GGuest UserThis trip, the most lived in Hanting. This room is large, but the only bad thing is that the restaurant is too small and the breakfast time can't find the location. There are also two washing machines, which can't meet the needs of staying. Other aspects are very good

MM434732****There's a parking lot in the backyard, making parking convenient. The room's soundproofing was good, and even with the many guests staying, it wasn't noisy. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. She even gave me an extra bottle of water and opened the door for me. There are several car washes near the hotel, making it convenient to wash your car after returning from National Highway 109.

GGuest UserWhat started as a simple stopover on our trip turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. The lobby immediately impressed us with its spaciousness and brightness, and the front desk staff were warm and incredibly attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was so comfortable we got a truly restful sleep. A delightful surprise was finding both air conditioning and a humidifier, which was an incredibly thoughtful touch! One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping us with our laundry, showing incredible thoughtfulness! The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a comprehensive selection including snacks, main dishes, cold and hot options, plus soy milk and milk – truly something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend! It truly stands out as one of the best memories from our entire trip.

CCuikexueThe hotel highlights the temperament and taste of the owner, and pays attention to quality and service, with good intentions. Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

GGuest UserGreat hotel, not far from the train station, many food places downstairs, large supermarkets and shopping malls across the street, very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, with a humidifier and a fan, and my room is very quiet. It was quite late, and the TV had no signal source. The front desk aunt and uncle came up to solve it, and their attitude was also very good.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

Wwk_ham不建議住他家，訂的時候看離市中心距離不遠，覺得兩三公里不算啥，沒想到到了發現附近環境真的不行，很荒涼，看我圖片。格爾木又到處在修路，離吃飯的網紅店孔阿訇距離不遠但路很難走。訂的時候寫着市區免費接送，結果問前台直接説司機不在，沒法接送，而且絲毫沒有要解決的意思。旁邊的老闆樣子的説幫我們協調，晚點電話告知，結果就沒了音訊，打電話問前台，不知道是不是不清楚情況，直接不説話，多問幾句最後直接掛我電話。我？？？真的是完全沒有服務意識啊，太讓人不愉快了，白瞎了這麼好的硬件條件。最後找攜程才給解決的。避雷吧各位

The front desk staff first installed us on the top floor (5th floor), the floor-to-ceiling windows were fully closed, and the window was bare on the roof; after the request for a room change, the arranged room was facing the road, the train and car sound all night, noisy, difficult to sleep. The front desk staff is relatively cold and understandable. After all, we welcome the delivery every day, but we still hope to be enthusiastic. Why choose this brand hotel? It is because the city garden hotel in other places that have lived recently has good service, the staff is very enthusiastic and the environment is good.
