The room was very clean, and they provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They even had Chinese power outlets, a sofa, a TV, and air conditioning. The front desk service was excellent, and the environment was especially beautiful.

My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all the staff at MĀUA OLEA by Swiss-Belhotel in Ubud, Bali.

Over these past few days, we've spent so much time together that it felt less like a guest-service provider relationship and more like meeting old friends. Even with language barriers, everyone treated us with genuine warmth and sincerity, making us feel completely relaxed and at home.

They subtly remembered our small preferences: knowing we loved passion fruit, the kitchen specially prepared and delivered it to us; remembering my fondness for freshly squeezed orange juice, they had a glass ready for me at breakfast the next day. These thoughtful details exceeded all expectations and felt completely natural, not at all forced.

Every staff member here had a simple, pure smile in their eyes. To encounter such genuine kindness in a foreign land makes the journey's tenderness and healing truly reside within this hotel.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and close to many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast had a good variety of local and international options, and everything was well prepared.

Overall, this is a great hotel for both families and short weekend getaways. While some room service standards appear to have been reduced following the opening of the newer Swiss-Belhotel next door, the hotel still offers a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant stay. With its accessibility and overall value, it remains a good choice for visitors to Batam.

I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but only realized upon arrival that parts of the property were still undergoing construction. The gym was not yet operational, and several rooms remained closed for renovation.

During my two-night stay, there was a serious insect issue in the room, including mosquitoes, fruit flies, flies, and other insects. My friend was bitten multiple times during our stay. On the morning of the second day, I requested a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available.

The staff assured me that they would arrange pest control treatment for the room, but no action appeared to have been taken. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially given the lack of resolution despite raising the issue with the hotel.

The family room was spacious and perfect for our stay. It comes with two separate bedrooms, which is great for families. Each bedroom has its own TV, making it convenient for everyone to relax. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, including an iron in the master bedroom, so there was no need to bring our own. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay 🤗
