Second time to stay at Quest San Hotel
Disappointing for the room this time
The water kettle shows rusting, safety box not function and the floor mat is smelly. (sweaty feet/socks smell)
Luckily receptionist is helpful and i manage to exchange one kettle and they comes to fix the safety box.
The floor mat unable to do anything. Only can put the fragrance with timer to reduce the smell.
Too bad, the hotel room are fully occupied due to conference guest and they unable to offer me another room (only left corner room that I dislike)

Good things are the breakfast buffet is still good and delicious.
Location is good as go anywhere is convenient especially airport (within 10km)

Staff was friendly. Location is good too little far from Kuta area walking street busy easy with grab. Clean and aromatic rooms. Very big and beautiful swimming pool. Morning breakfast had lot of options and food quality and taste was good. Only thing missing was my room had no fridge which was bit painful. Else awsome stay and lot of things nearby.

I loved this hotel!! Brand new and a very clean, compact and well designed room. It is situated in Jalan Dewi Sri in Legian which is much less crowded than the touristy area of Kuta beach. is about 25 mins walk to Kuta beach area. The hotel has a pool, spa and mini gym as well. 
Staff are lovely.
Amenities provided: Jug to refill filtered water, coffee tea, handsoap, shower/shampoo gel, toothbrush, showercap, mini fridge. Hairdryer was not provided.
The room also has a huge smart tv and a google nest!
I will definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money!

My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber.  While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

Another example of a 3.5-star hotel: definitely higher than a 3-star but not a 4-star yet. The location is perfect, walking distance to DP Mall, Lawang Sewu, Pandanaran area, and museums. Breakfast was nice with a changing menu every day and offered a complimentary celebratory dinner for the New Year. Unfortunately, for 2 nights we were disturbed by fellow guests nearby partying so loudly and a broken AC. The hotel arranged a different room for the final night, and this one is fine. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were nice. Gym was functional. For a hotel of this size, it's surprising that they dont have a proper parking area - your car will be parked in nearby buildings where the hotel has an arrangement and it comes with a complimentary and free valet service.

I really love the hotel room with the bulk bed (super single / queen size) option and it also has bathtub! ❤️Really suitable for small families. The only things is the centralised aircond suddenly smell musty at the middle of the night and the smell comes on and off. But overall, the room is pleasant and spacious!
