"All are excellent but not when I experience to stay at that room (204) for 3days 2 nights.
I believe We're near to staff room or something that we're actually sleeping and in the midst there's this one women, staff I believe, singing loudly and staff are chatting loudly even laughing and keeps on banging things near the room that we ended up stay up from 2am til morning 😩😴.
This is not the firsttime we stay here, Nexttime will put especial instructions to be far from 202-204 that room.
Staff from outside to reception and inside are friendly and respectful. Just that experince.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! It's one of the most family-friendly hotels we've visited. The amenities were excellent, especially the kiddie pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The farm activities were a huge hit too. They were fun, interactive, and gave the little ones a chance to experience something different. We also enjoyed the complimentary movie night, which was a nice way to end the day.
The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, and everything was well-prepared. Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing.
Overall, Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is a great choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Some room service were late i think because of the high volume of people requesting. Majority stayed cause of the rain. Thank you Twin lakes for the complimentary!

JJomz Travel LogI booked a Super King Room at Taal Vista Hotel expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing.
Upon arrival, we waited around 10–15 minutes at the lobby even without a long line. After check-in, nobody assisted us going to our room. The staff only gave directions and did not offer help with our luggage, causing us to get lost looking for our room. We also tried calling for assistance by dialing 4 several times, but nobody answered.
In the end, we had to move our car closer to the building ourselves because the parking area was far from the room. There were also no complimentary welcome drinks or even bottled water despite the expensive room rates.
I understand that our room was in the older building, but the price certainly is not “old.” Compared to other 5-star hotels like Conrad Manila, where staff assist guests immediately and provide much better hospitality, the difference in service is very noticeable.
The view and ambiance are nice, but the customer service definitely needs improvement to match its 5-star reputation.

For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around.

GGuest UserThe room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable.
The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.
