The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the hotel is close to the train station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The front desk staff was excellent. On our second stay, we felt our room was on a lower floor, and we requested a twin room. She diligently helped us find a new room and ultimately managed to switch us. She even proactively helped us move our luggage to the new room and gave us two complimentary drink vouchers for the bar, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, there's a Chinese girl at the hotel's front desk who was very helpful. She told us where the supermarket was and the easiest way to get to the train station (just like someone else mentioned, definitely don't follow Google Maps, as it leads you over a big hill; following her directions was very convenient, no big hill climbing needed, you can take an elevator down). We are very grateful to her.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's very close to Edinburgh University, the National Museum of Scotland, and Edinburgh Castle, all within a 10-minute walk. The facilities are modern, and the service was great. The room comfortably sleeps three adults. Breakfast was good. There are complimentary chilled and room-temperature water dispensers available on every floor. Both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. I also found Trip.com's service excellent and highly recommend it.

Overall, it was a very nice stay.

To make things easier for my parents, the hotel didn't change their room but instead extended their stay in the same one. This saved them the trouble of moving their luggage and adjusting to a new environment, which was incredibly thoughtful.

The hotel staff were as friendly as ever, communicating smoothly and patiently, and considering our actual needs, which made us feel very at ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I also want to especially thank Ctrip's customer service; their communication and cooperation throughout the process were excellent. They helped me confirm the details of the extended stay, making the whole process smooth and efficient, saving me a lot of trouble. I could feel that they genuinely cared about their guests.

Overall, this stay wasn't just about the hotel's excellent facilities, but more importantly, their attention to detail. The combined efforts of the hotel and Ctrip made my parents' trip easy and enjoyable, and gave me confidence in my choice. If I come to London again, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

After spending 2 fantastic nights we would definitely stay here again. Our room was very comfortable and we are very happy with the excellent service, maintenance and cleanliness. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. The area in which the hotel was located is more than wonderful, close to Tower Hill station and just a few minutes from Tower Bridge. It was a wonderful weekend :)

The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The rooms were very large. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but a hotel this nice definitely has a good breakfast. If I were to go back, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's about a six-minute walk to the center. I look forward to returning. The only thing I didn't like was that we specifically requested a quiet location, away from the elevator. However, they had assigned it directly across from the staff room, and almost every 10 minutes, someone would come in and out, and the door would slam, which started early in the morning. That was the only downside. A hotel I can definitely recommend. Best regards.
