I really like Citadines hotels – they usually have excellent locations, close to the metro, and are well-equipped. This time, I chose a hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. I didn't pay extra for a room with a view, but I still got one, for which I'm very grateful to the administrator who checked me in. A huge plus for this hotel chain is that all the essentials are in the room: a fridge, microwave, dishes, and even a dishwasher. There's a bathtub in the bathroom, a large mirror in the room, an iron, and an ironing board. I didn't opt for breakfast. Across the street from the hotel, there was a large Monoprix store where you could buy anything you needed to heat up or chill.

Since it's an apart-hotel, rooms are cleaned every 3 days. Towels can be replaced upon request if needed. Trash can be taken to a special room on the floor. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, so I didn't need these services. The only minor issue was that during my visit to Paris, I experienced abnormal heat, and the hotel's air conditioning system simply couldn't cope with it (considering the room was quite large – the effect would have been more noticeable in a smaller area). Although the staff tried their best and did everything they could, and even brought a delicious gift from the hotel due to minor system issues. Open windows also didn't help, as Metro Line 6 runs right below them – on one hand, it's very convenient, but on the other hand, the noise from the metro with open windows was disturbing. In any case, this didn't spoil my impression of the hotel. I gladly recommend it to other Eiffel Tower fans like myself, and I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close and convenient to the subway station, with many shops around, including a Chinese noodle restaurant and a bubble tea shop. The soundproofing in the rooms is very good; even though the fountain square is noisy, you can barely hear it with the windows closed. The cleanliness was generally good, although I did notice a few hairs in the shower upon check-in, but everything else was quite new and clean. Breakfast was very mediocre with limited options. The front desk service was good; as a registered member, I was able to check in early, and they proactively arranged a courtyard view room and a fountain view room for us. The only downside was that there's only one elevator, which meant waiting.

We really liked our room; it was new, modern, and spacious for Parisian standards. It's great to have unlimited access to the coffee machine in the lobby near the reception. As for the downsides: we stayed for 4 nights, and our trash was never emptied; there were no slippers or toothbrushes. It's a bit far from the city center, but there's a convenient direct metro line. The hotel is new, and construction is still ongoing.

Excellent location right on the Seine. You can see the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral (across the river) from the window. The Louvre is just a 10-15 minute walk away. It's also very close to the Musée d'Orsay and Sainte-Chapelle.

The facilities are a bit old as it's a converted residential building, but they are complete, and you can cook and heat food. The air conditioning saved us from the scorching summer heat in Paris.

The price is a bit high, but for those who prioritize convenience, the location is truly unbeatable.

Highly recommended.

The hotel is just one metro stop behind Le Marais, located in a more residential area, but it's still very convenient. Line 3 is right outside the door, and there are a couple of supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. On the street next to the hotel, you'll find plenty of bakeries and coffee shops to choose from.

Extremely safe, highly recommended for family trips with kids. Plus, there's free coffee, which is a huge bonus! It's very safe and quiet, and the staff are super friendly.

The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. They have many branches in Paris, and this one is in the 16th arrondissement, not too far from the main attractions. It's perfectly situated for a city walk in the most romantic city. With a kitchen, it's especially suitable for families who like to cook their own meals. There's an Auchan supermarket just 200 meters away that has everything you need at reasonable prices, and it's much larger than the nearby G20 and Carrefour. The street next door seems to be an 'Asian street' with Chinese, Thai, and Japanese restaurants. If you register as a member at the front desk, you get free breakfast, one voucher per person per meal. There's also a coffee machine near the breakfast area on the ground floor with free coffee and milk daily, but it's best to use your room's cups. The hotel's philosophy is all about self-sufficiency, sustainability, and living well. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are a little dated, especially the faucets, which aren't ideal, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience, which is why I extended my stay for another night.

This was my second stay here. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the subway is conveniently located. It's quiet despite being in a busy area. The room was clean, with one bedroom and a living room. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping. There's also a small kitchen where you can cook, equipped with an oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, and so on.

