Our stay exceeded expectations! The decor is simple yet tasteful, the room is spacious with great lighting, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the facilities were complete and functional, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. Chelsey provided thoughtful and detailed service, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The surrounding area offers convenient dining, drinking, and transportation options. It's excellent value for money, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. I've already recommended it to friends, truly deserving of a five-star rating!

The rooms feel spacious, clean, and well designed. Large windows offer impressive city or river views. The beds feel supportive, which makes rest easy after long days.

The location works well. You stay close to Lujiazui, dining spots, and key business areas, while enjoying a calm atmosphere away from heavy crowds.

Breakfast offers strong variety with both Western and Chinese options. The lounge and public spaces feel quiet and refined, ideal for work or downtime.

I booked this hotel to celebrate my husband birthday.. and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect choice.. the hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the environment is quite, elegant and cozy.. The service is excellent as well.. All staff hotel are very polite, and humble.. especially I want say thank you to Jocelyn.. she is very humble and treat us very well.. also help us for arrange late check out.. we had a wonderful and memorable stay.. We will definitely return for next time!! Highly recommend! 👍🏻

My stay exceeded expectations this time; the hotel front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the bedding in the room was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel has been open for ten years, the overall appearance doesn't show any signs of age. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance! 👍🏻

The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with soft, fluffy bedding. Of course, the price is quite steep.

The interior decor is rather minimalist. Besides the dry garden in the lobby and some abstract patterns on the wallpaper, there are no paintings or flowers anywhere else in the hotel, giving it a strong, stark, and cold aesthetic.

I used the hotel's restaurants twice during my stay. The only staff member who seemed pleasant was the Chinese restaurant manager. The rest, including the front desk, other restaurant staff, and housekeeping, never smiled and mostly just stared blankly at guests.

At breakfast, staff pushed carts of leftover food between tables, which was quite off-putting. Other hotels usually clear used dishes out of sight. I hope things improve.

For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. The pool experience was great! The gym was also completely empty, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was quite generous too. The best part, though, was the service – I felt that all the staff members I encountered were very patient, had a great attitude, and were quick to respond, which I really appreciate. The only thing I'd mention is that while the room was spacious, I think it could have been designed a bit better, especially if the wet and dry areas in the bathroom had a sliding door or something similar; otherwise, it's inconvenient for others when someone is in the bathroom.

The location is fantastic, with Lujiazui's bustling attractions right at your fingertips. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel just like home. The service is meticulous, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool and gym are top-notch, perfect for both business and leisure. Whether you're staying long-term or just for a short break, it's an excellent choice – highly recommended!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the cozy decor and the lovely scent. The room facilities are very new; we had a smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a projector – everything you could ask for, making the experience truly amazing. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The cleaning lady did an incredibly thorough job every day, even getting into all the corners. And the service was outstanding; any request we had was handled promptly. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients – even the coffee was delicious. I especially want to commend the room service; they were prompt and polite. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The Sheraton boasts an excellent location, situated right above the Mall of the Emirates. You can access it directly from the metro via an underground passage. The twin beds were a little on the small side. Interestingly, there's no hairdryer outlet in the bathroom here in the UAE. The view from the window wasn't anything special. The breakfast was good, but after two days, it starts to get a bit repetitive. From outside, you can catch glimpses of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa.

The noise from the hallway easily passes into the room. And vice versa. There is no soundproof door.
The deluxe room is clean. The breakfast is good, but nothing more. The tea is not tasty and is not always offered quickly. The coffee on the 9th floor is tasty, but at breakfast in the restaurant - not.
The location depends only on the tasks. The sea is nearby, in the morning you have time to swim, have breakfast and go about your business.

We booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.

The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.

A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch.

Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.
