The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. It was well-equipped and very comfortable – highly recommended! The overall environment exceeded my expectations, with excellent cleanliness and spaciousness. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

This hotel definitely deserves a full five stars! The front desk staff, especially employee number 11, was incredibly efficient. They quickly verified my information and I was checked in in no time. The room was meticulously cleaned and spotless. I also appreciated the separate shower and toilet in the bathroom. Whenever I needed directions or to borrow something, the front desk staff was always eager to help. The surrounding area has a fantastic selection of restaurants and supermarkets, making it super convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

The room was really big and quiet. The bathroom had a tub on the left and a shower on the right. Soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning was super quiet. Even the kettle and scale were from Xiaomi! The room was spotless, I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. Being on a high floor gave it a great view too. The location is fantastic, right next to the subway, CapitaLand Mall, and the train station. Service was also top-notch; they even told us not to rush when we checked out a little late. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

The surroundings are quite nice, and there's a small garden behind the hotel. Although there's a small street behind it, it's very quiet at night with few people or cars, so it's not noisy at all. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear sounds from the next room. At night, there were also noises, I'm not sure if they were coming from the floor or the walls. The air conditioning was very loud and didn't provide any heat, so the room felt cold.

The hotel is newly opened and the environment is very nice. The shower rooms, toilets, and bathrooms are all very clean, and the hair dryers are all Laifen brand. Since I was traveling alone in Beijing, I booked a single room, which was quite spacious. The air conditioning was adjustable and very powerful. The laundry room was free to use, and the laundry appliances were all Xiaomi brand, which worked very well. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I come to Beijing. It really surprised me; it was my first time booking a hotel with shared bathrooms, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. It was very good, with separate areas for men and women. The front desk service was also very good. Late at night, the person across the hall was playing games and shouting loudly. They were probably controlled by their game emotions. I called the front desk, and they sent someone up to handle it, but I think they could handle it better next time. I extended my stay because I thought the environment was good, but I didn't expect the person across the hall to also extend their stay. It's now past 1 a.m., and they are still shouting and yelling. They can't close their door properly and it keeps beeping. I couldn't stand the noise, so I went to tighten their door. I've helped them many times already 😓😓 I hope they can improve their noise management. This kind of rude person really needs to be dealt with.
