He will answer all questions. He also gave a lot of local suggestions. He feels as kind as a friend. The bedding is also very comfortable, sleeps very fragrant, there is no strangeness of staying in the hotel, but there is a kind of warmth of going home. I was very satisfied with the online booking. The Firefly Inn is located in the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area, with convenient transportation. The environment and facilities are very warm and cultural. The owner was enthusiastic and took the initiative to pick us up at the hotel. The service was very thoughtful. It is worth recommending to friends. We had a wonderful time at Home of Mountains. The rooms, and the hotel itself, were beautifully decorated and very clean. Every day there was a varied breakfast and a lovingly prepared afternoon tea. Coffee lovers will also be happy here; there are several special coffees to try. The staff and the owner were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. We were given tips for the surrounding attractions, so that even though the scenic area was closed one day due to bad weather, we were able to explore the area. There is a pool on the hotel grounds that you can use at any time—perfect for cooling off after a day in the mountains. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the scenic area, and even from the grounds you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We can absolutely recommend the hotel; if we come to the area again, it would definitely be our first choice. Thank you for the wonderful time!

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

Great brand, high quality, Ramada is excellent. The location is superb, close to tourist attractions, and the parking lot is large. I was given a complimentary upgrade to a business room, which I really appreciate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and the service quality was high. The restaurant on the third floor has good dishes, and the breakfast on the second floor offers a wide variety of options.

If you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, it's a good idea to request a room closer to the elevator when you check in.

Pros: Good location. The hotel itself is very close to the train station. Besides that, the building itself has a shopping mall and there are few different types of cuisine restaurants in it. Uniqueness and cleanliness. It's quite interesting that they have the room type of loft design. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is good. Bar. There are quite a few types of interesting craft beers which quite nice to try out. Cons: Amenities in room. There are only dental kits set up inside the room.They'll only provide the other amenities when you request. Varieties of food options in the restaurant. Too few varieties to be chose for breakfast and it's the same thing repeated. Only one option for each Chinese and Western cuisine and you choose either one.

I am a foreign traveller from Singapore. On my day of arrival on 29 December, i was greeted friendly by the front desk named Mr 小戴. He gave me a free room upgrade and answered to all my queries patiently and politely. On the second night, i seeked some help from the front desk Miss 小胡 and she too was really friendly and courteous. Thumbs up to those two people. The room was clean, and all amenities were functioning properly except that the shower drain may be a bit clog and water may flow out when turning on full tap for shower. The location is very close to Shaoguan railway station, just 15 minutes walk over the bridge. There are also many eateries nearby with a shopping mall just opposite of the main road. The breakfast was sumptuous with decent amount of chinese choices in buffet style. Some oranges are available and soy drink and tea for drink. I will definitely consider coming to this hotel again if i visit Shaoguan in the future.

Excellent location just next to the Shauguan East Train station. The room is spacious however it's old and not well maintained. The staff are not so friendly and helpful. For this price, it's still value for money to stay for the location.

Booked five rooms in total, with the elderly and children, there is more demand, the housekeeper manager are patiently as much as possible to meet. The accommodation is quite satisfactory, there are many bugs in the mountains at night to pay attention to close the door to prevent mosquitoes, but to the mountains is to be a little closer to nature. I didn’t take too many photos, I was basically playing with my family. There are also beekeepers near the scenic spot, who tried fresh honey and followed the housekeeper down the mountain to catch up on the fair day to see many local products sold by locals. The scenic area is not very big, but you can take children to run and play in the water. The trip is quite satisfactory. The butler also helped send the missing stuff.
