"The staff and manager were incredibly warm and welcoming. Since my wife is a foreigner, the staff proactively reminded us and helped us with some visa-related matters, which was a huge help. The room itself was clean and tidy, though some facilities showed a bit of age due to the hotel's construction time. Overall, our stay was quite good. The breakfast spread, along with the NIO fast-charging station, were definite highlights. We also visited Huancai Mountain in Golmud, which was absolutely stunning!"

"The hotel isn't located in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. There's a parking lot in the backyard with two fast charging stations; a young man was there to guide us through parking and charging, and even helped with our luggage. The receptionist was beautiful and kind. There's also a laundry room and a printer; I needed to print a form, and the receptionist helped me with that too. The rooms were well-soundproofed and quiet. They even provided complimentary yogurt."

"This stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! I had originally booked a standard double room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite for free – I was instantly thrilled!
The suite was much larger than the double room, with a well-designed layout, spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of high quality. All the facilities were new and functional.
From arrival to check-in, the service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and it was very convenient for getting around. This unexpected room upgrade completely enhanced my experience, offering excellent value for money. "The hotel is conveniently located close to Golmud Station; a short taxi ride got us there right after we arrived. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was also quite good, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. The entire service was warm and thoughtful. We also had dinner there, and the food was very good. The only surprise was that the breakfast restaurant didn't have a coffee machine. I'm used to having coffee first thing in the morning. While I could go outside the park from the breakfast area to buy coffee, it wasn't very convenient. I really think adding two coffee machines to the breakfast restaurant wouldn't hurt the park's coffee sales. I hope they consider this improvement."

The hotel itself was spotless, equipped with oxygen and humidifiers. The mattress and pillows were made of rubber, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the staff recommended a yogurt that was absolutely delicious. All in all, what was initially just a last-minute change of plans turned into a delightful surprise! Highly recommend!

First of all, the most amazing thing is the overall environment of the hotel and the unique sailing tent design. From a distance, the white sailing tents are scattered, and the shape is chic and full of romance. Like the white sailing boat parked in nature, the face value is directly full. The twin room we stayed in was much more spacious than expected. There was no cramped feeling of traditional tents at all. The layout was reasonable and warm. The simple design style blended natural elements. It was stylish and comfortable. It was suitable for both friends and parent-child travel.
The facilities inside the room are very complete, and the waiter also prepared earplugs and mosquito repellent for us. The details are full of care. The bedding of the twin bed is soft and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress is used. The hardness is moderate, and the fatigue when lying on it will dissipate instantly. The quality of sleep at night is particularly good. The room is equipped with smart air conditioning, convenient temperature adjustment, no matter the weather can maintain a comfortable room temperature. The separate bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, clean and tidy without odor, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable and the water output is large, and the washing experience is very comfortable. In addition, the room is also equipped with basic daily necessities, neatly arranged, easy to use, really exquisite and practical.
The most surprising thing is the view of the room. Open the tent door and the beautiful beach and lake water to drink tea in the sunset, watching the sun slowly fall, the stars and moon are really wonderful.
The service is also impeccable, the staff is warm and intimate throughout the photo did not say back, by the way, turn around. Check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff will patiently explain the use of room facilities and surrounding play suggestions. There's a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room was large and comfortable for me, and it felt quite safe. I'd love to come back to Golmud again; it's a city I really like!

MMR.zihaoThe hotel shares a parking lot with other nearby shops, but fortunately this hotel uses cones to reserve parking spaces, and the price is cheap, which is an advantage. But then I want to talk about its shortcomings: First of all, I guess it is actually a city convenience hotel that has ended its cooperation, so it changed its name to ”Chengshi”, and lost unified quality control. This led to problems such as deformed windows and poor hygiene. In addition, the laundry room is actually just a decoration, because there was half a bucket of rancid acid water left in one washing machine, the door of another could not be opened, and a foul odor emanated from the groove for detergent. However, the hotel did not raise prices during the May Day holiday, which is a very conscientious behavior. So I didn't give it a very low score. If you don't have high requirements for the above situation, you can still try it.
