covered the entire property, and the speed was stable, which was perfect for my work needs. As for the location, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it very convenient to get to the city center and main attractions. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making daily life super easy.

I brought my child to Beijing before the May Day holiday and ultimately chose this Qiuguo Hotel because of its proximity to Taikoo Li and other Beijing attractions. Convenience was my main priority, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's overall value for money. The price wasn't excessively high and was definitely worth the quality of the hotel's facilities. The lobby is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating areas. When we checked in, we were informed that our room wasn't ready from the previous night, and the staff kindly told us we could relax in the lobby. The sofas and chairs in the lobby were incredibly comfortable. In general, the hotel's facilities are excellent, and the staff provide fantastic service. The rooms are also impeccably clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel very much. It is only a 5-minute walk to the metro and is conveniently located near Ginza Mall, which made buying groceries and snack souvenirs super easy. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The daily free laundry service is a huge plus. We didn’t need to bring much clothing while travelling. The free soy milk and coffee were wonderful too, especially during winter. I would especially like to thank Xiao Ying (I hope I got the name right) for her kind service. She knew I had to leave for the airport around 3pm and was kind enough to extend my check-out time so I could have a proper shower before my flight. I truly appreciate it. Thank you for the great stay!

We recently spent four nights at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. While the location was a bit tricky to find initially, it turned out to be fantastic, offering excellent access to a variety of shopping options and restaurants nearby. Positives: - Location: The hotel is situated in a vibrant area with plenty of amenities, making it easy to explore. - Value for Money: The rates were reasonable compared to the offerings in the area. Areas for Improvement: - Noise Levels: Unfortunately, we experienced some noise from neighboring rooms, particularly in the mornings, which disrupted our sleep a bit. In summary, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option with a prime location, this hotel is a great choice. Just be prepared for some morning noise!

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's nestled right near the Nanluoguxiang area, just a stone's throw away from Beihai Park, Jingshan Park, Prince Gong's Mansion, and many other attractions. Plus, there's a well-developed commercial street nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also super close to the Nanluoguxiang subway station, just about a ten-minute walk. What truly stands out is the excellent service; the front desk staff, in particular, were so warm and welcoming. We had such a great stay that we booked another room for next week!

Arguably the best hotel I have stayed so far in Beijing, with a really strategic location and budget friendly price for either solo traveller or anyone travelling in groups. It is located really close to Dongzhimen station, and only requires 8-10 mins walk to the Bus/Metro station. If you came from the Beijing Capital Airport, it is really convenient to reach this hotel, since the Capital Airport train is directly connected to this place (only takes 45-60 mins in total). There are also several minimarkets & malls near the Dongzhimen station, so you can easily just buy any food or supplies anytime. It is also located close to the Sanlitun area, you can go to the Taikooli Sanlitun if you are bored with the mall, just take a Bus/Metro, it only takes 10-15 mins by them. If you are travelling to several tourism hotspot like Tiananmen area, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Wangfujing, Great Wall, etc. It is really convenient, since it is connected to all of the transportation hub heading there. I personally choose this hotel, since the Bus station has the fast bus to Huairou area (Beijing mountainous rural area), whereas I go there for Trout fishing, and it is fairly & conveniently accessible from this hotel, I can just wake up, grab my gear, and immediately head-out. Hotel-wise, the lobby staffs are friendly and they can speak English (although I can speak Chinese), and the amenities are enough plus environmentally friendly. The breakfast provided is also actually adequate, just a milk, bread, and nuts, but enough for breakfast. The room and bed is also clean and good, with adequate ventilation and air conditioning (althought it will make you sleepy), and the housekeeper will regularly clean it every Afternoon. Don't worry about forgetting your card in the room, they can help you with that.

Facilities: Small but well-equipped. Cleanliness: Good, rooms were cleaned promptly, even after breakfast. Environment: Located in the Gongti and Tuanjiehu area, with convenient transportation. Service: Front desk staff were polite and attentive, and the restaurant auntie was especially warm and welcoming. Suggestions: The restaurant staff should communicate with the front desk more effectively. Currently, they don't seem to know which room gets how many breakfasts, and guests often have to go to the front desk to confirm. Also, while the hotel is quite good, staff shouldn't ask guests for five-star reviews. Five-star ratings should come genuinely from the guests themselves.
