MM35066****The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were very comprehensive. It even came equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier. What truly stood out was the 24-hour diffused oxygen supply. We had initially experienced some altitude sickness, but staying at this hotel, we felt completely fine and very comfortable.
The front desk service also deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage and guided our car into the garage. They also immediately came to our room to set up all the equipment – including the oxygen system, humidifier, and air purifier – before leaving. The enthusiastic young staff made us feel incredibly welcome and refreshed. Absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast was good too.
I had stayed at a Home Inn many years ago and had a positive impression. After all this time, staying again last night, both the facilities and the service truly exceeded our expectations. I will definitely consider Home Inn for future stays.
The only minor drawback was that late at night, I wasn't sure if it was the room next door or downstairs, someone was watching TV and talking loudly until 12:30 AM, which was a bit disruptive. I hesitated to call the front desk as I didn't want to bother them, though they later informed us that we could have called to resolve such issues.
Overall, a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

GGuest UserThis trip, the most lived in Hanting. This room is large, but the only bad thing is that the restaurant is too small and the breakfast time can't find the location. There are also two washing machines, which can't meet the needs of staying. Other aspects are very good

Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a five-minute walk to the city center, surrounded by food and convenience stores, and it is super convenient to travel for food. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the pressure was instantly decompressed when lying down. The sound insulation effect was also very good. I slept until dawn all night.
The service is impeccable, the front desk check-in is efficient and enthusiastic, take the initiative to help with luggage, and also intimately inform the surrounding play guide. The breakfast is super rich, hot food, fruit, snacks are all available, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. From the details to the whole, the price is full, and I will choose here next time!

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. Free tea, book bar, and freshly ground coffee are provided at the front desk. Ear-mounted coffee ☕, high quality of guests, quiet night’s rest, all in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel 👏

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.
