GGuest UserI usually steer clear of guesthouses, preferring the standardized management of hotels, even though I know many boast unique charm. However, on this trip to Dongbi, where guesthouses were the only option, both establishments, especially Fengchui Banxia, completely overturned my preconceived notions – I was thoroughly impressed! The guesthouse is situated right next to the popular Shijianhai, making its views and location absolutely prime. It's also exceptionally well-maintained, feeling a bit like the hotel-style management you'd find in Wuzhen, but with a much warmer, more personal touch. On the first-floor bar, there's a complimentary selection of Sprite, Coke, and Fanta. While it's a small detail, returning from a day out and being able to grab an ice-cold can from the fridge to beat the heat is incredibly pleasant and satisfying! Another thoughtful detail for us was that both beds were spacious 1.5-meter doubles. The room itself was large, bright, and impeccably clean! Five stars!

What a lovely and friendly host ! We are thankful to our host for showing us around town and recommending us places to eat and visit. Their beautiful newly renovated villa is located on the stone hilltop overlooking the sea. Coming from Malaysia it is definitely a new experience for us to enjoy touring this beautiful seaside village. Thanks again 😁

Location to see sunset is superb. Miss Chi at reception offers wonderful service, making arrangements for us and charter vehicle to see Xiapu and surroundings. In addition; gives us room upgrade without added charge. The seafood noodle stop served at breakfast is delicious. The lounge on 7th floor offers panoramic view of the bay.

MM2e48rrod****The decoration style of the homestay is what I like. When I enter the room for a long time, I suddenly disappear. The dry and wet separation area is quite large. The service is warm, the parking is convenient, the clerk will help to carry the box to the room, the boss recommended the partner restaurant, the ingredients are quite fresh, the amount is not small. When I went out to sea, I forgot to inform the front desk lady that I needed to clean up. She took the initiative to ask us if we needed to clean up and the service was still in place.

It's not easy to go out, so we booked a very private water courtyard. We had the whole courtyard to ourselves, enjoying the delicious food, beautiful scenery and sunset. Although it was raining that day, the sunset still appeared. We sat in the Western restaurant, had dinner, drank wine and admired the long-awaited scenery. The immersive experience was worth the trip. The service was attentive and considerate. The housekeeper's temperament and outfit were very in line with the style of the homestay, very nice.

I decided to travel here on the spur of the moment, and I have to say that I was quite pleasantly surprised by this B&B. The people at the front desk were very welcoming when I entered. They would help me check in very considerately. I was also surprised that there was an elevator in the B&B. This made it very convenient for us to pick up our luggage. We didn’t have to worry about carrying too much luggage. The housekeeper will help us take our luggage back to the room very considerately. I mean it is a walk-and-go trip, so I don’t have much guide. The housekeeper of this B&B will introduce to me what I can do nearby. This is a place that I really need if I am lazy. The most important thing is their room. It is very comfortable to walk in. The sanitary environment is very clean. Their toiletries are disposable, which is more hygienic and can be avoided. Some unclean things, mainly due to the safety hazards of accommodation, are exposed on the Internet now, so they are very good here. I stayed in a room facing the sea, and I could look at the sea view while lying on the bed. It was very comfortable, and They have a great view here, directly facing the sea. They will also prepare some tea sets, lounge chairs and the like for us to use in the room. It is very suitable for little sisters to travel together. I recommend this place. It is very good. Their housekeeper at the front desk told me to wait until The sunset here will be more beautiful around June, which is very suitable for taking pictures.
