Hotel was clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating special thanks to Ruby for giving as extra special treatment. We appreciate it very much.

This is the best hotel in marina Dubai they cater so well with everything. The staff are most friendly people always their to help. I wasn’t feeling great on the day of the checkout and they looked after me so well. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. Overall, the attitude of hotel staff is good.

Very convenient location in downtown Chicago.  Walking distance to lakeshore and navy pier.  Lots of good restaurants nearby.  The room is modern and spacious.

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

The hotel is conveniently located for walking. There is parking, but we did not use it. I would add breakfast, but it is ok anyway)
