"The staff and manager were incredibly warm and welcoming. Since my wife is a foreigner, the staff proactively reminded us and helped us with some visa-related matters, which was a huge help. The room itself was clean and tidy, though some facilities showed a bit of age due to the hotel's construction time. Overall, our stay was quite good. The breakfast spread, along with the NIO fast-charging station, were definite highlights. We also visited Huancai Mountain in Golmud, which was absolutely stunning!"

"This stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! I had originally booked a standard double room, but upon check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite for free – I was instantly thrilled! The suite was much larger than the double room, with a well-designed layout, spotless and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a wide selection of pillows, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of high quality. All the facilities were new and functional. From arrival to check-in, the service was warm and attentive, with a gentle and patient attitude. The hotel environment was elegant and quiet, and it was very convenient for getting around. This unexpected room upgrade completely enhanced my experience, offering excellent value for money. It's the perfect choice for business trips and vacations, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time!"

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Golmud Station; a short taxi ride got us there right after we arrived. Our room was very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was also quite good, and we felt it offered excellent value for money. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The Charhan Salt Lake, which we visited from Golmud, was absolutely breathtaking."

GGuest UserThis outdoor hotel that I stumbled upon on this trip really exceeded expectations! I have lived in too many uniform city hotels. This camp hidden in nature, with both a futuristic space capsule and a wild luxury tent, is simply a holiday ceiling. It is worth it from check-in to departure! The capsule looks like the interstellar base in a science fiction film from a distance. The silver and white streamlined cabins are scattered in the beach, and the snow-capped mountains, blue sky and white clouds can be seen in the distance. The moment you push the hatch is even more amazing! I thought the space would be cramped, but the interior was spacious and exquisite. 2 panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows + automatic skylights are too worth it! During the day, you can have a panoramic view of the blue sky and white clouds on the roof while lying on the bed. The sun shines in unobstructed. The whole cabin is bright and warm; At night, open the skylight with one click, pull up the blackout curtain, and lie on the bed to face the starry river. It is clearly visible, and the stars are as close as if they can reach out. This kind of romance of ”liking and looking at the stars” is a cure that will never be experienced in the city. The facilities in the cabin are even more intimate, not losing to other city hotels! The comfortable big bed is equipped with zero pressure soft bedding. I don’t want to get up when I lie down. I sleep well until dawn. Separate bathroom dry and wet separation, 24 hours hot water, toiletries, hair dryer are all available, no longer have to experience the inconvenience of traditional camping.
