This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a fantastic location with extremely convenient transportation. Being right next to the Inner Ring Road, it's very quick to get to Lujiazui or the Bund by car or taxi.

The biggest highlight was the stunning river view from the room! The huge floor-to-ceiling windows face the Huangpu River directly. By day, the water sparkles, and by night, the dazzling skyline on both banks is completely on display. Not only can you take in the bustling skyscrapers of Lujiazui, but you also get a clear view of the magnificent Yangpu Bridge. When the lights came on at night, lying in bed and watching the river view was just so therapeutic.

I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's bedding—the mattress was actually a top-tier King Koil! With medium firmness and superb support, paired with skin-friendly bedding, it instantly cured my habit of having trouble sleeping in unfamiliar places, and I slept soundly until morning. The hotel pool is also great; the water is clean, the space is bright and airy, and swimming a few laps was super relaxing. The front desk service was second to none—warm, attentive, efficient at check-in, and always responsive to requests. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai!

This time, I came with my parents, husband, and child for medical treatment, and chose to stay at the Sheraton Grand Tai Lake Resort. Overall, the experience was excellent in all aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around. Our whole family felt safe and at ease during our stay.

I'd like to specially mention that a staff member from the Executive Lounge called me. When I checked in, I specifically went to the Executive Lounge to find that staff member who had called me, wanting to express my gratitude and ask for her name. Perhaps she was on a different shift, as I didn't see her. I want to express my thanks to you again here.

The service was very appropriate and considerate, providing us with a lot of warmth during our busy days of medical appointments. We will be back next year for the follow-up appointment, and I hope to receive this kindness again. I will continue to prioritize this hotel.

📍 Sheraton Waigaoqiao · Yueyuan Buffet Restaurant, an amazing experience during the National Day holiday!

The restaurant environment is comfortable and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering lush green views. The buffet selection is rich and varied, with seafood, hot dishes, desserts, and drinks all available. The ingredients are fresh, and the taste is excellent.

The biggest highlight was the National Day exclusive interactive activity – DIY hand-painted canvas bags! They provided pre-drawn canvas bags and markers, allowing us to create our own designs. We drew a cute cake house pattern, and we could take our finished creations home. Both adults and children were fully engaged, and the atmosphere was fantastic.

The service was attentive and thoughtful. Staff members actively guided us to participate in the craft activity and promptly cleared plates, responding quickly to requests. It’s perfect for family and friends gathering during the National Day holiday, offering a double delight of delicious food and fun crafts. The holiday vibe is complete, and it’s definitely worth revisiting!

The hotel is located by the river, and the lobby can get quite busy with business guests. We were traveling with a child for school enrollment, which made our stay a bit challenging. Manager Yao in the lobby was efficient, warm, and highly professional; she resolved our issues. The cleaning staff on the 8th floor were very enthusiastic and attentive, always ready to help. The noodles and wontons at the Western restaurant were good, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, though it was quite crowded. The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the air conditioning was silent. The bathroom was genuinely large with a separate wet and dry area. We had a very pleasant four-day stay; it was an excellent choice.

My stay in an executive room at the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Baohua once again exceeded my expectations; I was very satisfied. The service from all departments was excellent. The doorman at the entrance was warm and attentive, proactively offering to help with luggage. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and smoothly, and they were friendly and patient, meticulously explaining the executive lounge benefits. Housekeeping was incredibly thorough, keeping the room spotless and ensuring amenities were replenished promptly.

The Executive Lounge offered a quiet and comfortable environment, and the food selection was quite good. The hotel breakfast had a rich variety, including hot dishes, pastries, and desserts, all of which tasted great. From the front desk and room service to the doorman, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service throughout my stay. The bedding was comfortable, providing a great living experience. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and short leisure stays, and it will be our top choice for our New Year family gathering.

I brought my parents to Chongming this time and we chose the Sheraton Chongming Hotel. Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel surroundings are quite open, but the hotel facilities are rather comprehensive. The room itself was spacious, though perhaps because it's an older hotel, things like the TV were a bit dated. However, bathing in the bathtub was quite comfortable. We booked a package through Ctrip that included dinner. We had to queue for dinner, and the restaurant management seemed quite chaotic. Many tables had forgotten dishes and slow service, but luckily, we had better luck and managed to finish our entire meal. Breakfast was also very crowded, requiring a queue. The variety of breakfast items was quite extensive. Basically, overall it was decent. If I come back to Chongming, I would still consider staying at a large hotel like this.

I had a great stay at Sheraton Pudong. The customer service was exceptional — every time I had a question or needed something, the staff responded right away and made sure everything was taken care of.

The hotel itself was spotless. Honestly, out of all the places I stayed during my three weeks in China, this was one of the cleanest accommodations I came across.

