Kinchoro is the more exclusive wing of Fuikuichi. The rooms come sight private onsen and it’s similar to most 10 tatami rooms. The service from the staff is good. They are almost invisible when you don’t need them but will magically appear when you need help, during meal times and check in/out time. The food unfortunately seem to be so so only. I didn’t find it spectacular, and in fact fringing on being a bit too inventive. Otherwise, all okay.

The service is very good, we booked a Japanese-style suite, the room is very beautiful, the scenery outside the window is very good, but the toilet is very smelly! ! ! ! We are not good at Japanese, so we arranged an Indian waiter who understands some English (it seems Family-run Japanese-style hotels are gradually becoming international). The tatami room arranged for us is super large. There are two main halls and three toilets of 70 or 80 square meters. There is no problem for eight people; one night and two meals are exquisite. Dinner is kaiseki cuisine, breakfast is Japanese buffet; there are open-air natural hot springs (iron brown hot springs) on the 8th and 2nd floors of the roof. The bubbles before and after meals are very comfortable. The hotel has a free bus to Ikaho Hot Spring Ishidan Street (Matsumoto The lady enthusiastically recommended us to ride, and his English is good); in short, a very good experience.

The room felt a little outdated, but it wasn't a problem especially for the stay. You can barely hear footsteps from other rooms or voices from the hallway. However, the staff were very nice, and I liked the variety of rice buffets. The staff at Viking were also very nice and easy to ask questions to. There are many kinds of buffet from breakfast, and some hotels pretend to have many kinds and have the same thing in several places, but here it was all different kinds. There was also a corner where you could make seafood bowls. I felt like I was able to get excited from the morning. It was a hotel that I would like to visit again. Another thing that was really nice for me was that they had an extension cord in the room. I think most hotels don't have a place to charge your phone, so sometimes it's a bit far away to charge your phone, or you can't reach the alarm clock next to you when you go to sleep, but they provided an extension cord so I didn't have to worry about that. . It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the stone steps.

I extended my stay by two days because I found it so comfortable. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were slightly different each day to avoid repetition. The hot springs were also very relaxing. Only a few staff members speak English; I hope they continue to provide enthusiastic service to their guests.
