My stay this time was fantastic, and I especially want to thank Ms. WAN and Ms. KLANG at the front desk. They greeted me with a warm smile from the moment I walked in and handled the check-in process seamlessly. They even proactively asked about my needs. This kind of professional yet warm service left a wonderful impression, and I'll definitely be back!

Resolving unexpected issues

I must commend the front desk ladies! I encountered an issue one evening where the air conditioning was too cold and I couldn't figure out the remote control. I thought it would be a hassle, but they immediately coordinated a solution without hesitation and followed up to ensure everything was resolved. This attitude of treating a guest's small problem as a big one is truly rare and deserving of five stars!

The service from Ms. Wang and Ms. KLANG at the front desk was absolutely superb! They are beautiful, kind, and incredibly skilled, with incredibly fast response times. They are a true highlight of this hotel, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is very clean and hygienic, and it's right next to the subway station, just a few steps away, making transportation incredibly convenient.

Additionally, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of delicious food, which I was very satisfied with!

This is already my third time staying at this hotel.

Hotel for an amazing price I choose this place and I’ve been here twice already and like the location. Right around the corner is the park and going down Soi 22 has a lot of “exciting” things to look at. Love how convenient it is to everything

Only things that miss here it is NO washing machine and no balcony, also I didn’t found no one pan, they have a stove here but no one pan, maybe they provide and need to ask not sure, also microwave not in a all types of rooms here. 

About cleanliness the wood have a lot of dust need to better clean, all other no questions.

The hotel is in a convenient location, with a convenience store right downstairs. The room lighting is a bit dim, and the air conditioning is not powerful enough.

Since the hotel is located in the city center, I could still hear traffic horns and the noise of motorcycles racing outside at night while trying to sleep in my room on the 4th floor.

Room was clean and in a good location, located near Phrom Phong BTS station and shopping malls. The only downside was that the shower area did not have a sliding door / curtain which leads to the floor outside the shower area getting wet after.

The hotel has modern amenities and a very clean, tidy room design. It is a bit far from the train station, taking about 10 minutes to get there. There are a few 7-Elevens nearby, but no markets in the area. However, the location is close to ICONSIAM, which is only about 5 minutes away by motorbike. Overall, the hotel is clean, modern, and quiet. It’s worth staying and offers good value for money. It also doesn’t require a 500 Thai Baht deposit like some other hotels.

The location and price were excellent! The room was a bit small, but it was clean, which was great.

However, I'm giving the service 1 star because I requested room service for cleaning, and I can't understand why they didn't provide fresh towels. Instead, they just hung the used ones on the hanger to dry... Are they trying to save on laundry costs or something? I'm not sure.

It felt a bit gross, but I ended up using the old towels again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights.

Cons

The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.

The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.

A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.

There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.

The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.

There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.

The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.

The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.

Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

Pros

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

Clean bed linen.

The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure.

The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.

There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed.

The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.

The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.

The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Overall

Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.
The location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points.

Минусы

Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.

Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.

В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.

В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.

Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.

В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.

Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.

Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.

Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

Плюсы

Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека.

Чистое постельное бельё.

Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды.

В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы.

Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить.

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление.

Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров.

Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.

Итог

Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.
Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям.
Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

Overall  is good lazy walk out hotel got tuk tuk can send to outside get the BTS station...or calling  grab or bolt very easy. 

Walk to 7-11 only 3 min.  Walk more around 6 min. Got other 1 7-11 so very easy. Because  I busy go GDRAGON  FAM MEETIING so I come back hotel outside snack stalls already  close😅 my dinner is from 7-11

404 room a bit big , 405 ermmm so so...only room don have Indoor slippers... go to 7-11also don have sell it😅... maybe hotel need upgrade  please  provide  indoor slippers 

Service is so good , every morning  house keeping  will come and cleaned  and top up  our mineral  water ,change the towel, even our pajamas  also there fold  it 🤭 very nice but only 1 day only after that  no more maybe there want our tips😅 opss sorry forgot  put tips 

 only my room got ghost 😅404 not a nice number  maybe can try other room 😅 but our room is connection room 404& 405, I didn't take pic of the room

Location was amazing, right next to Nana BTS station, within walking distance to all the night life you would want to experience in Bangkok. Easy 5-10min grab bike ride to all of the shopping and amazing food in BKK too. 
Only gripe I had was that the room had 2 baby roaches and some stain on the toilet floor, and for some reason when housekeeping came my hair was not swept away from the floor, but aside from that, room is fully equipped with bathrobes, big safe, hairdryer, many storage space for clothes, comfortable bed, extra pillows (four in total). Definitely bang for buck!

I enjoyed my stay even if it was only for a night. 
The location is very convenient because it is nearby many cafes and restaurants. It is also quite near the beach. The view of the mountain is also beautiful. The staff are super friendly. The room itself is so nice and clean.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Gem! Perfect Location, Views, and Privacy
I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel and cannot recommend it enough!

What I loved:

• The Location & Views: The hotel is in a highly strategic location. You get breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views while still being within short walking distance of the local night market and plenty of great Halal food restaurants.

• Peace & Privacy: Despite being so close to the local attractions, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet. It offers excellent privacy and a peaceful environment away from the usual street noise.

• Outstanding Service: I requested special room decorations ahead of my arrival, and the team executed it perfectly. It was a beautiful touch that made the stay extra special. they even upgraded our room! 🫶🏻

• Cleanliness: Since it is a new hotel, everything feels fresh, but the housekeeping team deserves extra credit—the entire property and our room were absolutely spotless.

If you are looking for a beautiful sea view, convenience, and a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely be back!

nearby to food stall (beware; some food stalls around the earea closes early. some coffee shops also closed at some point
they have smart tv)
lots of toilet downstairs
very helpful staffs

cons:
very hard bed. couldnt sleep very well
some machine issues in gym
no pool life guard, swim at your own risk. But its not very deep. Supervise your kids.
Pool water feels so sticky
noise issues from nearby rooms are heard
no elevator but have helpful staffs

great location close to jungceylon and nearby convenience stores, night market, food and coffee options.

however, amenities like gym and swimming pool are certainly not 4-star equivalent. cleanliness and housekeeping standards are also not the highest, as there were stains on the bed upon check in, which were fortunately rectified by the end of the day. the room and building is generally still new, but the housekeeping could be better. 

others: 
toilet is slightly cramped
no proper lobby for pickup
adjacent massage/spa is decent
1000baht cash deposit upon check in
rooms not fully soundproof, can faintly hear neighbours and the road (but nothing too loud)

The transportation is incredibly convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the location is excellent. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, offering amazing value for money. My stay was incredibly satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