The location couldn’t be better. There’s a subway station right outside the hotel, which made getting around super easy. Plus, food options are everywhere, and the newly opened Walmart nearby was a nice bonus for quick snacks and essentials.

We booked a family room, and my kids loved it. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for us to relax after long days exploring Shanghai.

Overall, Sheraton Pudong ticked all the boxes: great service, super clean rooms, and unbeatable convenience. I’d definitely stay here again.

P/S: the official photos are the actual photos of the accomodation. No need for me to add more 😊

First of all , nobody offer us Bonvoy membership, room smell bad, mini bar not working and we asked to fix it because we have medicine and engineering came and didn't fix it , slippers very very cheap without hotel logo , no espresso machine which is basics now , actually it's not expected service from Marriot chain , to be honest the reception gave me 2 hours late check out once i asked him immediately with high level of attitude , they need to be more professional in hospitality.

Spa service bar code not working
Room service bar code , menu not found
Pool service 7/10
Order taker 8/10
FO 6/10
Restaurant service 6/10
Breakfast v good variety , but repeatable 8/10

The room was clean and bright, with complete facilities. The service was excellent, and it was convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The gym on the top floor has great views.

We had only one night at this hotel prior to a flight but it was a delight. The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff were excellent. We were traveling with a pet and were very pleased with how well staff treated our dog. They even provided a very comfy bed. We also loved the gym which was large and had very modern equipment. Al in all a perfect short stay!

The hotel is surrounded by numerous shopping malls. One of them, which I believe is Watergarden Istanbul, features a fantastic musical fountain and fire show that runs every hour on the hour after 8 PM, lasting for about three songs. It's quite a sight to behold. Also, across from Metropol Mall, there's a live shooting range which is quite affordable if you're interested. However, I wouldn't recommend buying luxury handbags in Istanbul. Even with the tax refund, they often end up being more expensive than in China, and the variety isn't particularly extensive. 😧

I've stayed at this hotel three times already and will continue to do so (whenever I have a layover and need to spend the night in Istanbul between flights). The hotel is quite far from the main attractions (city center), but the metro line is convenient (direct to Taksim, and you can also get to the area near the Grand Bazaar, from where a tram will take you right into the heart of everything). The metro entrance is right nearby, less than a minute's walk. The bed is comfortable, all necessary amenities are available, and the breakfasts are plentiful with something for everyone. In September '25, guests were offered loofahs and toothbrushes, but these were no longer available in February '26. It's a shame, the loofahs were excellent. Upon check-in, they ask for a deposit: either a €100 hold on your card or cash. If you pay the deposit in euros or dollars in cash, they will return it upon check-out, but only in Turkish Lira.

The Sheraton boasts an excellent location, situated right above the Mall of the Emirates. You can access it directly from the metro via an underground passage. The twin beds were a little on the small side. Interestingly, there's no hairdryer outlet in the bathroom here in the UAE. The view from the window wasn't anything special. The breakfast was good, but after two days, it starts to get a bit repetitive. From outside, you can catch glimpses of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa.

This is my second visit at the hotel, I love the 70s ambience especially the grand marble staircase leading up to the reception. The vast chandeliers in the lobby area adds to the overall good impression. There is nothing 70s about the rooms, many overlooking the Creek. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed with all the amenities except for a bathrobe.
Surprisingly, restaurant prices on offer are very reasonable for a 5 stars hotel. Service was excellent throughout.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – We Wish We Had Stayed Longer!

We stayed at the Sheraton in Dubai for two nights as a family of four, and we honestly wish we had booked a longer stay.

From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Jazz at check-in, who made us feel so welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. Every member of staff was exceptional—from the bellhops who helped with our luggage, to the housekeeping team, and the staff in the cafeteria restaurant. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help.

The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was modern, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in Dubai.

We genuinely couldn’t find a single negative thing about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Dubai.

10/10. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely 100% recommended. The hotel is super clean and beautiful, food was great, and most of all - all stuff was so friendly and helpful to the point we became friends and missed each other when we left. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Dubai Marina beach. We are honestly so glad with our stay and we definitely going next time at the same hotel as well.

Booked an apartment, it was more like a studio. If you don't stay somewhere nice in Dubai, you won't enjoy yourself properly; only with good accommodation can you truly experience the beauty of Dubai! 😁 The room was very spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa was a sofa bed, which my daughter treated like a trampoline. The room also came with a full kitchen setup.

The hotel's pool is outsourced, and the staff's attitude was so-so... The view was average, and the area was quite small. Coming straight from the Ritz-Carlton, the Sheraton's pool left me a bit disappointed... The water was a bit cold, and we left within half an hour. Hotels in Dubai don't provide disposable bathtub liners, which honestly could be a new business opportunity, haha~
