I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. I helped us carry our luggage and introduced local tourism characteristics and surrounding dining and food. The first time I came here to soak in the hot springs, the experience was great.

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

The breakfast buffet on the first day was served in the hotel lobby, but on the second day it was moved to a different location, but no one informed anyone. A bunch of people were waiting in the original restaurant. Only when they called the front desk did they tell them that the breakfast had been moved to another location. Shouldn't there be advance notice? Except for the catering, everything else is good. I hope it can be improved, otherwise such a good natural environment will be wasted.

This trip is to the Guangdong Grand Canyon to hike, do not want to be too rushed, so live in the park. Before we come, we have to be mentally prepared and do not ask too much for hotel facilities. It is not convenient to take a taxi here. You have to pre-time or add a little fee to get a taxi. But the natural environment nearby is good. The hotel is an old hotel, so the equipment is relatively old. But the environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by water. If you book a fishing room, you can fish on the balcony, and you can open the balcony fence to facilitate the placement of fishing boxes. It is very cool, a real fishing room! 👍👍There are a lot of fish, big fish, but more small fish. Basically, the ones that are eaten are small fish. There are a lot of small fish as long as your little finger. It also depends on your location. You can fish in the room or go outside to other locations to fish. The hotel is very generous in this regard and does not restrict guests who go fishing. Many customers probably go there just for fishing, which is great! The guest room is quite large and the stay is quite comfortable! The attitude and initiative of the service need to be improved. On the contrary, the service of the security guards at the main entrance and lobby door is better than that of the internal staff, more proactive and polite! The breakfast is so-so. When there are many guests, the replenishment is not timely and you need to wait for each item! There are charging stations in the parking lots in front and behind the hotel, which is very convenient! I won’t comment on the hot springs if I haven’t been there!

I stayed at this hotel for the third time. The first time I came here in 2013, I didn't call it Nanling Hotel. It seems to be Longhuashan Hot Spring Hotel. The facilities are indeed old, but they can be renovated compared to more than ten years ago. The toilet bathtub in the bathroom is very new, and the double bathtub on the balcony has not been there before. The fresh taste of the dinner ingredients in the restaurant is OK. Red plums are just blooming during the Spring Festival of Meiguan Ancient Road nearby, and they are all fragrant in the mountains. There are also white plums, green plums, pearl plums, palace pink plums, and ramen. Early December should be the best time to enjoy the plum. The hotel is still being renovated, and the bathroom is not meticulous enough, and the sewer is obviously not cleaned up.
