"The hotel is conveniently located near Incheon Airport. They offer an airport shuttle service once an hour, but you need to book it in advance. The room was quite spacious and came equipped with a microwave, a small fridge, an electric stove, and a washing machine. One thing to note is that there were no disposable slippers; only reusable ones, which I found unhygienic. I'd recommend bringing your own. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Some staff at the front desk spoke Chinese, but their service attitude could use some improvement. On the second morning, my room key stopped working. I had to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times before they finally got it sorted, which was quite an ordeal. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and even two Olive Young stores next door. It's very convenient for meals and any last-minute shopping."

"The hotel room even has a washing machine and a drying rack! Absolutely amazing! It's perfect for travelers staying for several days. The room is very clean and tidy, small but exquisite, giving off a 'small but perfectly formed' vibe. Although it's a bit far from the sea, you can still catch a partial sea view from the room, and it's a quick walk downstairs to the beach. However, rooms are in high demand; I wanted to extend my stay and tried to book another night the next morning, but unfortunately, the room was already booked, so I had to check out."

"We stayed at Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel for one night before our flight. Overall, it was fine for a short stay before departure, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is located in the airport area, but it is not as close to the terminal as we expected. Getting to the airport still takes some time, around 30 minutes in our case. However, there is a shuttle bus every hour, which is convenient. A very useful thing is that there is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. This was really helpful for a short overnight stay. Our room was in a traditional Korean style, with a low table for eating while sitting on the floor. It was interesting, but probably because of this traditional style, the furniture felt quite old. Some wooden furniture had visible wear, scratches and small chips, and overall it felt like it had been used for many years. The room had everything we needed for one night before a flight, and in general everything was okay. However, we expected a little more from this brand. One small inconvenience was the lighting: at first we could not understand how to turn off all the lights. There was some device in the corner that had to be plugged into a socket, and only after that we managed to turn the lights off. Overall, this hotel is suitable for one night before a flight, especially because of the shuttle bus and the convenience store downstairs. But the room did not feel very fresh, and for a Best Western Premier hotel we expected a bit more."

"I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access. I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage. Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store. While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future."

"I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel environment was clean and tidy overall, with a simple yet elegant decor. The public areas were meticulously maintained. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. The bathroom was clean and odorless, and the soundproofing was also good, allowing for a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and polite, handling check-in and check-out quickly. Their service was professional and thoughtful. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of amenities nearby for dining and shopping. It offers great value for money and exceeded my expectations. "The apartment is comfortable, was very clean when I arrived and it is not far from the underground. There is a convenient store and a cafe in the building what is very conveninent. However: there are a number of issues that have to be addressed. 1. Only ”mini” towels are provided, that are for hands and not for body. Upon repeated requests normal size towels were not provided. 2. For towels to be changed they require the guest to write them EACH single day until 11 am an extra mail requesting the service. This it totally hilarious. I came for a conference and to tell you honestly my main concern was NOT writing e-mails requesting service EACH day. I wrote a mail and asked the service to be done every day. They DID not take my request into consideration. 3. I spent 6 nights in the apartment, They wrote that after 3 nights they change the bed linens upon request. I requested this in my first mail too. No change occured after 3rd night. They I wrote a letter again requesting the change. NO change happened . After repeated complaints finally it was changed for the 6th night. I wonder what kind of service is this???? I would like to have your answer. Thanks."

"I recently stayed at Orakai Songdo Park Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. First of all, I would like to highlight the excellent location of the hotel — it is close to the beautiful Central Park, with convenient access to public transport, as well as many cafés and shops within walking distance. The area is modern, quiet, and very pleasant for walking. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — it was truly easy to relax and rest. The view from the window over the city and the park made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were polite and professional, and all requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. I would also like to mention the breakfast — quite varied, with a good selection of fresh and tasty food. I also appreciated the availability of a swimming pool and other leisure facilities. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression. It is a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Incheon, and I would be happy to return again."

"Arrived at 5 AM. There was a customer service rep assisting via camera to help me get my room card from the self-service machine, which was quite convenient. Downstairs, there were lots of fan groups, and it was super easy to get to the subway. The room was quite small and cramped, and the weekend rate was pretty high. A taxi from the airport at night cost 13,000. It was good to be able to get some sleep early. The upside was a 1 PM checkout, so I could sleep in a bit more and then head to the city after waking up. There's also good noodle shop downstairs."
