Really good stay at First Collection Hotel Business Bay. Great value for money—rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The vibe is relaxed, staff were friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Not luxury, but definitely a solid, well-priced option for a Dubai stay.

I like the front desk staff, they are very friendly, funny, problem solving, down to earth. I like the middle eastern style food for breakfast, as tourists this is what we want to experience. The room service is average, I don't need daily cleaning, but I expect water and tea to be replenished daily... The bar, restaurant, cafe, shisha are all good, the service at the pool is also good, I like it and will come again next time

This used to be a Wyndham hotel, but it's changed names now. This time, there were a lot of Eastern Europeans and Russians.

The guy at the front desk: Mu Mingzhong, he speaks Chinese really well 👍

The bell staff also provided excellent service, their names are in the picture.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the Marina. There's a supermarket and restaurants right outside. Just across the street is the yacht club's bay, which is great! 👍

Service was alright. Price was reflective of the quality of the room. Beds comfortably. Simmons beautyrest. However the a/c was giving trouble. It was making the faint crashing wave sound as though the cooling coil is choked from over use and the room temperature was not satisfactory during the heat of the day. I suspect the air conditioning contractors did them dirty on this project. Really looked as though size of the cooling system doesn’t match the floor area.

The slogan is quite interesting: 'Singapore's only hotel where each room can accommodate six people,' under the Marriott brand. Reviews are mixed, but considering a preference for greater comfort, we ultimately chose it. The multiple occupancy is primarily achieved through bunk beds.

**Environment:** Located in Little India, close to the MRT station, and not too far from the airport, the location is very suitable. You can stroll through Little India and visit temples nearby.

**Hygiene:** Clean and tidy, including the bunk beds.

**Facilities:** It still embodies Singapore's characteristic of making the most of every inch. The bathroom is very small, and the room isn't as large as it appears in pictures. The biggest 'bug' is shown in picture 6: the side passage is already very narrow, serving both as an entrance/exit and a walkway, yet a shelf board was installed there. While it provides a bit more space for belongings, you're bound to bump your head if you're not careful. The orientation of this board in our room was different from the pictures; if you get one with that orientation, definitely ask for a different room.

**Service:** Overall very efficient. Breakfast was the most satisfying part, with a customizable menu (five options in total), including appetizers, main courses, side dishes, juice, and tea or coffee. The taste was good and fresh.

**BTW:** The price at this hotel is quite similar to official channels, so if you care about SPN, you can book directly.

There's parking available on the side of the hotel, making airport transfers very convenient.

Pros:
Beautiful Interior Design: The hotel’s aesthetic is moody, endearingly campy with carefully chosen décor that creates a unique and stylish atmosphere.
Comfortable Bed: The bed was a much-needed haven, providing a ”cloud nine” experience after a long day of walking.
Thoughtful Gesture: The staff prepared a delicious welcome cheesecake for our anniversary, which was a lovely personal touch.

Cons:
Cramped Room Size: For the price, the room was surprisingly small, with barely enough space to open both of our luggage comfortably. Although it was listed as 21 sqm, we had to move carefully to avoid bumping into each other or the furniture.
Limited View: Albeit having a window, the only view we had was the sad block of building across and a patch of fake grass below.
Cleanliness Issues: The shower corners had visible mold, which was disappointing for a Marriott subsidiary.
Noisy Area: There was a significant amount of construction nearby, which walking to and from the metro a bit stressful.
Average Service: While service was adequate, it was a bit impersonal. We had warmer welcomes from serviced apartments and 3-star hotels. 
Distance to Public Transport: The nearest metro station was an 8-10 minute walk away, which can feel lengthy when carrying luggage or in inclement weather.

Overall,  aesthetics took precedence over functionality in The Vagabond Club. For the price, we probably wouldn't stay here again and would look for alternatives which provide a more comprehensive service tailored to the everyday needs of the average traveler—especially those who require ample wall hooks and prioritize functional accommodations.

Very convenient location in downtown Chicago.  Walking distance to lakeshore and navy pier.  Lots of good restaurants nearby.  The room is modern and spacious.

The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. Overall, the attitude of hotel staff is good.

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.
