This hotel has been around for a long time. I visited about a decade and a half ago, and back then, it felt very serene and secluded. However, I've noticed significant changes this time. It's clear they've kept up with the times, putting a lot of effort into various aspects like the environment, attention to detail, value-added services, and marketing. Overall, I found it to be pretty good value for money.

While the facilities aren't as new as those in recently built hotels, the rooms are completely free of any strange or musty smells, and the location is excellent. The hot spring pools are conveniently clustered together, making it perfect for families with children and seniors. My only slight disappointment was that the 'fish spa' pool didn't actually have any fish. The front desk staff were all very warm and friendly, and the restaurant service was equally enthusiastic and attentive. I didn't get a chance to try any of the in-house activities, so I'm not sure what they offer.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. I booked two rooms last minute for Chinese New Year, and the price was fantastic. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and elegant the lobby was. You can tell the staff works hard to provide high-quality service and build a good reputation. They offer valet parking, complimentary snacks, and small gifts. Since I was traveling with a baby who needed to nap daily, they even allowed early check-in and late check-out. I had just come from a five-star hotel that cost four times as much, but honestly, I didn't feel any drop in quality because both the facilities and service far exceeded what I paid for. The only minor downsides were that the curtains weren't blackout enough – the curtain rod was set too far in, letting light leak from the top – and the soundproofing wasn't great.

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is  located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.

When we first arrived at your hotel, the young man and the young lady at the front desk were very friendly and served us tea, helped us with our luggage, and pushed our wheelchairs, making us feel at home. The cultural atmosphere is everywhere in the store. The calligraphy and paintings on the wall and the books on the bookshelf make people immersed in it. The decoration of the guest rooms is unique and the rich cultural heritage makes people admire it! On the 4th floor where we stayed, the cleaner Ma Hongxiu was warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and made people feel comfortable. She deserves praise.

Our family of three booked a triple parent-child room. The room was spacious with an open view outside the window. We didn't hear any outside noise during our stay, so it was very quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station, Starbucks, and KFC right downstairs, making it extremely convenient for getting around and dining. The hotel's breakfast buffet opens at 6:30 AM and offers both Chinese and Western options. The Chinese-style mini wontons and Suzhou-style noodles were delicious, and the Ding Sheng pastry was freshly steamed. The Western options were a bit limited, but generally sufficient. The hotel lobby on the first floor also sells various cultural and creative products from the Suzhou Museum, saving guests the trouble of going out to buy them, which is a nice touch. The restaurant on the second floor serves Aozhao noodles and Suzhou cuisine. We ordered a smoked fish plain noodle set, crab roe noodles, and celery and dried tofu, and even a bottle of yellow wine since it was cold. Everything tasted great, and the prices were moderate. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's decor feels a bit dated, and the room furniture is slightly old. It would be perfect if it were newer.

I stayed in the Tea Rhythm Twin Room. The hotel has a quiet environment and three floors. It is generally good. The room layout is relatively compact. The hygiene services are good in all aspects. The only thing is that the air conditioner in the room is noisy. I can only turn it off at night before going to bed. The breakfast is also very good. There are many kinds. I also had dinner in the evening. The dishes tasted very good. I will consider staying again. The hotel also undertakes wedding banquets. I looked at the menu

The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜.
I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful.
It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station.
I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The front desk staff was lovely and upgraded my room for free. The room had voice control, was simple yet refreshing, and very clean. Although it's close to the road and can be a bit noisy with the window open, the double-paned windows block out a lot of sound when closed. The hotel's downtown location is very convenient for getting around, and there are many restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The price is right, breakfast is included, it is close to the subway entrance, there are free fruits when you check in, and there is free Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator. It is better than staying in a loft apar**ent by the river. Several families have to stay in hotels when they travel. The loft apar**ent has one room per floor, and you have to scan your face when you check in. There is no breakfast.

Located near Hangzhou Dong(East) Station. Hotel looks clean and nice. But receptionist is not pro-active enough. Did not remind of the hotel breakfast available. Told me my parcel was missing when i arrived but informed that it could have been stored in another area which they retrieved it within minutes, they could have checked beforehand. Wifi is unavailable to those without a China mobile number.

We arrived early and the front desk attendant, seeing that we had a large group, upgraded our room. It was quite spacious and the location was great, close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. Upon check-in, they offered us fruit tea, mineral water, and freshly ground coffee. The five-spice feature in the lobby was very creative, and the floral arrangements were beautiful. Plus, it's right next to the subway station, with Lines 1 and 2 making it easy to reach all the sights.

As someone who's quite particular about cleanliness, I have very high standards for hygiene. This hotel, however, exceeded my expectations, from its cleanliness to its facilities – I was extremely satisfied. Even the toothbrush and disposable slippers were high quality and sturdier than what you usually find in hotels. My only minor gripes were that the shower gel was difficult to dispense, and there was no conditioner. I hope they consider adding conditioner in the future.

But what really stood out was the service! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. When I needed mosquito repellent late at night, they promptly had someone bring it up. And on check-out day, they kindly stored my luggage at the front desk until the courier arrived to pick it up and ship it for me. A huge thank you to the front desk and the housekeeping staff.

Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the Public Security Bureau, and there are tons of great food options nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Nanjing for a weekend!
