The water pressure is smacking good. Trust me your face will feel the pain so are your tired legs from walking which kinda helps to ease the fatigue. Weird but true. Housekeeping request have to inform reception if not they will not clean the room. The room 8915 I stayed smelled mouldy but not mold in sight so I suspect the aircon issue. Big clear glass window cannot be opened but good sunlight for makeup and vit d. Room is adequate, location is fantastic. Just right beside mrt station and major malls all around. Amenities are normal. Some teabags, free daily 2 bottles of water, toothbrushes, comb and shower cap and cotton bud. Reception have drinks, coffee and sweets which are all self service. Level 5 is laundry room with dryer and ironing machine. Upkeep  of hotel needs more diligence as rooms and common area shows wear and tear. Especially level 9 lift area u can see the gap between elevator and cement floor. Quite hazardous and past few days I’m there I don’t see any repair/ interim measures despite reporting to reception on the issues. They have a lot of staff but due to large number of people staying, they are also very busy. Parcels received eg from online shopping or food delivery or other type of work parcels they don’t sort properly. Quite messy and they need time to find them of which you have to show proof of screenshots of the parcels of the parcel id before you can collect from them the next day or later part of the day. Overall despite some shortcomings, I will still stay there again for ease of next door shopping at the mall. Distance to airport need approx an hour due to heavy traffic and speed limits on the highway etc.

The front desk service was excellent; they let us check in early, which was a lifesaver after a whole day of travel and feeling under the weather. Being able to rest right after landing was fantastic. 

The hotel is on the 6th floor, and the hallway always smells lovely. 

They have a laundry room, so you can wash clothes right after buying them. 

The room was very clean, not huge, but very comfortable. The bedding was great, though the pillows were a bit thin, but it didn't bother me as I still slept in every day. 

There are outlets on both sides of the bed, the mini-fridge is refilled with drinks daily, and you can cast your phone to the TV to binge-watch shows in the evening. The air conditioning is also very strong! 

The hotel also offers umbrella rentals for a 50 RMB deposit, which you get back upon return. This is incredibly convenient for Guangzhou's unpredictable weather, with sudden downpours and strong sunshine. 

You can walk to Tianhe City, Grandbuy, and TeeMall in less than a minute. Tianhuan Plaza and Zhengjia Plaza are about a 5-minute walk away. 

The subway station is nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are also great restaurants like Da Ge Fan, Tao Tao Ju, and Lu Yun nearby. 

I think staying around Tiyu Xilu is much more convenient than Beijing Road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your establishment. The amenities provided were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our experience even more pleasant. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the city center, making it convenient to visit all the attractions. However, the hotel is situated in a very old building. The front desk shares a floor with another hotel, and during peak season, it felt chaotic and noisy. There was only one person at the front desk handling check-ins, which is a noticeable shortage compared to the other hotel on the same floor. Also, it was hard to distinguish between the freight and passenger elevators, making the elevator experience quite poor. Soundproofing was average, not great, and the showerhead in the bathroom was loose and kept falling off easily. The view was just of an urban village, nothing special.

The hotel environment is excellent. They even upgraded me to a room with a view of the Canton Tower for free, and the scenery was truly stunning! The room itself was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a birthday celebration. I felt bad for the cleaning staff; I wanted to leave a cash tip for their hard work, but the front desk didn't have any change. Shout out to the cleaning crew for their efforts! 🥲

Everything you need is here; the facilities are great. The smart assistant, Xiao Du, makes adjusting the temperature and closing the curtains super convenient, and the semi-smart toilet is a nice touch once you get used to it. The staff are always smiling when you see them, and there's unlimited self-serve coffee and tea on the first floor. The subway station is right outside if you turn right. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back again.

The only great perk is hotel is located right above a shopping mall. Convenient for solo business travelers to shop abit after work and have popping hot food for dinner and also a supermarket to get some necessity, souvenir, snacks, alchol. 

Staff is very kind to assist with my luggage during checkout to bring to ground floor as there is an escalator and I canot manage 3 luggage alone.  

There are alot of inconvenience for your consideration as below:
1) once you alight at the drop off point, you need to take an escalator (with your luggage ) up to level 2 then you can head to the lift that is exclusive for hotel guest. 

2) smokers can smoke at loft lobby area. You will hate it if you’re a non-smoker and happen to bump into one while waiting for lift. 

