The hotel is just one step away from Kuningan City where I had an appointment for my visa at VFS Global - which is super helpful. They’d let me do an hour of early check-in for FREE. However, they didn’t have hair dryer and ironing machine in the room, hence I had to borrow it from the front desk.. they’d prepared the toothbrush, two towels, shampoo and body soap, but no handsoap and hand-towel, unfortunately. Overall, the hotel is awesomely nice for the building and its employees! Thank you, Amaris Kuningan!

It was a very pleasant stay there. The breakfast was perfect and tasted great. I just have a problem with an air conditioner that works and gives a sound very loud hehe thanks

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, my stay was disappointing. The room was not clean, as there were small bugs on the walls. The staff was not responsive. I requested a hair dryer at night, but there was no follow-up or confirmation, and I never received one.

Breakfast was also poorly managed. They ran out of eggs, and there was no refill, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. This should have been anticipated.

Great location, but the cleanliness, service, and operational readiness need significant improvement.

No problem at all. Everything was excellent, and I was very satisfied. 😊

If I have the opportunity to travel here again for business, I will definitely choose to stay at your hotel again. Thank you for your excellent service!

The room is clean, tidy, the service is also very good, it is very comfortable to staycation here, it is close to the culinary place, so you don't have to worry about what to eat

Probably my most favorite hotel in Jakarta. Why? Pretty central, cozy cafe AC working area with button order for food/drinks from their adjacent restaurant, large enough rooms and such friendly service! Good food value and room prices too. Solid place to stay, especially for conferences in the area, especially being able to work at the tables in the lobby or cafe with colleagues.

I fill this form as honest as possible first impression was not good the sheets where dirty so we complained they changed it strait away but those sheets where also dirty what means it looks dirty cause they have been used a lot they where clean but just old sheets
The staff I have to say is really friendly and very help full I really aprisiate that 👍for the staff a 10
Apart from security they like it to much in there security bunker with ac will not assist you with parking yes the day that I leave the place they helped
The hotel smelled really bad the day we arrived if they have some sewage problems but enough about complaining also there where good things like I said the staff is really friendly the hotel location is also very good
The breakfast is in my opinion also very good cause we also muss look at the price off the hotel room so for that it’s really a good breakfast 👍

Tempatnya bersih, makanannya enak dengan harga yg minimalis di tengah kota Jakarta semuanya baik rekomen utk yg mau nginap

This is a good budget hotel, and I'm staying here for the second time for 1.5 weeks. The room has everything you need: air conditioning (doesn't blow directly onto the bed, so you won't catch a cold), a safe, a fridge, a TV with YouTube and Netflix, and towels. You can also get beach towels from the reception. Shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes are provided, along with 4 bottles of good quality water daily. Housekeeping is daily, and bed linens are changed upon request. There's a balcony (some rooms don't have one, but it's great for drying clothes), and laundry services are available. It's a cozy room overall. The water is a bit salty, but that's a common issue in Bali – if you want better, you pay more. The breakfast is decent; it doesn't change much, but it has all the essentials: eggs (cooked to order), toast, delicious brewed coffee, a couple of fruits, and local dishes (noodles, rice, tofu). I didn't get tired of it during my stay. There are also plenty of places to buy food around the hotel, and shops are nearby. A special thank you to the hotel staff – everyone is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great option for a budget stay. It's important to note that the reception is open 24/7, so you can check in at any time (it's not uncommon for people to arrive at hotels and find everything closed). There's also a security guard at the entrance during the day. There's a swimming pool with plenty of lounge areas around it, and a separate shallow area for children.

You need to understand that this is a very budget-friendly option and the location isn't the best. They offer a buffet-style breakfast, but it's terrible. Don't even dream of enjoying breakfast here. The rooms are noisy from 5-6 AM with all the hustle and bustle, so if you want to get some sleep, you need to go to bed earlier.

As ex of KG employee, me and husband were shocked by the service and facilities in Amaris Teuku Umar. Start from the wifi (off), the breakfast, the surrounding, etc.

Better if management decrease the tariff or give more service compare to the tariff. Fyi every night the noisy sound of nite club heared so louddddddd .. The CS said that its not come from inside hotel, but the building next to Amaris.

the wifi is unworking , location is near beachwalk mall but the way acces a bite small , and its fit for motorcycle; the staff with grate attitude and very helpfull-

Stayed here because our destination was Kuta, and we usually stay at Amaris Teuku Umar. I thought the quality would be the same, but it was far from it, especially regarding the cleanliness of the room. The room was full of cockroaches crawling on the bed and in the toilet. The housekeeping and front office staff were very kind and helped us switch rooms, but unfortunately, it was the same story – lots of cockroaches there too. They probably need to do some pest control soon, because it's a shame for such a nice hotel to be ruined just by cockroaches.

Comfortable, clean room, 4 pillows, delicious food, will be delicious, next time will come back to Amaris Sunset Road

1.We arrived early and they said checked in at 2pm so understandable. We went to shop first and come back to hotel around 4.30pm but room is not ready yet. As a travellers, we need to rest too after walking for long time so this is so disappointing. When the checkout time, the housekeeper knock door exactly at 12pm so we dont under why we received our room late. Towel also received late.

2.Only one lift so the waiting time is quite long.

3. Breakfast provided is good. Assorted variations but need to improve the taste. The nasi goreng is a bit hard (less cooked) and the Tekwan if im not mistaken is too salty. Got egg buffet but even the breakfast start at 6am, the egg buffet is not available yet around that time.

4. Room is fine. Choose this hotel mainly for the location but disappointed with the service

This is my second time staying here. The price is very reasonable, especially since it includes breakfast. The location is strategic and convenient for getting to RSCM. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and overall, it's good.

The receptionist service was friendly and fast. The room, however, was smaller compared to other Amaris hotels I've stayed at. The hot water in the bathroom was unstable, and the floor was very slippery, so you have to be careful after showering. Management should consider having staff scrub the bathroom floors occasionally. Breakfast was standard and matched the price. The location is convenient, close to Tanah Abang Market, Grand Indonesia (GI), Plaza Indonesia (PI), Monas, and Gambir. It's across from the Millennium Hotel Sirih. There are no restaurants nearby, so if you want dinner, you'll need to order GrabFood.

Saya pesan 3 kamar selama 2 malam di Amaris Hotel Juanda kamar 531, 530 dan 527 linuran bersama keluarga untuk transit menuju kampung setelah perjalanan dari jogja. Proses chek in cepat kebetulan kami chek in sdh malam jam 23.00 terkena macet di cikampek, kamar bagus sesuai pesanan ranjang besar dan no smooking room, air panas ok, minus sedikit remot tv sdh usang, sarapan enak, lokasi strategis

The hotel is okay, room is not that beautiful but at least it's not small. got room for prayer if you're a Muslim. no fridge, but they provide water dispenser outside. have toothbrush, slippers and toothpaste provided.
