A very nice clean hotel. 
Positives: 
Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. 
Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. 
Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. 
The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good
Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma

Negatives: 
Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. 
We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention
When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. 

Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

The room is very good, and the rooms facing the street can see a little bit of sea view. The balcony is very long, I like it very much. The surrounding area is not noisy at night and it is also very safe. The front desk is very enthusiastic! This kind of enthusiasm is not a personal difference. We met three front desk staff who were very enthusiastic during our two nights here! They answered all questions and even gave you suggestions.
There are many delicious foods around, and there is a great seafood restaurant. There is also a restaurant near the beach with a good atmosphere.
The transportation is very convenient. Bus No. 4 goes directly to the city center, and the stop is right at the door of the hotel. The waiting speed is also very fast. There is no disadvantage except that it is a little far from the airport.
Note that the door of the shower room is transparent, which may be a little embarrassing, but it is harmless otherwise.

La atención de la recepción excelente, muy amable, la habitación confortable y muy limpias, está en una excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y cerca del centro de Palma, se puede movilizar porque existe una parada de bus cerca y todas llegan al centro en corto tiempo.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! And so handsome! They not only provided a map but also meticulously explained the sightseeing routes, gave us a shopping card, and vouchers for local restaurants and bars. When I lost my room key, they replaced it immediately without any charge – super heartwarming!

Facilities: The only minor downside is that it's street-facing, so the soundproofing isn't great, and some facilities are a bit old. However, the value for money is still quite high.

Hygiene: It was cleaned daily and kept very tidy.

Service: Absolutely fantastic!

Environment: It's located close to the main attractions, so it was perfect for taking a break in between sightseeing before heading to the next spot.

The hotel is renovated not long ago, very clean and comfortable.  Easily accessible to all attractions even it is not situated in the city centre.  El Carmen, Line 5, Green Line is just outside the hotel, you can easily spot the hotel with the big word “1881” in blue.

The only issues are:-
No USB Charing port, you need to bring your EU standard plug and cables, unless the hotel can provide one for each room with fast charge, it is very slow to charge with a plug in cable.

Ventilation - the room is very warm, you need to open the windows at night to sleep. Rooms with front facing windows have double glazings but the ventilation system is a bit noisy .
If the management can solve these issues, then the hotel is a great option to stay.
