The room was pretty good, and I especially liked the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The front desk staff were really welcoming and enthusiastic. My only suggestion would be to provide disposable toilet seat covers – that would make it even better!

The overall environment and service were okay, but compared to Mercure hotels in other cities, I still feel there's a lot of room for improvement.
