Sipping coffee on the lobby terrace feels like a true indulgence. 5. **Comprehensive Facilities:** The hotel is incredibly well-equipped, offering both outdoor and indoor children's playgrounds, an animal viewing area, and a traditional farming culture experience. You can even hike the hills behind the property. 6. **Excellent Mattress:** The mattress is outstanding, with just the right firmness. It's a Musi mattress. I overheard other guests expressing the same concern. 4. **Minor Hiccup at Check-in:** We did experience a minor issue during check-in, but the staff resolved it promptly and proactively, so I won't dwell on it. However, I would suggest strengthening staff training, especially regarding attentiveness and hygiene. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. My only regret is the limited number of nearby tourist attractions. With my kids, we only visited the Hakka Walled Village and an industrial base before leaving. If the hotel could slightly explore and recommend more good local attractions to guests, it might further enhance its overall development. I hope the hotel continues to thrive and prosper! First and foremost, we came here for the stream, and we were definitely not disappointed! The water is so clear, you could spend an entire afternoon playing there. The hotel environment was fantastic. We chose to come on a Friday, so it wasn't crowded. Even though it was hot, the atmosphere was beautiful and incredibly comfortable! The hotel service was perfect! They even gave us watermelons grown by local villagers, which were so sweet. We booked over a month in advance, and they included a barbecue, so there's a discount for booking in advance! We ate a lot, and there was a bonfire party in the evening. The atmosphere was amazing. Although we didn't go while we were playing in the water, just listening to the music outside was enough to make us feel the atmosphere was fantastic! It's perfect for families; my son had so much fun playing there that he didn't want to leave. The pool in our room was filled after we checked in, and it was very clean and hygienic! The only thing I think could be improved is the breakfast, which wasn't as delicious, hahaha. I'll definitely be back with friends and family, and I'll be back for the hot springs in winter.
