Ruyaozhuang Hotel is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever visited. The design is meticulous. When checking in, the manager saw many of our children and took the initiative to upgrade the room to a garden view room for free. It is close to the swimming pool and is convenient for children to play. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, with wood tones, bright and comfortable lighting, meticulous and complete facilities (there are enough power sockets and USBs), the buttons are clearly colored, and the toilet has smart equipment. All staff (from the boss to the cleaning and security guards) are proactive, enthusiastic, courteous and agile. There are many tea seats in every corner of the hotel. Every decoration is thoughtful and well-organized. There are also many outdoor seating seats. The back hill is beautifully greened and can be used for BBQ. Excellent value for money! The hotel is brand new, only opened in 2024, and the facilities are very well maintained. The service was impeccable. I booked a Mountain View Hot Spring Room, and the concierge proactively messaged me on WeChat to arrange an upgrade to a Cloud Mountain Room. I also booked a package that included dinner, which was a buffet with a mini hot pot. There was a singer performing with a beautiful voice, creating a great atmosphere. The hot spring pools were clean with minimal fallen leaves, and the gym was uncrowded with top-notch equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by mountains and bamboo forests, there are many hawk peach planted on the mountain, but unfortunately it is winter, the leftover branches are dried, I believe that the flowers must be more beautiful when they bloom. The layout of the room is very good, and it is consistent with the hotel's promotional pictures. The room is not cleaned thoroughly. The stains visible to the naked eye of the toilet are visible. The refrigerator is very old and there are playing cards scattered on it. The karaoke sound is good, but it is dirty and old. The wires pass through the balcony door. A little leaking electricity, there is an inductance when you touch the handle. A bit scary, the balcony door can't be locked, one of the rooms has only 3 slippers, called for one night and no one sent it, ordered a meal at the hotel, not allowed to take it back to the room to eat, said that it is not enough staff to clean, and repeatedly said that it will clean up by itself. It still can't work. I can sit on the first floor and have a dinner. I have a good dinner with my friends. I can’t sit down and have a bad experience. In short, there is basically no service at all. The service staff has only a few uncles and aunts living nearby. The hot springs are still good. The pool landscape environment is good.

First and foremost, we came here for the stream, and we were definitely not disappointed! The water is so clear, you could spend an entire afternoon playing there. The hotel environment was fantastic. We chose to come on a Friday, so it wasn't crowded. Even though it was hot, the atmosphere was beautiful and incredibly comfortable! The hotel service was perfect! They even gave us watermelons grown by local villagers, which were so sweet. We booked over a month in advance, and they included a barbecue, so there's a discount for booking in advance! We ate a lot, and there was a bonfire party in the evening. The atmosphere was amazing. Although we didn't go while we were playing in the water, just listening to the music outside was enough to make us feel the atmosphere was fantastic! It's perfect for families; my son had so much fun playing there that he didn't want to leave. The pool in our room was filled after we checked in, and it was very clean and hygienic! The only thing I think could be improved is the breakfast, which wasn't as delicious, hahaha. I'll definitely be back with friends and family, and I'll be back for the hot springs in winter.

From the foot of the mountain to the top of the hillside, there are dozens of hot spring pools of different sizes, with a comfortable water temperature range of 38-43. There are many water dispensers in the hot spring area, and there is a food building in the middle, which provides free sweet potatoes, taro and drinks without limit. You can stay in it for a day as long as you want. Going up to the infinity pool at the top, in front of us is a magnificent picture of Yangxi River Reservoir and the mountains in the distance. Especially when we encountered a short rainstorm in the infinity pool, we hid in the roofed hot spring pool next to the infinity pool. The heavy rain outside made the water surface crackle, and the mountains in the distance were looming in the rain and fog. At this moment, the Chinese landscape painting seemed to have turned from paper into reality, which was even more amazing than the scenery on a sunny day. In addition, there are slides and swings for children to play by the river, and there is a plank road ending at a small waterfall for fun. In summer, there will be a water park. Considering the price here, the cost performance is much higher than that of the resorts in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It is really a paradise for children. The only regrettable thing is the food here. The price of the Chinese restaurant is much higher than that of the farm outside, but the taste is not much different. The food in the breakfast restaurant is simply unworthy of the name of the Guangdong and Guangxi gourmet province. It is recommended to improve.

The room is large and well ventilated. The weather was very good on the day of the visit. The hot spring was very comfortable. It was not hot or cold. The water quality was quite awkward.
