A very satisfying stay! The hotel has an elegant environment and new, smart facilities. The staff are attentive and responsive. The cleanliness is impeccable, making me feel very safe and secure. The location is convenient, close to the bus and subway stations. Excellent value for money; Qingdao's seafood is absolutely superb, making this an ideal choice for business or leisure travel.

The hotel is newly renovated, the environment is very good, and it is very clean. The rooms are all fully intelligent. Curtains, TVs, air conditioners, and lights are all fully automatic as long as you call Xiao Ai. You don’t have to do anything while lying on the bed. It’s so simple. It’s so comfortable. I ordered takeout and there was a robot delivering food. It’s my first time to stay in such a good hotel. It’s mainly close to the subway station, less than 100 meters away. It’s convenient to go anywhere. The handsome guy at the front desk also provided very attentive service. I checked out. He also reminded me to bring a bottle of mineral water and told me to take precautions against heatstroke due to the hot weather in Qingdao. It was so considerate😊😊 and a good hotel worth recommending👍👍👍

I stayed here one night while taking my teacher qualification exam. The room was incredibly smart, equipped with Xiaomi's Xiao Ai voice assistant, so I no longer had to get out of bed to turn off the lights before bed. The service was also exceptionally good and very considerate; they even offered a cup of coffee to all test-takers. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive, bringing whatever I needed. And for food delivery or other items, they used robots to deliver them.

The experience of this travel is excellent. The hotel is strategically located and conveniently located, which greatly saves commute time. The rooms are spacious and bright, the desk and chair design are user-friendly, and the Wi-Fi is stable and efficient, which fully meets business needs. The service responded quickly, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the energy was filled with the busy work of the day. Overall, this is the best choice for business travel and will stay next time.

We found the room and bathroom were always clean and presentable, staff were always kind and helpful, excellent service, even though there was a language difficulty.
If you are planning to have more western people stay with you, there has to be more western choices at breakfast, slices of bread and a toaster plus butter/Margerine and jam/marmalade as a basic and coffee to drink.  But all in all, a pleasant stay, would certainly return in the future if opportunity arose.

I stayed at this hotel the night I arrived in Yinchuan. The facilities are modern; I almost couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV or adjust the shower. All sorts of lights were available, which was a bit overwhelming. The bedding was clean, and the room was quiet. A staff member even came to help me with the TV and shower temperature late at night, making my stay very comfortable.

Here's a suggestion: After guests check out, for unoccupied rooms, please soak or clean the showerheads with white vinegar. The showerhead in my room was clogged, and the water flow was weak, even though the water pressure seemed good.
