The hotel offers free shuttle buses at both Shin-Hanamaki and Hanamaki stations; the bus license plates are visible right outside the stations. The hotel's onsen (hot springs) are superb, with three excellent springs, all possessing a highly alkaline, ”beauty bath” quality. The onsen scenery is beautiful! The room types are nice, but the biggest problem is the strong, musty smell in both the rooms and hallways, which negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel. The hotel dinner was really mediocre, while the breakfast was excellent. The difference between breakfast and dinner was huge, like two completely different hotels. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were all very polite.

A special room, Hayama Full of amenities. The cypress bath in the room was amazing. Best of all, it was a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel has a long history and retains quite traditional Japanese service. The meals are very rich, including sashimi and crabs that are very fresh and delicious😋. It is a must stay here.
