"The breakfast buffet had sea bream rice chazuke, which I thought was ingenious, and of course it was delicious. I was able to start the morning feeling rich and had a good day. I have relatives nearby, so I stayed overnight in Fukuyama City, which was a good starting point for Onomichi - Shimanami - Imabari - Takamatsu Castle. I don't have any photos of Fukuyama, so I'll post a photo of Takamatsu Castle."

Stopped for a night here during our roadtrip and we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is a traditional ryokan and the lobby is nicely decorated with some really old furniture. Breakfast is delicious with local fish and ingredients, I wish we had order dinner the night before.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in the whole of Japan. Location: The best location. Right beside Fukuyama station, and Fukuyama Castle, with unobstructed views from the room to the castle. Facilities: Free drink bar with various drinks, including an assortment of Japanese alcohol, free flow. Room: Extremely spacious, probably the biggest room in this price range. Reception: Very kind and friendly staff

It was cold, so I went to sleep with the air conditioner on, but it seems that if you ask for a blanket, they will lend one to you free of charge. There were no problems or issues.

There is no bathroom, but you can go to the bathhouse of the hotel next door for hot spring bathing. Breakfast is included. If you like apartment-style hotels, you can give it a try. The only downside is that the room is very hot when you check in, and the air conditioning is not strong enough. It takes about half a day for the whole room to cool down.

호텔 위치가 역앞이고 쇼핑몰앞이고 편의점도 바로앞에 있어서 좋습니다 욕장시설이 작지만 깨끗하고 탕도 물이 깨끗하네요. 비품도 다 있어서 편리합니다. 커피와 차도 로비에 항시 구비되어있고 전자렌지도 층마다 있고 데스크 직원도 엄청 친절합니다. 일찍가면 짐 맡았다가 시간되면 방에 올려줍니다 후쿠야마 성 앞이라 아침에 산책하기도 좋네요. 제일 추천할만한건 역시 아침저녁으로 목욕할수 있는거입니다

You can see it from the Fukuyama Station platform; it's about a 7-8 minute walk. Take the exit in the opposite direction from Fukuyama Castle, turn right, and keep walking. I especially liked the breakfast at Toyoko Hotel—simple but delicious. I enjoyed the rice, sausage, pickled vegetables, and fried fish. It's a standard business hotel; you can check in at the machine, and there's a Chinese language option. I think if you're not looking for a resort hotel, Toyoko is definitely a good choice—economical and includes breakfast. The rooms aren't large, but the twin rooms are decent.

It's farther away from the station because there is a parking lot, but the open-air rooftop bath is amazing. There is also a small sauna, and it was great to enjoy the night view from the large public bath while feeling the dawn.

Very good, it is an adult hotel, free breakfast. Parking is available downstairs. However, it is an adult hotel. After entering, there is a vending machine-like thing to pay for, and no one can contact the accommodation throughout the whole process. Need breakfast to call
