MM35066****The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were very comprehensive. It even came equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier. What truly stood out was the 24-hour diffused oxygen supply. We had initially experienced some altitude sickness, but staying at this hotel, we felt completely fine and very comfortable.
The front desk service also deserves a special mention. The staff were exceptionally warm and thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage and guided our car into the garage. They also immediately came to our room to set up all the equipment – including the oxygen system, humidifier, and air purifier – before leaving. The enthusiastic young staff made us feel incredibly welcome and refreshed. Absolutely fantastic!
Breakfast was good too.
I had stayed at a Home Inn many years ago and had a positive impression. After all this time, staying again last night, both the facilities and the service truly exceeded our expectations. I will definitely consider Home Inn for future stays.
The only minor drawback was that late at night, I wasn't sure if it was the room next door or downstairs, someone was watching TV and talking loudly until 12:30 AM, which was a bit disruptive. I hesitated to call the front desk as I didn't want to bother them, though they later informed us that we could have called to resolve such issues.
Overall, a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

GGuest UserThis trip, the most lived in Hanting. This room is large, but the only bad thing is that the restaurant is too small and the breakfast time can't find the location. There are also two washing machines, which can't meet the needs of staying. Other aspects are very good

Two movie tickets were given when checking in, the breakfast was tasteful, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, the hot water was not hot and the water output was too small. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

The moment I entered the lobby, the friendly smiles of the staff and the efficient check-in process immediately made me feel warm and at ease. My room was spacious and bright, with large windows offering sweeping views of the city. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Lying down on it instantly washed away my travel fatigue and allowed me to enjoy a long-awaited deep sleep. I especially praised the bathroom amenities: the water pressure was strong, the hot water came quickly, and the high-end toiletries were a testament to their quality. From the amenities to the facilities, from the ambiance to the service, this stay was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it's an excellent value and a top choice. I will definitely be back!

The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place.
