It is a convenient location as it is not so far from airport and I arrived at midnight so I booked to stay there before heading to another hotel in Ubud. However, it is really noisy in the early morning with the kids swimming in the pools if you prefer less crowded and quiet, I won’t recommend this place.

Best place we have stayed during this trip. We had planned to stay at Maxone at Uluwatu. But we didn’t like it at all that we kept missing Quest. So, we did last minute booking. So worth. The breakfast buffet was exceptional   The water dispenser was such as plus point. The place was extremely clean.

Staff was friendly. Location is good too little far from Kuta area walking street busy easy with grab. Clean and aromatic rooms. Very big and beautiful swimming pool. Morning breakfast had lot of options and food quality and taste was good. Only thing missing was my room had no fridge which was bit painful. Else awsome stay and lot of things nearby.

My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber.  While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

Another example of a 3.5-star hotel: definitely higher than a 3-star but not a 4-star yet. The location is perfect, walking distance to DP Mall, Lawang Sewu, Pandanaran area, and museums. Breakfast was nice with a changing menu every day and offered a complimentary celebratory dinner for the New Year. Unfortunately, for 2 nights we were disturbed by fellow guests nearby partying so loudly and a broken AC. The hotel arranged a different room for the final night, and this one is fine. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were nice. Gym was functional. For a hotel of this size, it's surprising that they dont have a proper parking area - your car will be parked in nearby buildings where the hotel has an arrangement and it comes with a complimentary and free valet service.

Room: We stayed in a Double Queen room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the bathroom was generally cleaned. However, on our second day, the housekeeping only made the beds and gave the bathroom a basic clean. They did not refill the toiletries, coffee, or other amenities. We called the reception and the refill items were sent to our room promptly.

Splash Park: Everything was great! Our kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the Splash Park.

Breakfast: The food was delicious with a good variety of choices. However, some dishes were not refilled promptly, and we had to request the staff to replenish certain food items, beverages, and even the cutlery. Everything was good overall. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, possibly due to a shortage of staff during busy hours.

Overall: We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the Splash Park was fantastic, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was also plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. Despite the minor housekeeping and breakfast service issues, we would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.
