"Probably the best located and nicest hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. Spacious, well appointed rooms with semi western style bathroom. Great view of the castle, particularly at night. Directly outside the south exit (turn right) and 2 minutes walk from the station. Lots of local cafes and restaurants within 100 mts and a good Fresta supermarket less than 200 mts away."

"The location was on the 7th floor, so the view was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the staff were very polite and helpful; I really liked it! The only remaining issue is the price, as I was there for business. However, I heard that if you call directly, there might be some slightly cheaper plans available for longer stays, so next time I'll definitely choose the Sun Hotel even if I have to pay out of pocket. It was fantastic!"

"Facilities: The single room was a bit smaller, more compact than the twin room I also booked, but overall it was perfectly fine. Big shout out to the ice vendor! Hygiene: Everything was great, from the hotel exterior and parking lot to the interior and the room itself. Environment: The location is excellent! It was pouring rain when we went, but it only took about 20 minutes to drive to Tomonoura! Service: The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the services, and the parking attendant was very patient in helping us find empty spots!! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fukuyama. Fukuyama is the best place to stay if you're visiting Onomichi!"

"Book a double room. It was larger and more comfortable than a normal business hotel. However, I booked a double room with one adult, but for some reason there was another single bed, and it was narrow. Well, this time it was only one night, so I didn't care much."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in the whole of Japan. Location: The best location. Right beside Fukuyama station, and Fukuyama Castle, with unobstructed views from the room to the castle. Facilities: Free drink bar with various drinks, including an assortment of Japanese alcohol, free flow. Room: Extremely spacious, probably the biggest room in this price range. Reception: Very kind and friendly staff"

"There was no noise and I slept well. I think it would be better to put up the signboard on the entrance display more easily. It is also a big attraction to have a convenience store downstairs.
