Excellent location with plenty of food stalls nearby. Nice room for a budget and cosy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staffs. Will stay there again when in Jakarta.

Great location, near mall and bus stop. Cleanliness is a bit below, leaking water and cracking door. Plus because it is near main road, it can be very loud even at midnight. Free toothbrush, and slippers. Overall, a pleasant stay

the hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. they prepared all the basic amenities. aside from that, special shout-out to the nice staff at the front desk that helped me printing my urgent document.

The staff is polite, if your finances are running low...this hotel could be an option for a staycation with your family.

Probably my most favorite hotel in Jakarta. Why? Pretty central, cozy cafe AC working area with button order for food/drinks from their adjacent restaurant, large enough rooms and such friendly service! Good food value and room prices too. Solid place to stay, especially for conferences in the area, especially being able to work at the tables in the lobby or cafe with colleagues.

We had a great one night stay at this hotel before our morning flight. The rooms were clean and modern. It was walking distance to the beach and close by restaurants. The staff were excellent- they even gave us breakfast packed in boxes when we left early the next morning.

Food was great, but the rooms are quite old, so expect something non-functional upon entering the room. But then, the front office and maintenance team are quick enough to fix them. Great price for those who want to visit Nusa Dua. There are some convenience stores and car/motorbike rentals around.

The room was amazingly clean, and the receptionist was friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

- Ada Free ; Coffee/tea/juice/snack di resto ketika malam, jarang ada property yg begini.
- Ada dispenser air panas/ dingin di setiap floor
- Buffet breakfast sangat bervariasi
Minus :
- Di aplikasi ”Kids 0-8 YO free for stay”, pas check in ehhh kena charge 50 rb / person.
- Table di resto sangat kurang jumlahnya ketika breakfast pd datang barengan (8-9am)
- Car park sangat sempit jd mobil bisa diparkir di tempat/  bangunan sebelah deh

Overall bagus, semua staff sangat ramah & profesional dlm bidangnya

The sheets look like they haven't been changed. There are stains on the bed, as if someone has slept in them. The shower in the bathroom is hard to open. But overall it was fine

Comfortable, clean room, 4 pillows, delicious food, will be delicious, next time will come back to Amaris Sunset Road

Location good. Near to centre of malls. Butt the room hygiene - not so good. So many lil cockroaches. Amenities only 1 toothbrush n small toothpaste 🤣

Amaris Hotel Senen is a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location and excellent service. While the cleanliness and facilities could use some upgrades, the warm hospitality and convenient location make it a worthwhile option for a short stay in Jakarta.

Easy way to find and nearby Juanda Railway Station...nice and clean sheet in non-smoking room...

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly, smiling, and dedicated.

Cons: The shower in the room was fixed, and the water temperature was inconsistent.

Also, if the order cannot be canceled, just reply ”no,” rather than agreeing to the platform and then privately making things difficult for the staff.

The hotel is okay, room is not that beautiful but at least it's not small. got room for prayer if you're a Muslim. no fridge, but they provide water dispenser outside. have toothbrush, slippers and toothpaste provided.
