The room had no peculiar smell, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it to the room. Self-service laundry was also very convenient; clothes were washed, dried, and delivered to the room door.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at (北京东方创享健康酒店) – a solid five-star experience in every aspect! First of all, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The mattress, pillows, and linens were all of high quality — soft, clean, and supportive. I had great sleep every night thanks to how well everything was prepared. The buffet breakfast was excellent – clean, light, and healthy with very little oil. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and delicious without being heavy. The service was exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Any issues or questions I had were resolved quickly and efficiently. I also really appreciated the laundry facilities. The washing machines and dryers were easy to use and worked perfectly, which made my stay much more convenient. Another pleasant surprise: I had ordered some packages in advance to be delivered to the hotel, and when I arrived, everything was already there waiting for me — it was so smooth and efficient! From beginning to end, this stay was comfortable, convenient, and full of thoughtful touches. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the East Gate of Beiwai's West Campus, and it's not far from both the subway and bus stations. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the pillows are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The entire hotel is non-smoking, which is great for women and children. Downstairs, there's a small book bar, along with a 24-hour gym and laundry facilities.

I was in Beijing for an event and wanted to visit Peking University, so I just randomly picked a hotel. To my surprise, it was amazing! Cleanliness is a given, but the service from the front desk lady was definitely a bonus. She was so gentle and patient, answering all my questions. When she noticed there were three of us, she thoughtfully prepared extra toiletries without me even asking. The hotel itself is very quiet, not a single noisy sound. Plus, the mattress was super comfortable; my old back felt completely relaxed. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area!

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

The front desk staff member on the 11th was very enthusiastic. The front desk offers complimentary lemonade and sour plum juice, which are very refreshing in the summer. The outdoor parking lot is also very spacious. There's a swimming pool and gym downstairs, which is very convenient. The room facilities are complete. Also, the cool lemon tea to go: good👌

Extremely satisfied! I arrived at 7:30 AM, planning just to drop off my luggage, but the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and checked me in right away, even upgrading my room. The room was spacious and bright, and the furniture was very practical. The surrounding area is a lively neighborhood, making it easy to buy things and grab breakfast. There's a fantastic bakery (Moscow Bakery) right at the corner when you step out. Transportation is also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the school. The rooms were spotless, and the service was exceptionally warm and thorough. Having a laundry room available was a big plus.
