I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel kindly upgraded my room from my original booking, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the linens every day.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English well, so communication was easy. The view from my room was also very nice.

The location is very convenient, only a few minutes’ walk to the metro station. Behind the hotel there are several local restaurants with reasonable prices, and next to the hotel there is a famous bakery.

Overall, I had a great experience. If I come back here for business again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Location is good, near to the famous xi hua road. Room is clean and have good amenities, staff is helpful. Breakfast choice could be improved, the only downside is the buffet breakfast area has quite limited seats and table available, so often you need to wait for a place or a large group can’t be sitted together.

The location is fantastic – it's quiet despite being in a lively area, and the view outside my window was a lovely urban green space, making for fresh air when I opened the window in the morning. The thick carpets in the hallway meant no noise when people walked by. There's free coffee and tea in the common areas, and the facilities are new and well-maintained. It's small but has everything you need, and I slept very comfortably. The location is also super convenient, right next to a subway station. If you like walking, you can easily get to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Guangzhou Uprising Memorial Hall, and Beijing Road. Plus, if you have kids, there's a park nearby, which is great. The front desk service was good too. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!

The room was clean. The 'Leisurely Afternoon' high tea set for two was great, and the service was excellent. It's also conveniently located near Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making it easy to go shopping.

This smart hotel was an amazing experience! The XiaoDu intelligent system easily controlled the curtains, TV, and lights, making it feel very high-tech. The room was brand new and spotless, and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary drinks like Coke, lemon tea, and yogurt – so convenient to enjoy anytime! The location is also super convenient, close to Tiyu Xilu metro station, with a bustling commercial area nearby offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel facilities are comprehensive too, with a gym for workouts anytime, and laundry/drying equipment, making travel much easier.

I especially want to praise the TV in the room; the picture quality was excellent, and both screen mirroring and live streaming were very smooth. Plus, it could also be voice-controlled, which was very user-friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly cooked noodles and vermicelli, providing plenty of choices – very good! When we checked in, the sink unexpectedly clogged. After reporting it to the front desk, staff immediately came to fix it. After the repair, they even proactively tidied the room floor and took out the trash. The service was meticulous and warm, making for an overall excellent experience!

This time, I brought my family to Guangzhou and chose the ECharm Hotel near Shangxiajiu. The experience truly exceeded my expectations!

When we checked in, the front desk lady saw that we had a child and kindly offered us a free room upgrade, along with thoughtful snacks and fruits. We felt so touched right away. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was very comfortable; my child slept soundly.

 The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Yongqingfang and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. It's just a few minutes' walk, super convenient for shopping and sightseeing, and in the evening, you can even stroll along the river. The hotel's service was also excellent; whether it was the front desk staff or the cleaning aunties, everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help.

Overall, this stay was a perfect 10, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Guangzhou! 👍

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the bustling Tianhe commercial district, with all sorts of businesses, restaurants, and services available. The subway is just 50 meters away! 😄 The room size was adequate, with a smart toilet, smart switches, and complimentary drinks. However, some facilities were quite subpar. The curtains were manual roll-up blinds 😮💨 and hard to use 😮💨. The TV was placed to the side of the bed 😮💨. There were too few power outlets in the room 😮💨. The toiletries weren't placed in the bathroom, which was inconvenient 😮💨. It's on the 30th floor, but there are only two elevators 😮💨, and the laundry room often had a queue 😮💨. For these hardware conditions, and a price over 1000, where's the value for money? 😮💨 The service was acceptable, pretty standard. Breakfast options were limited; it was just enough to fill you up 😮💨.

This was my first time staying at a budget-friendly hotel like this, and it exceeded my expectations! Though not huge, the hotel was clean, tidy, and surprisingly smart. The only real downside was the small room. The service was great, and the location is fantastic, very close to Beijing Road and Shangxiajiu. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right across the street from Exit B of Chen Clan Academy subway station, and dim sum restaurants like Tao Tao Ju are within walking distance – the location is unbeatable! 

Facilities: The whole room is smart-enabled and controlled by a smart assistant, which is very convenient.

Cleanliness: It was quite clean and tidy.

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When we asked for a quieter room, they proactively upgraded us to an executive room on the 8th floor. As expected, the higher floor was very quiet, and the hotel's soundproofing is excellent, which was a huge plus!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it quite convenient to reach several attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and odor-free, with clean and tidy bedding. Facilities were comprehensive, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and quick to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but all the essentials were there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, with several good ones within walking distance.

The Spring Festival stay experience is great! As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the annual taste of the hall. The kumquat and the red lantern were reflected, and the atmosphere was full. The front desk staff was warm and professional, the check-in speed was 666, the whole process was efficient and no waiting, and I stayed for several days. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and warm, and sweets and melon seeds are also prepared intimately. You are at home and highly recommended!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first, truly exceeding my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient; both check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting. The newly renovated room had absolutely no strange odors, was spotlessly clean, and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a perfectly peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh ingredients, offering a great variety of hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, all tasting delicious. The basic facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and the cleanliness, even in the smallest corners, was impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money. It’s perfect for both travel and business, a truly reliable choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the train station and Luohu Port. Arriving and checking in was indeed a breeze – no exposure to the elements, no long walk, which was a huge plus.

However, once I needed to leave the hotel and get a taxi, it was a completely different story. The entrances/exits, pedestrian walkways, and taxi stands around the train station are incredibly poorly designed. There's no convenient access point; you can't just step out of the hotel and grab a taxi directly. Instead, you have to navigate a complex, roundabout pedestrian route that's much longer than expected. There are no clear signs, so getting lost and taking unnecessary detours was a constant. 

This is incredibly inconvenient for travelers with luggage, or those with elderly family members and children. Even though the direct distance is short, it takes an extra ten minutes or more of walking just to find a taxi. Despite its prime location right by the train station, external traffic arrangements severely hamper travel efficiency. The hotel itself is fine, but if you plan on using taxis, I'd advise caution. For a simple overnight stopover after arriving, it's perfectly acceptable.
