The room's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk service was great, and they even gave me a welcome gift bag. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of options. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

We took our family on a short trip during the May Day holiday. We booked two rooms, and to our surprise, the front desk told us that both rooms had been upgraded, and one of them was even upgraded to a lake-view panoramic suite! It was a wonderful surprise. Overall, the hotel facilities were good, the service was excellent, the response to problems was prompt, the breakfast was plentiful, and there was a gym – it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Facilities: Before coming, online reviews said the hotel opened in 2011 and the facilities were a bit outdated. Being our first time staying there, we were a little hesitant, but the price was very cheap (400 RMB per night), so we booked it on a whim. However, upon arrival, we found that the facilities were anything but outdated; in fact, they were very clean and tidy, and some facilities were quite new – not at all like a 15-year-old hotel. There was also a large floor-to-ceiling window and a large balcony where we could enjoy the view.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Because we had pets, we stayed in a pet-friendly room without carpet, but both rooms were odorless and very clean. The towels and facilities were spotless, and the bathroom was also odor-free. Cleanliness was perfect.

Environment: The environment is excellent, with the Qiantang River and the Water Expo Tower right outside the hotel. The hotel offers a variety of recreational facilities, including a mini-train, gym, billiards, table tennis, chess and cards, swimming, a petting zoo, DIY pastry making, and much more.

Service: There's dedicated one-on-one service. I added the account manager on WeChat, and they responded and resolved any issues promptly. The service staff, including the front desk staff, were all very friendly.

Breakfast: This is something I want to mention separately. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but I have to commend the restaurant management at this hotel. We arrived quite late (9:00 PM), and the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. While other five-star hotels might have sparse selections by then, here the food was still plentiful and hot – a pleasant surprise. Even guests arriving at 10:00 AM could still enjoy a sufficient breakfast. Secondly, the restaurant is truly spacious with many tables, so there was no shortage of seats. They also cleared tables very promptly, keeping them clean and not interfering with our meal.

In short, this hotel is excellent, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

Came to see a concert. The hotel is about two stops from Lotus. Affordable, strong air conditioning. The room smells delicious when you return. You can even make tea. The bed is on a high floor and very comfortable. The cleaning lady is very nice.

I think this is a great trip. I also approve of the hotel's service. It's really great. I like Hangzhou and the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the service experience given to me by the butler Zhang Wenbin. It's really great. I really like communicating with him. He took care of my emotional value throughout the trip. Because I came alone, I hope to receive this kind of emotional value. It's really great. I will definitely come again next time. They provide disposable bathtub liners and bath salts, as well as laundry detergent. Kids' amenities and fresh fruit were also thoughtfully prepared. There were even dedicated cups for Gong Cha, green tea, and coffee. The service was excellent, and the environment was quiet. It was a perfect, relaxing stay after hiking Mount Tai.

When checking in and out, the security guy was very considerate and helped with the luggage. Xiaotong at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It can be seen that the hotel is well managed. Every employee has a smile on his face. The hotel facilities are also very complete and advanced. The smart devices in the room are easy to use, the TV has clear picture quality, the air conditioning has a good cooling effect, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are high-quality toiletries, which make people very comfortable.

This stay was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, close to the subway and attractions, making travel convenient. The rooms were clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk service was warm, attentive, and responsive, with thoughtful attention to detail. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, a good balance of Chinese and Western dishes, and tasted delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money, with service and facilities exceeding expectations. I highly recommend it to business and leisure travelers, and I would definitely choose it again for my next business trip or vacation.

With the advancement of text mining technology, hotel review analysis will pay more attention to **multi-dimensional verification** (such as combining check-in data and consumption records) and **dynamic monitoring** (real-time identification of abnormal reviews). In addition, the rise of environmental protection and health topics (such as the degradable mineral water packaging mentioned on web page 2) may become a new camouflage direction for hydrology, and the recognition model needs to be continuously updated.

A hotel with very good service, I upgraded my room for the first time. The room sent fruit and yogurt, the room environment really didn't have to say, comfortable and clean, and there was a bathtub. The layout of the room is very reasonable, the wall is still landscape painting style, the lighting sign-in benefits, not dazzling, and a small sofa is very suitable for lying down. The bathroom is well decorated and has a bathtub. It can be seen that the hotel must be the next book. Finally, I said breakfast, I didn't take pictures, but I ate Shandong pancakes, rolled onion to eat cool hahaha.

We stayed in a parent-child suite, which was large and clean with a wide view. The waiter was very enthusiastic and sent us fruits. We brought our children, so they also sent us many bottles of water. There were also souvenirs when we checked out. We were participating in a marathon, and the hotel was very considerate. It was a bit cold that day, but they also provided ginger tea, which was great!
