"Nice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay."

"Hotel service isexceptional . They let me leave my luggage for a few days. They also extended my check out time by one hour when I did not want any cleaning done, and upgraded my room. I stayed at the hotel twice, both times sea view, and so its pretty. The room itself is clean and aircon works well and its silent. Location is a bit further away from Incheon airport and taxi costs around USD16-18. There are many seafood restaurants around,the hotel."

"I was here for 1 night and the location is very close to airport. You can walk to mart and the seafood restaurant. It’s easy to go Inspire Arena for concert. I was called to staff for kept my luggage and I will be check in late night. The staff helped me to store my luggage in the room. They are very helpful and try to communicate with foreigner customers. But the only thing that I’m unhappy is smell of smoking cigarettes from outside or another room. It’s very strong in the bathroom."

"We stayed at Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel for one night before our flight. Overall, it was fine for a short stay before departure, but nothing outstanding. The hotel is located in the airport area, but it is not as close to the terminal as we expected. Getting to the airport still takes some time, around 30 minutes in our case. However, there is a shuttle bus every hour, which is convenient. A very useful thing is that there is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. This was really helpful for a short overnight stay. Our room was in a traditional Korean style, with a low table for eating while sitting on the floor. It was interesting, but probably because of this traditional style, the furniture felt quite old. Some wooden furniture had visible wear, scratches and small chips, and overall it felt like it had been used for many years. The room had everything we needed for one night before a flight, and in general everything was okay. However, we expected a little more from this brand. One small inconvenience was the lighting: at first we could not understand how to turn off all the lights. There was some device in the corner that had to be plugged into a socket, and only after that we managed to turn the lights off. Overall, this hotel is suitable for one night before a flight, especially because of the shuttle bus and the convenience store downstairs. But the room did not feel very fresh, and for a Best Western Premier hotel we expected a bit more."

I'd give full marks for both service and facilities; my friends and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and all the little details were well thought out. "I had a layover in Los Angeles before heading to Korea, and I was very satisfied with my stay here. It's great value for money, and most importantly, the service is excellent. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, and the older gentleman at the front desk speaks Chinese and is very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. The room was also quite clean, and it's very close to both the airport and the subway station. Recommended!"

"Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber."
