A very satisfying stay! The hotel has an elegant environment and new, smart facilities. The staff are attentive and responsive. The cleanliness is impeccable, making me feel very safe and secure. The location is convenient, close to the bus and subway stations. Excellent value for money; Qingdao's seafood is absolutely superb, making this an ideal choice for business or leisure travel.

My stay at this hotel was a truly delightful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the soundproofing was excellent. All the staff were warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. The hotel's hygiene standards were top-notch; the room was exceptionally clean. Everything, from the bed linens to the bathroom amenities, was spotless and hygienic, making for a very pleasant stay.

Booked for the exam. First of all, the lady at the front desk was very nice and offered free late check-out. Secondly, the room was fully intelligent and clean. There was a table and a TV for projection. The mattress was moderately hard and not too soft, so it was very comfortable to sleep on. The sound insulation was excellent. Finally, it was very convenient to eat around, with supermarkets and convenience stores, and there were many delicious takeouts. I was very satisfied!

The room was quite spacious, and there were many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The hotel service was excellent! Thumbs up! 😎 The single bed in the double room was also very large, and the bathroom was clean with a smart toilet. There was also a smart speaker (Xiao Ai AI assistant), and the whole room was smart. Even food delivery was handled by a robot.

We found the room and bathroom were always clean and presentable, staff were always kind and helpful, excellent service, even though there was a language difficulty.
If you are planning to have more western people stay with you, there has to be more western choices at breakfast, slices of bread and a toaster plus butter/Margerine and jam/marmalade as a basic and coffee to drink.  But all in all, a pleasant stay, would certainly return in the future if opportunity arose.

The stay experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is strategically located and the traffic is very convenient. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the facilities were brand new and intact, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was good. The front desk staff was gentle, the procedures were efficient, and the cleaning service was very timely. The toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the whole is clean and at ease. Excellent value for money, preferred for business trips, come back next time

It's a bit of a mixed bag. The upside is the underground garage, but the entrance is a bit tricky, making it difficult for me to get in and out in my Tank 300. I had to adjust the angle on the ground first. Also, no one told me to get the door slip, so I couldn't get out on the first day and had to go back to the front desk to get it.

The room was quite spacious. I booked two days but only checked in for one. The next day, I couldn't open the door. I asked the front desk, and they said I didn't tell them when I checked in. ”(°ヘ°) Didn't they see it when I checked in? You still have to remind me to grant my room card access for two days?! Especially since they only gave me a one-day breakfast voucher after checking in on the first day. I told them I was staying two days, so they supposedly gave me both vouchers. So, how could they not know I was staying two days? Well, I didn't want to be unhappy during the holidays, so I kept quiet. I went upstairs and opened the door. The door was messed up, but was the bed made? =_= The towels on the bathroom floor weren't even picked up the day before. 😓 Okay, they emptied the trash can for me, which solved the immediate problem. Everything else was manageable and wouldn't affect my continued stay.

Breakfast was available, but the main course was a bit shabby. One small steamed bun was enough for 5-6 small groups of people. Dining was for the family of 5 next door and the 3 of us. We had to go back and forth 3 times to get the main course, because we might not get it all at once. We would sit down to eat, and when it came, no one would get a single portion, so we would wait for the new ones to arrive before going back for more. 😥

The stay was very happy and comfortable, the front desk service was very good, the hotel equipment was very comprehensive and there were robots to deliver food, the rooms were relatively new, all kinds of room types were complete, and I will stay next time.

The location of the hotel is superb, walking distance from the train station, and it is convenient to take a taxi at the door. The environment in the store is clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable, the stay experience is particularly good, it is recommended.

We chose this venue for our training, and it was excellent! The equipment is new, the service is great, and the coffee breaks were fantastic. Our company will definitely choose this place for future meetings. The meeting room exceeded our expectations! Everything from the initial communication to the on-site execution was smooth, and it offered great value for money. The location is convenient, and there's plenty of parking. The meeting room itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable chairs and tables, making long sessions much easier. We'll be booking here again for our next training.

The room was decent, and I was quite happy with the cleanliness and the mattress. We stayed on the second floor, and while there was a bit of noise as some others mentioned, I found it acceptable. It's impossible to expect absolute silence when staying in a hotel. The third floor has a large common area, a gym, conference rooms, and a restaurant, and the breakfast was quite clean. A heads-up to everyone: make sure to park your car in the underground garage and register it at the front desk. I parked on the surface for about 2 hours and had to pay 20 RMB, so definitely remember that! Also, the ramen place next to the surface parking lot isn't very clean; it gave me an upset stomach. Overall, the hotel is good, though it would be even better if the price, around 290 RMB with breakfast, could be a little lower!
