Excellent! The room was fantastic, service great, and location superb.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was wonderful! The room was clean, tidy, and very cozy. The bedding was soft, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted good too. All in all, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time – highly recommended!

The Japanese-style tatami room was very distinctive, and the hotel's facilities and equipment were well-maintained. The large public bath operates on a daily rotation for men and women, and the outdoor hot spring pools on each side are different. So, you'd need to stay at least two nights to experience the full range of hot springs. The meals didn't change at all over several days, so I quickly got tired of them.

Just one thing feeling weird is the tv setup in the corner room,it seems like unable to adjust or move around which seems useless to have a TV.
And lower floor corner room that’s more expensive than the twin room doesn’t make too much senses too.

Generally nothing about the staff but with price decisions could be more considerate.

A Relaxing and Convenient City Getaway
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, major sights, and public transport all just a few minutes’ walk away. It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free.
The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay.
The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile.
Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Great location, great service ! 

We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku.

This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to  enjoy our drinks.

Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

I always stay here whenever I am in Shibuya because its price and location wise is the most worth it around Shibuya area. Room is small but has everything you need. However one thing that stayed the same over the years is the hot/cold water shower system, hope the management can look to change it as it takes a long time for hot water to come out and when it does it becomes scalding hot. No complaints due to the excellent service standards (staff speak very good English) and its stone throw proximity to the New South Exit of JR Shibuya.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's impeccably clean and tidy. The double bed in my single room was very comfortable. While the room wasn't huge, it featured a convenient dry/wet separated bathroom. They even have a hot spring bath (onsen) on B1! The breakfast was nutritious and well-rounded, afternoon tea is complimentary for guests, and they even offer complimentary Ochazuke (rice with tea) from 8 PM to 10 PM. It's truly compact and charming, yet incredibly well-equipped.

The location is fantastic, very close to Akabane Station. Just exit the East ticket gate, walk straight across the road, and turn at Don Quijote – it's right there. From Akabane, it's incredibly convenient to reach Ueno, Ikebukuro, and other key areas along the Yamanote Line. For Haneda Airport, you just need to transfer once at Shinbashi for a direct connection. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money, perfect for solo travelers on a short trip to Tokyo. I'll definitely be back next time!

The location is excellent, right by the subway station and surrounded by shopping malls, making everything very convenient. However, the room's cleanliness was subpar. I've been itching all over since I returned, which was quite uncomfortable. The biggest problem was that an entire wall in the room was a mirror facing the bed directly. I was genuinely baffled by this design choice; it made me uncomfortable to even sleep. On the bright side, the Western restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was quite good; their stir-fried vegetables and caramel pudding were particularly well-made. Plus, there's a convenience store right next door. Right across the street, there's also a food street brimming with all sorts of Japanese restaurants. Despite all the options, I still ended up craving Chinese food.

The corner unit on the 8th floor. The bedside table was oddly positioned without aligning the bed. To my disbelief there was a large and disgusting dusty adapter behind it which is next to the bed. As far as I am concerned the arrangement is fundamentally flawed and since it is in full view, why did it miss the housekeeping? I decided to cover it with a plastic bag to spare myself the horrendous sight and not to mention breathing on all the filths! It is shocking and a pity otherwise it would have been perfect for the room size and location. Size is reasonably good for two compared with other similar Tokyo hotels. Plus points: water pressure is strong for the bathe and leg massager in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located between Honmachi and Sakaisuji-Honmachi stations, both about 500-600 meters away. It's also not far from Shinsaibashi, with plenty of trendy shops nearby to explore. A great bonus is the hotel's public bath – perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue after a long city walk. It's really quite nice.

A good hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the staff is polite. They provide fresh towels every day. The ventilation in the bathroom works well, and there is great water pressure for hot water. However, I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, although I don't consider this a major drawback.
