The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

Great location, next to hospital. 
Price very affordable.
Size is enough for few hours rest and use the bathroom.
Overall its nice.

The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are small. The single-pane windows in street-facing rooms offered very poor sound insulation, and I was constantly kept awake by the loud noise of modified motorbikes from noisy youths outside. Breakfast was also quite mediocre. Furthermore, a deposit of IDR 300,000 was required upon check-in.

I'm a repeat guest here. The surrounding area is lovely, and it's incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. Downstairs, you'll find a bakery, pharmacy, and food court, making daily life incredibly convenient. The rooms are fully equipped with quality toiletries, and you can even borrow a power bank for free. The attention to detail is excellent, making for a superb experience.

I booked the hotel for one night and it was a nightmare. The officer gave me a room facing the road. I can hear the vehicles noise from my room. I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. At the end, i slept with my air pods on.
