Most importantly, when we were rushing to the airport and realized we were 20,000 won short, the hotel 'oppa' (a friendly term for an older man) was incredibly kind and gave us the 20,000 won. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight. I'm so grateful for that!
The main takeaway: unbeatable value for money and convenience, even though it's an hour on the subway to get around. A taxi to the airport takes about half an hour. I'll definitely come back next time!"

CcaosiyummmmI had an overnight layover in Korea before my flight to New York. The hotel facilities were really great, and the front desk agent even upgraded my room to a suite when I checked in, which made it much more spacious. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

WWM_KWe chose to stay at Paradise City for a night as we had an early flight to catch the next morning. There is a free shuttle service that runs between the hotel and the airport every half hour. The room size is very generous and the gym well-equipped. We only discovered an electrical fault in the room late evening and the front desk staff, Carol Park and Marcus Jung, were quick to assist us change to another room after the electrician could not solve the issue. Marcus also waited for us at the front lobby the next morning to apologise for the lapse in service when we checked out and helped with our luggages to the shuttle bus stop. We appreciate the service recovery.

11386062****The environment and hygiene were excellent, but the service was a bit basic. I tried a few of the hotel's restaurants, and overall, they were quite good. For shopping, Olive Young is definitely worth a visit. It would be even better if there were more Korean trendy brands available besides that.

KKristina001The location is super convenient, perfect for an early airport tax refund and a quick stroll around the airport. They also offer airport transfers, and the place is very clean. The only downside is being so close to the airport, it's hard to get food delivery. But hey, there's a convenience store downstairs!

ZZiyouyanmaiThis hotel offers pretty good value for money for an accommodation around Seoul. Public transportation to both the city center and the airport is very convenient. The room isn't large, but it was spotlessly clean. The only issue we had was that we paid extra for a late check-out when we checked in the night before, but the hotel clearly didn't inform housekeeping. A cleaner knocked on our door three separate times around 9 AM, which completely ruined our morning rest! When we spoke to the front desk about a refund, they wouldn't agree. If you do pay for a late check-out, make absolutely sure to confirm with the front desk that it's properly noted.

GGuest UserSuper like this hotel, the room is big enough but the only drawback is that there is no place to hang clothes however this is a common problem in all hotels! There is a swimming pool and bouncy bed for children to unwind and the charges are reasonable, there are many restaurants nearby but no shopping malls however there are convenience stores and also very close to the subway station as soon as you see it is not afraid to look around, will come again next time

The service was incredibly dependable and proactive; they even emailed us in advance to confirm details and check on our needs.

PphilipzkThis is a Wyndham-branded hotel with a great location. It's right next to Unseo Station on the airport line, just two stops (about 7 minutes) from Incheon Airport T1. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, though it takes around 30 minutes to reach T1. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as a Lotte Mart supermarket next door. This Howard Johnson shares a lobby with the Days Inn next door, and a lot of airline crew stay here. The rooms are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine as an airport transit hotel.

LLJonesThe resort was lovely! The photos posted online mirror the actual location. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. The rooftop area was spectacular and offered stunning views of the harbor. Truly breathtaking! There is a CU convenience store and restaurants at the resort as well. However, the water park and pools are not open for the May holiday break. The arcade, mini golf and other advertised activities are not inclusive of the room rate. The cleaning staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and were saddened to leave.
