The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right in front of a subway station with multiple lines available. Seeing the Eiffel Tower so close by was a huge bonus and really lifted my spirits! We stayed for two nights, but the towels weren't changed. I'm not sure if that was mentioned somewhere? There are also plenty of cafes nearby, so there's no need to eat breakfast at the hotel. Overall, I'd consider staying here again on my next trip.

The location is fantastic! You can get there directly from the airport via the RER B line, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Les Halles metro station. Iconic attractions like the Louvre are only a ten-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants nearby, and the food is quite good. The room is spacious, apartment-style, and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Even though we didn't cook, it felt incredibly convenient.

Hotel is in good condition with excellent customer service. We would like to thank Ms Salini at the reception for her hospitality and guidance when my sis mobile phone was pickpocket in the metro the day we arrived. Paris should have more people like her. Hotel is just next to the metro (place d Italia) but pls be careful for those that is taking the metro as pickpocket operate inside and outside especially in front of the mall. For 1st time traveller it’s not advisable at it might get a bit rough during the night. Overall stay at hotel is good just not outside the hotel. Take care for those that is staying around that area.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! First off, the location is fantastic – super convenient to the Louvre, Orsay, and Notre Dame. It's right on the street too, which makes parking easy. Plus, there's free coffee on the first floor.

The room was very clean. While they didn't clean it during my stay, there were trash bags in the room and a bin at the end of the hall, so I could take out my own trash.

I love the location as it's very close to the metro station and is easy to access. The elegant ambiance of Hotel Catarina de Opera perfectly complements its convenient location, making it a delightful stay for both relaxation and exploration. The attentive staff and impeccable service truly elevate the overall experience, ensuring a memorable and comfortable visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in the luxury and warmth this hotel has to offer.

The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. They have many branches in Paris, and this one is in the 16th arrondissement, not too far from the main attractions. It's perfectly situated for a city walk in the most romantic city. With a kitchen, it's especially suitable for families who like to cook their own meals. There's an Auchan supermarket just 200 meters away that has everything you need at reasonable prices, and it's much larger than the nearby G20 and Carrefour. The street next door seems to be an 'Asian street' with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese restaurants. If you register as a member at the front desk, you get free breakfast, one voucher per person per meal. There's also a coffee machine near the breakfast area on the ground floor with free coffee and milk daily, but it's best to use your room's cups. The hotel's philosophy is all about self-sufficiency, sustainability, and living well. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a little dated, especially the faucets, which aren't ideal, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience, which is why I extended my stay for another night.

On the first night of my stay, just before going to sleep, an alarm went off for a few minutes without warning. Everyone in the hotel went to the hallway, and the hotel staff didn't offer any explanation afterward; that was the end of it. The hotel is located very close to the subway station, just two small streets away. It's also quite convenient to go out.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just two minutes from the subway station. The famous Moulin Rouge is right outside, and it's also a street full of bars, very lively at night, but also quite chaotic. It's safe to stay indoors at night.

However, there was a noticeable odor near the kitchen entrance to the room; otherwise, it was fine.

The room was clean and spacious, with a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk was open 24 hours a day, and unlimited free drinks were available. (Coffee, cocoa, and sparkling water were also available.) Kitchenware was provided, so you could cook your own meals. Numerous supermarkets and a metro station were a 20-meter walk away, and Line 13 runs through the heart of Paris.

The hotel room was very clean, especially the various pots, pans, plates, salad bowls, microwave-safe glass bowls with lids, colander, knives, forks, spoons, paring cutters, scissors, etc. in the cabinets, all were very clean and safe to use. The room was spacious enough, and the kitchen was adequate; the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and range hood all worked well and were very clean. In short, cooking here was worry-free! Luckily, there was an Express convenience store across the street downstairs, where I could buy all the ingredients I needed, which was extremely convenient. The hotel rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, but those near the residential area were very quiet. The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The only downside was the price, which was a bit high, but that's to be expected for this location. The location is excellent; the metro lines 5 and 8 are nearby, as are buses, making travel very convenient. Nearby attractions are also within walking distance. Note that there are stairs from the metro station to the surface, which can be difficult with large luggage; taking the bus is preferable. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would stay here again if I were to return to Paris.

The room was a bit bigger than expected, which is a pleasant surprise for a UK hotel, as everyone knows how small they can be. Overall, it looked quite clean, like a student apartment. It came with an oven, cutlery, knives, and pots, and even dish soap was provided! Since it's an apartment-style hotel, cleaning service is only offered for stays of three days or more. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with a supermarket across the street and the subway station just a short walk away. Very convenient overall. However, the check-in time is very strict at 3 PM. We arrived around noon, and the front desk insisted on the 3 PM check-in. We came back at 2:58 PM after walking around, and they still wouldn't let us check in, making us wait until exactly 3 PM. In China, they'd definitely let you check in earlier. Everything else was great, but the check-in time is definitely inflexible.

The front desk staff were very friendly. There's a free coffee and milk machine on the ground floor (G). The room was quite spacious for UK standards, had everything including a hairdryer, and was generally clean. Pretty good overall.

This is our go-to hotel whenever we're in London. It's super close to the tube station, and there are plenty of restaurants and mini-marts nearby, which is really convenient. They don't offer daily room cleaning, but each room has a small kitchen and a fridge.

The location was absolutely fantastic! All the major sights like Big Ben, the London Eye, Piccadilly Circus, and the National Gallery were within a 5-10 minute walk. Since we needed a room for four people, we stayed in an apartment-style room. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, a bathtub, one large double bed, and a sofa bed for two more. I also appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower room. However, the dishwasher inside was rusty and not very clean. Plus, there was a constant noise, whether it was from the pipes or the room upstairs, which kept me up at night.

One of the best Citadines I've been so far. Just about 5 years old. The studios are well equipped and it's very quiet, especially to the big inner yard with a Japanese garden.
I chose this Citadines because allccommodation in the London city centre is too expensive and mostly substandard, especially if you are used to travel in Asia.

An exceptional hotel! Truly stunning with breathtaking views that take your breath away. The staff is professional and friendly, with excellent service from start to finish. Everything is immaculately clean and meticulously organized.

I had unforgettable day here. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to everyone.

Love the unit with all you need for the trip. We were given at 11th floor but sound proofing was so good. We didn't even hear the mosque next to us. Room service was excellent, staff checking on us and food was nice and reasonable price. The only issue is the towels with stains and mouldy smell. Need better detergent, bleeching or new batch of towels.

What kind of porridge is this? It's just rice with some broth. Was it cooked by a chef or an intern? So embarrassing. A hotel as big as Citadines, tarnished. Even though the service was good, there were still many shortcomings. The bathroom was flooded. There was no iron facility. The phone couldn't be used. I arrived at night and was given a room that hadn't been occupied for a long time. You could see something on top of the toilet, indicating it hadn't been used in a while. I asked for ice at night and got it, but it was really oily, I don't know what kind of oil it was. Disgusting.
