The hotel boasts smart home features throughout, so you don't need a room card – your phone doubles as your key. The facilities are excellent, clean, and hygienic. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, provide fantastic service. Plus, there's a shuttle to and from Universal Studios. The 7:20 AM shuttle is particularly convenient, getting you to the park around 8 AM, which means you can get a good spot in line.

The location is pretty good, very close to Dashilar. However, the room type was disappointing. The window was really high up, which made the room feel cramped and immediately uncomfortable. The room also doesn't get any sunlight, which likely encourages bacteria growth. I thought all traditional courtyard houses would be like a proper Siheyuan, but this one was just a改装 (renovated/modified) version. As for the service, one male staff member was quite indifferent, but the two female staff members were very nice. The facilities were okay; the smart toilet was good. However, the hot water was scalding, and I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable temperature, so I ended up taking a burning hot shower. I originally booked this place to see the peach blossoms at Sanlihe Park, but there wasn't much to see there. I'd recommend going to Jingshan Park instead for a panoramic view of the Forbidden City.

Suggestions: The yellow round table is not very stable, the two doors of the bathroom are not closed tightly, and the door of the shower room is difficult to open when it is completely closed, and the door can only be left ajar.

I chose this hotel last minute for a date with my boyfriend. It had a high rating on Ctrip and was very close to the subway station.

There's a small garden on the seventh floor, which was a shame we couldn't enjoy because it was raining. Otherwise, I would have loved to sit there. Overall, it was great, and the air conditioning in the room worked really well!

The hotel's breakfast noodles and rice vermicelli are a must-try! 👍 They were even better than the ones we bought at a small noodle shop the night before!

The front desk staff deserve a huge shout-out as well. They were so helpful in storing our luggage, and when we came to pick it up, seeing we had a lot of bags, they even offered us a hotel bag to combine them. That was a really thoughtful gesture!

My overall stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again!

Came here for a family vacation with the kids. The location is super easy to find, and we could walk to Beicang Cultural and Creative Park as well as the pedestrian street. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore nearby. Plus, the room was quite spacious, and the service was wonderful – very thoughtful and attentive.

I came to Suzhou on a business trip and chose a hotel near Xutu Port. The experience was great! The transportation is extremely convenient. The hotel is very close to Xutu Port Station on Metro Line 2. It is only a few minutes' walk away, and it is convenient to go to various attractions in Suzhou. Business travel preferred, the lobby is clean and tidy, free parking and charging piles. The windows of the room are still floor-to-ceiling windows, the service is super good, there are washing machines and dryers, and the whole house is small and smart. There is also a small refrigerator, which is super convenient. Really recommend.
