The room was okay, but you couldn't open the window. I'm not sure if that's common in Singapore. The cleanliness felt a bit subpar. As for the service, there's not much to say. We booked an 8-day stay through Trip.com, only to realize later that our itinerary was off and we'd booked an extra day. We tried to negotiate with Trip.com, but couldn't get anywhere. The hotel refused to refund us for the extra day. For such a large hotel, I found that quite disappointing and hope they can improve. Also, the power outlets in the room were quite old and worn out.

The location is super convenient. It's just a 3-minute walk to bus stops for routes 80 and 145, which get you to VivoCity in 10 minutes. These buses also provide easy and quick access to popular attractions like Clarke Quay, the National Gallery Singapore, and Merlion Park. Right across from the hotel, there's a FairPrice supermarket, and next to it is the Tanjong Pagar Food Centre. There's also a food mall right beside the hotel with a Ya Kun Kaya Toast outlet. Maxwell Food Centre and the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple are both just a 10-minute walk away. Getting around and finding places to eat are incredibly easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Traveling as a family of three, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room came with a double bed and an additional rollaway bed. This was incredibly thoughtful for a family with an older child, and made our stay very comfortable. The room was also spacious enough and had a balcony. Being on the first floor was super convenient. They replenished our bottled water daily, which was a nice touch. We were so lucky to have clear skies every day of our trip in Singapore and even luckier to have booked this hotel. We didn't need to communicate much; overall, we were extremely satisfied. I had some reservations before my trip after seeing some negative reviews online, so I'd like to clear things up. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was amazing – I could wash my hair in no time! And contrary to some reviews, it wasn't noisy at all; our stay was very peaceful.

The hotel is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, offering great convenience. It's right in the bustling commercial district, with the Opera House, Independence Palace, and Ho Chi Minh Square all within close proximity. It's an established five-star hotel; while the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained, and the bed is very comfortable! I specifically requested a high floor, so the noise from motorbikes wasn't much of an issue. The Saigon River is right outside the window, and the area has developed quite rapidly in recent years. The front desk service was okay; their Chinese wasn't very fluent, but their English was good, and they proactively helped me arrange a taxi. All in all, it was decent.

Came for an event at P7 Arena. Location wise, amazing. Hotel is great, staff are friendly and very welcoming 😊 only downside is that they don’t have a smoking room 💔. Room food service, definitely on the costly side for what you’re getting.
Everyone who attends events at P7 are maybe 80-90% smokers and P7 has been having amazing events. So I think that is one of the things they should consider.
Overall, our stay was amazing. Only downside is that u are not allowed to smoke inside the room lol.