The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. Having a kitchen with utensils and cookware was also a big plus. The room was reasonably clean and had enough storage space. The front desk staff were very nice. Soundproofing was just average. The complimentary all-day coffee and hot chocolate were a wonderful touch! ❤️

I had informed the front desk that we wouldn't need housekeeping and would change our own towels and dispose of our own trash, but the cleaning staff still entered the room. 🥹

I booked two rooms for two nights. First of all, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with balconies – great! They were also close to the train stations, especially Paris Lyon Station, which was only about 700 meters away. The rooms were fully equipped with a kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, and a microwave, so I could cook simple meals. The only downside was a slight odor, possibly from recent renovations. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Finding a hotel in Europe that accommodates a family of three (+ sofa bed), offers ample space, is reasonably priced, and conveniently located is quite a challenge. Since we were staying for four nights, we needed a large space to live comfortably. This place has a separate kitchen and dining table, which was very convenient for the kids to do homework, eat breakfast, snack on fruit, and for getting ready. The hygiene was excellent; the bathroom had no odor at all and was very new. The provided tableware, pots, and pans were all brand new, even the dish sponges were unused, and two dishwasher tablets were supplied. Downstairs, you can get free drinking water, coffee, and hot chocolate, but the machine tends to break down. They have a towel warmer, so towels can be dried daily and reused; if you need new ones, just call, and they'll send them up. The location is also very convenient; you can walk to the British Museum and the West End for shows. The subway station is right outside, making late-night returns safe. There are also many coffee shops and restaurants nearby! For 2000+ a night in London during the summer, I think it was definitely worth it!

Quite a good value stay during the Christmas holiday season. The room was spacious and clean, with nothing really to complain about. However, the room lacked amenities, requiring us to request them separately from reception, which isn’t ideal for a hotel in this price range. On the plus side, this hotel is very convenient, easily accessible from Farringdon Station on the Elizabeth Line, making it a direct route to Heathrow.

Pros:
1. Excellent location
Within walking distance to major attractions like Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, and Westminster. Subway stations (Embankment, Charing Cross) are also nearby, making getting around very convenient.

2. Room layout and amenities
The room has a small kitchen (refrigerator, sink) for basic cooking, free Wi-Fi, and ample storage space, making it feel like a 'home away from home' for longer stays.

3. Front desk/Service
Most guests appreciate the friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Thoughtful amenities like the complimentary coffee machine are a plus.

Cons:
1. Outdated facilities and cleanliness issues
The room facilities feel old, and the cleanliness was not as good as expected. Specifically, the maintenance of the bed and bathroom was off-putting.

This was my second stay, and this time I was assigned a room facing the street. Unfortunately, the building exterior was undergoing renovation, so there was scaffolding outside the window, which slightly affected natural light and ventilation. However, the overall experience was still great. I skipped breakfast at the hotel to try different breakfast spots on the street. Highly recommended.

One of the best Citadines I've been so far. Just about 5 years old. The studios are well equipped and it's very quiet, especially to the big inner yard with a Japanese garden.
I chose this Citadines because allccommodation in the London city centre is too expensive and mostly substandard, especially if you are used to travel in Asia.

2nd time to visit Good location everything was perfect room was clean staff ser vice was amazing and good hospitality I recommend this hotel in bangkok.

The accommodation wasn't very clean, and there was a slight smell in the bathroom. Amenities are not provided as standard and you have to ask at the counter if you need them. The swimming pool and gym are pretty basic. However, they clean the room daily and provide two bottles of water every day. You can also get unlimited Thai milk tea, coffee, etc. from the Nescafe machine at the vending machine on the first floor. They offer a 24-hour tuk-tuk service to Nana Station. My request for a late check-out was granted, and they even brought my luggage to the room when I checked in. The staff are friendly, and the pillows and bed are quite comfortable. There are many bars in the area where smoking is allowed, so it attracts a lot of Westerners looking for nightlife. I don't think it's very suitable for families. Also, it's located in an alley, so it gets a bit dark at night.

Booked this accommodation for a weekend music festival nearby at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and UOB Live respectively. Decided on this due to the fairly strategic location just in between both venues.
Room was a little dated but room size was huge and comes with a kitchen. The bidet was leaking and the staff fixed it while I was away, and I found that they replaced the bidet spray. Unfortunately, there was still leakage so I suppose it was due to loose pipe or something.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Location was quite convenient, about a few traffic lights/streets from Terminal 21 Asok and the MRT/BTS, around 10 to 15 mins walking distance.
Unfortunately, the traffic lights usually took a long time so it's not that straightforward in terms of route and total walking time is long. There is no shelter also, unless you take the covered overhead bridge but is not directly accessible and requires a little route planning.
Price was value for money though and I would book again.
