What touched me was the hotel's service, because the train at 3:30 in the morning, the car that was not available at the station the night before, there was no online car-hailing order, and I called the hotel when I was very helpless. The hotel actually arranged a car delivery station, three o'clock in the morning, The driver master sent me to the train station very enthusiastically. I am really touched. If it is placed in normal times, it may not be worth mentioning. But a girl can't make an appointment in a strange city at three o'clock in the morning, and dare not go to the roadside to wait for a taxi. Who knows? Thank you Starway Hotel and every staff member who received me warmly. I wish you a happy work and a happy life!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable enough to sleep until dawn. The service staff is warm and thoughtful and responsive. The hotel has its own restaurant and canteen, the room has diffuse oxygen supply, and the large yard is particularly convenient for parking. This time, the whole family drove Tibet with two elderly people in their 80s to live in the Luohe River. Because there is a diffuse oxygen supply, everyone has no high reaction phenomenon, so we are very happy to live here as an unforgettable memory in life. So I still have to give the hotel five points, cross the river to recommend staying here, there is no need to drive to Golmud as someone suggested, driving is not too dangerous and not too meaningful.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.