3) the room floor was sticky after room makeup 

4) the room has a strange odor when first enter so I switch on the room refresh function but it made it worst. Had to ask room service team to come in with air fresher to clear up but had to bear with the strong air fresher smell for a night as well. 

5) this is the worse if you’re a taobao shopper. Generally the front desk staff are great but there’s one lady in grey transparent spec who works the night shift who does not possess the quality of a hotelier. The first time I had wanted to collect my parcel, I was simply told the parcels are “there” which I was clueless where they are referring to. Then only the lady walk towards a shelf and open a sliding door which reveal 2 plastic container filled with parcels. And she told me to find there and simply stand by my side  

I had the impression that I was suppose to find my own parcel among the 2 mountain of parcels hence I asked if i am expected to find myself? Only then she said she can help but as she was searching through the parcels, she was throwing them all over the place. Energy given was reluctant and frustrated. Honestly can tell she isn’t looking with effort cos she said it’s not there after flipping through the parcels. Her colleague (probably a manager as she is wearing a different blazer) came over to kindly  assist and found it right away (within 30 sec). 

 Understand that their workload could be overwhelming and maybe understaff hence staff feels frustrated but bottom line is they did not have a system to categorize the parcels and simple chuck all of them tgt which cause the difficulty in managing it. 

I had stayed in at least 5 different hotels in a year in GZ and this parcel collection experience is unique and by far the worst. 

Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you don’t have much luggage to manage or much taobao online shopping.  delivery

I was really impressed with this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with excellent, new, and clean facilities. It's a shame I only discovered this hotel on my second day in Guangzhou and could only stay one night, haha. I'll definitely choose this place again if I come back. The room had a mini-fridge and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the window allowed for great ventilation. Besides the bed, there were plenty of surfaces for storage, making the space feel very generous. If I recall correctly, the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room are the same as those found in some Atour hotels – they wash and dry clothes perfectly, which is super convenient. The large TV also supported screen casting. What's more, the overall lighting in the hotel was wonderfully bright and inviting. The hotel's location is also close to attractions, and the soundproofing was quite good. Even the clothes hangers in the room allowed clothes to air out properly without being pressed against the wall. All in all, I'm very satisfied! 👍🏿👍🏾👍🏽👍🏼👍🏻👍

The room facilities are great, and the location is superb, close to the subway station with plenty of shopping malls and food options nearby. It's very convenient for getting around and visiting Guangzhou's attractions, most of which are within about 2 kilometers or just a few subway stops away. The hotel staff are very attentive, warm, and thoughtful, even giving us a late check-out. They offer free luggage storage on the first floor, complimentary coffee and fruit tea, and the bedding is super comfortable.

The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall – basically right outside the door. The hotel environment is quite good, and the staff are very pleasant. We chose a twin room and were assigned one facing away from the street, which made it incredibly quiet. All the facilities are pretty comprehensive, and there's a buffet breakfast available on the third floor every day. It's really convenient to get to all the old town streets from here, and it's easy to get a taxi. Downstairs, there are tons of snack shops, too many delicious options to count!

The front desk lady was very welcoming and gave me a quiet room away from the elevator, which was great. The hotel is super convenient, right next to the high-speed train station, and across from a commercial building with plenty of food options and everything you need. I'll definitely be back!

1. Facilities: The room is fully equipped and the whole house is small and intelligently controlled. The sound insulation effect is very good. There is no sound when the window is closed.
2. Hygiene: very clean, careful inspection is also very good, the sheets and quilt cover feel clean and tidy, meticulous hygiene is worthy of praise 👍
3. Service: The girl at the front desk is worthy of praise, helping to direct the reverse parking, and also helping to upgrade the room for free, gentle and polite training is in place and well-trained. I also upgraded the projection room for free, with a large projection screen, which is safe and convenient to watch in the middle of the room.
4. Environment: This brand likes it too much. **Brushed it many times. The lobby environment is very small and modern, the room is warm and comfortable. The free coffee 24-hour self-service Simbuck beans are very fragrant. People like me who travel outside every day feel like this style.
5. Breakfast: The restaurant is clean and tidy, there are many kinds of dishes, and the packages are varied. The master of the Ming stall also gives hot pig mixed powder, which is delicious 😋
