Everything was great – clean and cozy, and the metro is super convenient, just steps away. The tower is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. For those worried about metro noise, it doesn't run at night, so you can explore during the day and sleep soundly at night! :)

I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers. The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance. Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers evening concerts, which is a fantastic, lesser-known local experience.

The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. The front desk even provides travel tips and tourist information. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, offering limited options if you're staying for multiple days. I hope everyone reading this has a wonderful time in Paris!

I chose this hotel with my three almost-adult children. Its location is the biggest advantage, right by the Seine River, a few hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de la Concorde, and Musée d'Orsay were all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The hotel lobby offers complimentary hot water, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. It rained during our stay, and coming back to the hotel for a hot chocolate or tea was incredibly comforting. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The bed in the bedroom was larger than 1.3 meters, feeling almost as big as a king-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room opened up into two separate single beds, which was great. The only minor drawback was that one of the beds made quite a bit of noise when turning over. The open-plan kitchen had ample utensils, and we could easily make simple meals after buying some oil and salt. Frying eggs and cooking instant noodles was no problem – my 'Chinese stomach' simply can't handle Western food all the time. The bathroom had a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but disposable slippers were available, though of average quality. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's a bakery not far downstairs where fresh croissants were 1.4 euros, which was quite good value. All in all, if you're traveling as a family, have a 'Chinese stomach,' and aren't rolling in money, I'd recommend it.

The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making it easy to get around Paris. There is also a supermarket, an IKEA, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Major attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Galeries Lafayette are easily accessible by metro.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The lobby offers free drinking water and freshly ground coffee.

The room was a comfortable size and well equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, and dishwasher, which made it convenient to prepare simple meals. The hotel also has an elevator and air conditioning.

The hotel is close to a main road, so some noise from people talking outside could be heard at night. The sound insulation is average, but overall it was a convenient and practical place to stay.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Paris. The front desk staff are wonderful and very kind. The location is also fantastic; it's close to Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The area is lively, so I feel safe walking around at night. The room came fully equipped with a microwave, cooking utensils, plates, cups, and more, so I was able to heat up food I bought or cook meals. The bakery next door is delicious, and I even took a baguette home with me. It's truly my favorite hotel.

The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. They have many branches in Paris, and this one is in the 16th arrondissement, not too far from the main attractions. It's perfectly situated for a city walk in the most romantic city. With a kitchen, it's especially suitable for families who like to cook their own meals. There's an Auchan supermarket just 200 meters away that has everything you need at reasonable prices, and it's much larger than the nearby G20 and Carrefour. The street next door seems to be an 'Asian street' with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese restaurants. If you register as a member at the front desk, you get free breakfast, one voucher per person per meal. There's also a coffee machine near the breakfast area on the ground floor with free coffee and milk daily, but it's best to use your room's cups. The hotel's philosophy is all about self-sufficiency, sustainability, and living well. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a little dated, especially the faucets, which aren't ideal, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience, which is why I extended my stay for another night.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just two minutes from the subway station. The famous Moulin Rouge is right outside, and it's also a street full of bars, very lively at night, but also quite chaotic. It's safe to stay indoors at night.

However, there was a noticeable odor near the kitchen entrance to the room; otherwise, it was fine.

On the first night of my stay, just before going to sleep, an alarm went off for a few minutes without warning. Everyone in the hotel went to the hallway, and the hotel staff didn't offer any explanation afterward; that was the end of it. The hotel is located very close to the subway station, just two small streets away. It's also quite convenient to go out.

This place is very convenient, located near Place de la Bastille. There are metro stations and public bicycles available for rent on both sides of the hotel. The hotel lobby also offers free coffee and tea, as well as a paid laundry service. Our family of four, including two children, slept relatively well on the sofa bed at night. There is also a small kitchen for simple meals. The environment is not extremely clean, but it is acceptable. For Paris accommodations, this is a highly recommended place with great value for money!

Located near Montparnasse train station with numbers of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is spacious with amenities like an electric kettle, digital safe, cleaning shampoo, gels and etc.
Self-service coin laundry is in the basement one, and free coffee, cocoa machine at lobby level 1.

Extremely great location - near the tube station and also a great area in general with many eateries and supermarkets nearby. Covent Garden is also a walkable distance away.

But there was a heatwave during our stay so we were better off outdoors than being in our rooms (during the day). Their aircon are generally not made for such extreme heat so we hardly felt any aircon and at times we felt like we were in an air fryer. I had my portable fan with me so made it feel slightly better. Night time is generally better.

The main lifts were also constantly under maintenance throughout our stay so we had to use the cargo lift. Not that we mind to be honest but it just feels annoying to see the notice every time we want to use the lift.

Other than that, my family and I would certainly come back here. Probably will try them out during winter then.

First day our 1 bedroom was not ready so we got a really tight studio with no working water for shower- it was boiling hot. Took half a day to make it cold, so first day wasn’t great. Transferred to our booked room and it was fine after. Overall we have been staying here before because of location and large rooms for 4 of us. But the most recent experience was a bit frustrating. Also the hotel is getting a little old. If the shower had worked the first day would have felt better. 
It was also during the heat wave in London.

Pros:
1. Excellent location
Within walking distance to major attractions like Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, and Westminster. Subway stations (Embankment, Charing Cross) are also nearby, making getting around very convenient.

2. Room layout and amenities
The room has a small kitchen (refrigerator, sink) for basic cooking, free Wi-Fi, and ample storage space, making it feel like a 'home away from home' for longer stays.

3. Front desk/Service
Most guests appreciate the friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Thoughtful amenities like the complimentary coffee machine are a plus.

Cons:
1. Outdated facilities and cleanliness issues
The room facilities feel old, and the cleanliness was not as good as expected. Specifically, the maintenance of the bed and bathroom was off-putting.

The hotel apartment is converted from an old post office. The facilities are very new and the ceilings in the room are very high! The space feels very comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is suitable for office work and business travel! Convenient transportation, two stops to Kingscross, and buses go directly to Oxford Street and the University of the British Empire.

A very high-quality accommodation experience. We booked a family room but only two people slept there. The facilities were complete. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. The location is excellent for work. Call grab food also convenient.

I never expected to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The entrance greeter assisted us with carrying our luggage and even opened the car door for us, which made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived.

I booked an apartment-style room that was perfect for a family stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with a water dispenser. Although the hot water function was not working, we were still able to boil water using the pots and kettle provided. The washing machine was also a great addition, especially with its hot air drying function, which made doing laundry very convenient.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. It truly made my first trip to Jakarta an amazing and memorable experience.

What kind of porridge is this? It's just rice with some broth. Was it cooked by a chef or an intern? So embarrassing. A hotel as big as Citadines, tarnished. Even though the service was good, there were still many shortcomings. The bathroom was flooded. There was no iron facility. The phone couldn't be used. I arrived at night and was given a room that hadn't been occupied for a long time. You could see something on top of the toilet, indicating it hadn't been used in a while. I asked for ice at night and got it, but it was really oily, I don't know what kind of oil it was. Disgusting.
