The hotel has just opened officially on 30/09 so expect some ongoing works. We heard drillings as early as 10am. As we were awake and getting ready to go out, it was no issues for us. But for those who would prefer to sleep in, this would be something to take note of. Also, aircon in the room needs to be checked as at 16 degrees with turbo fan, it wasn’t cold enough.

Design of hotel is modern and cozy! Cleanliness is also 9/10. Minus off 1 point as some areas of the pool need deep cleaning to be done already.

Location is amazing! Starhill mall is just opposite the hotel and you can walk to Pavillion and the hip areas of Bukit Bintang but still avoiding the crazy jam.

Shout out to Syaiful of the concierge team who assisted us at check in. Also to the wonderful staff at front desk, bell boys and security guards who all extended a helping hand and a warm smile each time we cross paths!

Overall, I would rate this 5/10.

The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand.
There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained.

The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it.
There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish.

The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options.

The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted.

The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful.

One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive.

For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

Our stay was great, nice location and good service! Also the food was very good. Only thing missing was some seating space in the room. And a 5 star hotel like pool and a free sauna.
