The room was really clean and all the furniture looked good and new and in room facilities worked really well. The service was really good, we booked 2 rooms with different type, requested to be placed side by side, and they were able to fulfill our request. The main attraction was their mini water park and pool, they have 2 kids pool and one big pool with only 140cm in depth, very safe for our teenager kids to play. The pool was clean and well maintain, with small slides and one big slides supervised by 2 lifeguard stationed at the top and bottom of the water slide. I'm really impressed with the safety measures. Breakfast was good, wide variation, and it taste good as well. But I think the price for additional breakfast/pax was quite expensive. Nevertheless, the stay was very enjoyable and will definitely go there for a short vacation again.

This is my second time staying at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. It's close to where my event was held. Next time I have another event, I'll definitely stay at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong again.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the noise from motorcycles and traffic on the main road continued throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing or assign quieter rooms to guests who prefer a peaceful night’s rest. Overall, the location is great, but the noise significantly affected my experience.

Friendly staff, convenience store next door, mall across the street. Room is pretty big

My room booking was based on the room display pictures on tiket.com, but upon arrival at the hotel, it was rejected because the room didn't have a balcony, even though the pictures clearly showed it did. But it's okay, ultimately the hotel management allowed me to have a room with a balcony again. Thanks for their cooperation.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Overall, the place was clean and looked new. Room was clean and relatively spacious.
There were only a few, small issues that prevented this from being an all 5 star review.
Firstly, sound proofing was bad. I could hear what my neighbours were watching on TV at night, and as we were facing the pool, we could also hear when people were running around there.
Secondly, the lifts were really slow and narrow for a seemingly new hotel. The first day I arrived, 2 out of 3 lifts were not working. And the lifts themselves were very narrow and uncomfortable to be in when there were more than 5 persons in the lift.
Lastly, the kettle provided in the room was faulty, it didn't stop boiling unless you pressed it manually, making it a bit dangerous for guests who are unaware.
But like I said, these just irked me, and other guests may not feel the same way. Overall still a very pleasant stay and good amenities all around.
