The backyard consists of a private beach, tiki hut, an outdoor kitchen with a cook top, oven and gas bbq. In addition to the bar seating there is a full sized out door dining room table and outdoor living room set up for watching the game on the big screen. The house has a private pier with magnificent views of the Florida bay. There is ample room and depth to dock several boats in case you have any company. You will experience beautiful sunsets right off the end of the dock with a nice cool ocean breeze. During the day grab a rod and reel and toss in a line right off the dock, or jump in and grab a lobster nestled in the rocks below.If the surf is too much for you to handle you can test your skills on the putting green or hit the famous Tiki Bar, Marker 88 or the Lorelei Restaurant & Cabana Bar. Fantastic restaurants and bars abound, guaranteed not to disappoint.The house comes equipped with high speed Internet accessible throughout the house along with cable and HDTV. All the TV's are smart TV's so you can access your favorite streaming channels as well. All the bathrooms have been recently updated. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and it has a big walk in closet and a master bath with a separate powder room. The upstairs guest room is made up of two twin beds.In the living room and family room there are plenty of couches just in case the sleeping quarters get too cramped. Just outside the living room and dining room there is a great screened in porch for relaxing and reading. There is a nice deck outside the screened in porch running the length of the house for catching some rays. Downstairs you will find a private 1 bedroom suite with a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle along with its own private bathroom. Just outside the suite is a fresh out door shower, Tiki hut, and full outdoor kitchen and living area so you can fire up the catch of the day.
