I stayed at this express hotel in Dubai for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations—it truly offers incredible value for money! As a business traveler, my priorities are transportation, efficiency, convenience, and cleanliness, and this hotel perfectly met all of them.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Dubai's business district. It's very convenient for taking a taxi to exhibitions or office locations, and the surrounding amenities are complete, with plenty of casual dining options and convenience stores.

The front desk service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were super fast, English communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The guest rooms are in a standard business minimalist style. While not overly spacious, the layout is practical, with a wide and functional desk. The bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet rest after a long day. Room hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom was dry and tidy, with powerful hot water and good water pressure. The free Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfectly meeting the needs for online meetings and work.

Breakfast was a Western-style buffet, with a rich variety and consistent quality, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The hotel also offers essential business facilities like a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and simple laundry services, showing thoughtful attention to detail.

To find such a hassle-free, comfortable, and high-value express hotel in Dubai is incredibly business-friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Dubai!

Well, I love the place.Perfect if u are going to a Dhow Cruise I think its only 10 mins walked to the place.
Secondly, the staffs are friendly & accomodating..The buffet  breakfast was good..

Room is spacious. Nearby airport. Walkable to metro station. Not sure if there is an airport shuttle as on our arrival we took e hailing as there were not reply from the hotel despite several messages. However on our departure they provide us as shuttle bus to airport.

The check-in experience was very pleasant and quick. Enor and Harsh were friendly and professional. We were given a high floor as requested and upgraded to a double bed without being asked. The room had a good view of the city and had everything one needs and expects from a hotel when on holiday. Breakfast had a huge spread. More asian and salad options would be great. There were some healthy choices, skimmed milk and Indian masala tea too. The hotel looks good from the outside with 26 floors, a clean swimming pool, a gym and an elevator that gives you a view through glass. It had an event for NYE too. We saw a lot of people partaking in it. It is an easy walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, a cafe inside and easy to get taxis (Bolt, Careem, Uber). Jabed who cleaned our room well was cordial and professional and checked on our needs. Overall, we had a great stay, better than expected after reading older reviews. The staff that work here are friendly and want to help, including the breakfast staff. I left some minor written suggestions with the lady at the desk when we checked out at noon on Thursday. I love the Millennium brand hotels and Millennium Central Downtown can go from great to extraordinary! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Veronica

This stay was well worth the money. Bed was comfy, room looked modern and the amenities were great. A plus is that one of the shuttles to Yas Island in Abu Dhabi left from here and returned here, ￼it was so convenient.

It's beautiful food, lovely service, good clean place and they treat each other like family going forward and that's a beautiful thing and everyone should read visit this wonderful place

Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel is in a really convenient spot right in the heart of Dubai, directly opposite the Museum of the Future. It’s also a short drive from Dubai International Airport, and the area around the hotel is packed with choices, restaurants, fast food, cafes, and small marts all along the same stretch, so grabbing a meal or essentials is easy. The rooms and furnishings feel a bit dated for a five-star property, but the service makes up for it. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist, which makes the stay smooth and comfortable overall.

VERY LESS STAFF HOUSE KEEPING SOME STAFF RECEPTION NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR WHEN I CHK THEY BLAME ONE CHOCOLATE I EAT  I AM DIAATIC PAT NEVER TOUCH THEY SHOULD INFONT OF ME TO THIS THINGS ARE IN REFRIGERATOR BUTT I FEEL SO BAD ONLY 5Dh why I should pay there mistake other hotel location and cleaves very nice  THANKS

Very nice place to stay. Internet is great, okay TV channels, very clean.
Staff were helpful and friendly. 
Having the kitchen was great. But, no sponges were provided. The location is good in terms of being next to a Mall. But, it is a bit of a hassle outside of that at least by public transport. - however by taxi it is obviously more convenient. 
But, overall it was a really nice studio room which was enjoyable to stay. 

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are caring and kind. 🫶🏻😊
The downside is its distance from the metro, the sea, and major attractions — i had to take a taxi everywhere. Also, keep in mind that it’s better to come to breakfast early; otherwise, you might end up waiting in line for about 20 minutes.

The location is prime and quick to reach from the highway and haramain station. Without much traffic and pedestrian from Al Haram. 

Also a dedicated direct to Al Haram Bus stop from the hotel lobby is something to mention. Many shops and restaurants nearby are good things to consider. 

Sometimes walking from al haram to the hotel is another sight to see. Then an entire building floor dedicated for Prayer Room with an amazing Imam. 

I've been staying here twice, so I will definitely recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Overall, the staff were nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Azza, who helped me change my room, the first receptionist I met (I will update her name later), Abdulrahman, who handled my second complaint and did his best, and most importantly Abdullah, who took my cleaning concerns seriously. Thanks to him, the housekeeping staff finally came at 11:35 PM as promised.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping issue was a major problem. My room was not cleaned for several days despite repeated requests. We even stayed out all day to give the staff a chance to clean, but nothing happened until Abdullah intervened. I also felt that traveling with my disabled father may have contributed to being overlooked, which was very stressful.

Apart from the housekeeping problem, everything else about the hotel was good. I hope management addresses these housekeeping issues to ensure all guests receive proper service.

When I checked in they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room, which was really nice of them but after we got to the room and it’s was sorting so many things the hot water didn’t work properly, the hand shower and tap didn’t work the technician tried fixing and it was a bit better, than the air-con in the bedroom was a trouble I was so jet lagged that I just slept but when I woke up I realised it was super hot and I asked the staff and they did fix it, but all of this just felt like I’m fixing my apartment 🤣 also cleaning wise they are okay cuz on the last day before the check out it was done roughly, they would keep the toiletries/ towels/ water bottle as per the number of guest, we had to request all of this on the phone. The location was excellent definitely the highlight and breakfast is good has great variety. 

May be I just expected a bit more attention to detail but the staff was friendly and helpful for sure. They tried their best!

Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations, from the atmosphere to the surroundings. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and felt completely at ease throughout my time there. I am genuinely grateful for such a memorable experience and for all the care and attention that made it so enjoyable. Thank you again for providing such an outstanding and delightful setting.

Amazingly mixed feelings from staying. If you definitely want to live in Saadiat and you don't have the desire or opportunity to enjoy luxury hotels for 10,000 dollars a week, you will definitely like this hotel. It is the best compromise. But be prepared that you won't have a luxury 5 stars. Personally I stayed very pressured. But everything in order. Price-quality ratio, for this place 100%. Very nice and well equipped apartments. There are all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. In 2 minutes there is a Spar, with a rosy choice of first-needed products and items. A luxurious beach in 1 minute. But very few cheeslones. They are dismantled early in the morning. But the beach and the sand are so pleasant that it is quite possible to lie on it on a towel and enjoy. But without umbrellas. In general a solid four!!!
