The location is super strategic, and the service is great. If I ever go there again, I'll definitely come back to this place. The only downside is that the breakfast spread isn't very varied, but it's okay for the price, so it's not a big deal.

This hotel is quite decent for a short stay, but with minimal facilities, I don't think it's very suitable for families.

In the room, there were only 2 bottles of water with no complimentary tea, coffee, etc. (and no electric kettle either). There was only one hand soap and one toothbrush, with no complimentary shower cap or other toiletries. Honestly, I found a few small cockroaches in my room, but it was manageable as I could catch them myself.

Breakfast refills were slow, so guests had to wait about 30 minutes (during New Year's peak season), and there weren't enough tables and chairs to accommodate all guests for breakfast. Please take this as feedback.

The access is very strategic for getting around; you just need to cross the street to reach the MRT. The location is excellent overall.

I fill this form as honest as possible first impression was not good the sheets where dirty so we complained they changed it strait away but those sheets where also dirty what means it looks dirty cause they have been used a lot they where clean but just old sheets

Apart from security they like it to much in there security bunker with ac will not assist you with parking yes the day that I leave the place they helped
The hotel smelled really bad the day we arrived if they have some sewage problems but enough about complaining also there where good things like I said the staff is really friendly the hotel location is also very good 
The breakfast is in my opinion also very good cause we also muss look at the price off the hotel room so for that it’s really a good breakfast 👍

The hotel is just one step away from Kuningan City where I had an appointment for my visa at VFS Global - which is super helpful. They’d let me do an hour of early check-in for FREE. However, they didn’t have hair dryer and ironing machine in the room, hence I had to borrow it from the front desk.. they’d prepared the toothbrush, two towels, shampoo and body soap, but no handsoap and hand-towel, unfortunately. Overall, the hotel is awesomely nice for the building and its employees! Thank you, Amaris Kuningan!

The room is clean, tidy, the service is also very good, it is very comfortable to staycation here, it is close to the culinary place, so you don't have to worry about what to eat

Probably my most favorite hotel in Jakarta. Why? Pretty central, cozy cafe AC working area with button order for food/drinks from their adjacent restaurant, large enough rooms and such friendly service! Good food value and room prices too. Solid place to stay, especially for conferences in the area, especially being able to work at the tables in the lobby or cafe with colleagues.

Bed is old and too soft.
Maybe better to avoid Amaris older hotels like this one.

Amaris is the service is always good, the room is not very spacious, the shower hope to improve, near the road is quite noisy.

recently stayed at Kampi Hotel in Bali and wanted to share my experience as a disabled guest.

Overall, the staff were very kind and welcoming, which made a big difference during my stay. The team were polite, helpful, and always willing to assist when I needed something. That level of warmth and hospitality is something I really appreciated.

However, as someone with mobility challenges, accessibility is extremely important, and there were some difficulties. Certain areas of the hotel were not easy to navigate with mobility limitations, and it would really help if accessibility features were improved so disabled guests can move around more comfortably and independently.

Despite these challenges, the friendliness of the staff stood out and helped make the stay more positive. 
We had amazing breakfast selection each morning , and staff were very friendly and helpful . 

I hope this feedback is helpful, as greater accessibility would make a big difference for future guests with mobility needs.

For this price (6000 rubles for 4 nights), it's simply superb! Breakfast, quiet air conditioning, hot water. Superb. Yes, there's no shower curtain, so water goes everywhere in the bathroom, and it's a bit far from the beaches (2.5 km), but it's the best option for a ridiculously low price in Nusa Dua. If you want to be right on the beach, then you'd be looking at the Grand Hyatt for 20,000 rubles a night.

For me, a walk through such beautiful and well-maintained palm-lined avenues is a pleasure.

There's also a swimming pool and filling breakfasts, plus fresh water in glass bottles daily. The soundproofing, though, is terrible, but hey, it's a hotel.

The Room is clean. But for the bed a little have blood from previous customer. Hope next time need to be maintained.

- Di aplikasi ”Kids 0-8 YO free for stay”, pas check in ehhh kena charge 50 rb / person.
- Table di resto sangat kurang jumlahnya ketika breakfast pd datang barengan (8-9am)
- Car park sangat sempit jd mobil bisa diparkir di tempat/  bangunan sebelah deh

The hotel is great! The staff, from security to reception, are all very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, and the pool is comfortable.

Comfortable, clean room, 4 pillows, delicious food, will be delicious, next time will come back to Amaris Sunset Road

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is directly connected to a shopping mall, and there are several other large shopping malls nearby, so it was easy to find restaurants, cafes, and daily necessities.

However, the hotel itself felt much older than the photos suggested. The bathroom was quite old, and at first I was assigned a room without a window. Personally, staying in a windowless room made me feel a bit depressed, and there were also noisy guests near the entrance area.

After a few days, I requested a room change and asked for a quieter room. Thankfully, the staff were very kind and moved me to a room farther away from the entrance. The new room was much quieter and had a window, which made my stay much more comfortable.

That said, the facilities overall are definitely old, so I recommend staying here only if you understand that in advance. From a Japanese perspective, some guests may find the cleanliness and maintenance standards below what they are used to.

On the other hand, the price is relatively affordable, so I think it is important to balance expectations with the cost. The staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

As for breakfast, Japanese travelers may find that there are not many suitable options available.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel mainly for travelers who prioritize location and budget over comfort and modern facilities.

Very satisfied. Staff are friendly and responsive. The room is clean and the air conditioning is cold. Breakfast is delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. It's a safe place and close to Tanah Abang.

The hotel is okay, room is not that beautiful but at least it's not small. got room for prayer if you're a Muslim. no fridge, but they provide water dispenser outside. have toothbrush, slippers and toothpaste provided.

Near lrt and Gambir station. Easy to access. It also near to the National monument, Istiqlal Mosque and cathedral
